What a fantastic experience this was!!! Everyone who we met from the owners to the regulars were unbelievably welcoming and super friendly. Needless to say the drinks were fantastic (get the old fashion) and the service was second to none. Make time to stop in and you wont be disappointed.

Dogmasters is a great place to get a drink or two, or just a flight if their product. They have some creative drinks and offer some classics. They are also willing to make something, off the menu, as long as they have the ingredients. I love coming here, whenever Im in town. I highly recommend their whiskey and bourbon.

A true jewel of Columbia. Start with a flight of their craft products and then sample the cocktails made from your favorite spirits from the sample flight. My wife and I took a tasty bottle of bourbon home with us. The warm and wonderful staff are always there to help you out if you are indecisive. Support these small, creative and scrappy distilleries... they have tremendous potential and energy, and their products show it.

My husband and I have been here twice now, and thats far too few times. If I didnt have kids and a busy life, Id be here daily! Every single cocktail weve had here has been unique and fantastic. Of course, they have plenty of classic cocktails, but weve gone for those we havent had before---like the root beer float. So good. It is a pretty cozy atmosphere, too.

We were visiting Columbia from out of town and stopped by DogMaster Distillery with our pup. Awesome experience all around. Paul was fantastic. Friendly bartender, great conversation, very knowledgeable, nice atmosphere and decor. We had a great time. The drinks were unique and well made! Plus they are pet friendly! Definitely would recommend and we will be back if ever in the area.

DogMaster is a really cool place. I love that they have such a great relationship with the community theatre they share a building with. Its great to see local businesses sticking together and making each other better. When the tasting room isnt crowded DogMaster is a low key place to spend time.All that being said, I dont like the spirits they make. I think the vodka and especially the gin taste unrefined and lack any flavor. Luckily, they seem to specialize in cocktails. Thats great if youre a cocktail person, but I prefer to drink my liquor straight and neat. Every time I drink at DogMaster, almost exclusively when Im seeing a show at Talking Horse, Im struck with the same thought: If you have to mix your product into a cocktail to make it taste better, shouldnt you focus instead on making your product taste better in the first place?

This distillery has a huge array of liquors and an even longer list of crafted cocktails. We tasted all of the spirits and were impressed. The bartender/distiller knew his business and was so friendly and skillful. The prices are very reasonable too.

I was really impressed with DogMaster. The spirits are incredibly smooth and well-crafted. The bar manager is incredible - the flavors he puts together on the menu are unique and delicious. I was surprised to see how reasonable the prices were given that the mixers are hand made. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place to anybody.

This place is very casual and comfortable. The drinks are made with great detail. Well worth it. Try the aged whiskey, available in several signature drinks. The location is well worth the search.

Maybe we came on a bad night, but we couldnt disagree more with the other reviewers. We had an Old Fashioned and a Daiquiri, neither of the drinks tasted well balanced or smooth whatsoever. The Old Fashioned was shaken and served room temperature with a big block of ice, which eventually watered down the drink. Youve got to serve that drink cold! The daiquiri just seemed off. Maybe because they used dark rum instead of light rum? The spirits themselves might be good straight, but as presented to us, I wouldnt purchase any of their spirits.

I friend hosted their launch event at DogMaster, and it was a great choice! A small venue, they keep it quiet enough for conversation, while still maintaining a party feel. You have to try their custom drinks with in-house distilled products. Very good stuff.

Great cocktails, excellent service and fun atmosphere. I had the apricot blossom. It was delicious. I also tried the hot buttered rum. I didnt love it until they put some cinnamon maple syrup in it. Mmm.
