Looking to add a second car and went to Premier after seeing an ad on Facebook, and the recommendation of a friend. My salesman Matt was extremely friendly, and took the time to listen to what I wanted as a perfect fit for another vehicle. I looked at several options, and we went back to his office to run the numbers. I haven’t made my decision yet, going to discuss it over dinner- but will more than likely be seeing Matt tomorrow

Looking for a car for the past three days, went to Premier Motor and found exactly what I was looking for. My salesman Mat was awesome. Love talking with him a very pleasant car buying experience. I recommend.

Worst customer service ever and if your thinking about buying a car from this place you better take it and have it inspected because all there cars have problems and then you get stuck having to pay for the repairs. I will never buy another vehicle from this place and I will never recommend them either! They will happily take your money but when there’s a problem good luck getting it taken care of.

This is a wonderful company to purchase a vehicle from. They are always friendly, offer great vehicles and even if you have less than perfect credit they offer a buy here pay here option. We unfortunately had to go that route after some hiccups on our credit report and they offered a fair, up-front price with reasonable payment plans. Almost finished paying off our vehicle and plan to buy another one through these guys in a few years.

I love these folks...been with them for 3 years and on my second vehicle with them now. Friendly, courteous, and if they say they will do something...they are truly to their word. VERY DISAPPOINTING 2010 DODGE CHARGERTHE SALES REPS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL DURING THE SALE. BUT AFTER DRIVING THE CAR FOR A WEEK I FOUND THAT THE CAR HAD TRANSMISSION ISSUES. I RETURNED THE CAR TO THE DEALER AND THEY REFERRED ME TO THE REPAIR LOCATION OVER AT BYPASS AUTO SALES. THERE WE SPOKE WITH STEVEN, STEVIE, STEVE (WHATEVER HIS NAME WAS). WHO WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. HE DROVE THE CAR AND SAID HE DIDNT FIND ANY ISSUES AND SUGGESTED THAT THE HESITATION THAT I FELT WHILE AT STOP SIGNS/LIGHT AND IN REVERSE WAS NORMAL FUNCTIONALITY FOR THE CAR AND I JUST NEEDED TO GET USE TO IT. SO AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THE DEALERSHIP ON RETURNING OR FIXING THE CAR. THEY LATER TOLD ME THAT I WAS LIABILITY TO THEM AND THEY COULD NO LONGER PERFORM ANY SERVICE TO ME.TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT..........STAY AWAY

WOW! A new expereince buying a car at Premier Motors!! We live an hour away, and Teri met us twice with the car, and THEY took it to the dealer to have a pre-buy inspection conducted while we were at work!! Never high pressure, always high service!! On site mechanic and detail shop was used to make sure everything was just right on our car. We will buy our next car here, too!

Very classy business. Treat customers with the uptmost respect. In and out with paperwork and driving home in my vehicle within 15 mins. If you need a great, dependable used vehicle then this is the place. See Teri and tell her I sent you.

Its says they are a buy here pay here but it seems every vehicle Ive asked about is only through a bank. So where is the buy here pay here. Seriously!!! What is up with that?

I could go on and on about the way I was treated but that doesnt even do it Justice.

Dont buy a car from them, they overcharge and the interest is crazy, my daughter bought a car from them, and she has had it in the shop a dozen times now and she has only had it for 5 months, now she wrecked it and totaled it out, because of mechanical issues that was on the car that was there when she bought it.
