UPDATE- see below....Significant water leak (THIS TIME), 2nd time contacting in 3 weeks, NO TECH, NO CALLS.....Mr. Tim Hecksel or something NEVER EVER EVER EVER.....EVER!!! Calls our company back to follow up on any repairs or service needed when I put in a service request not to mention it takes nearly one month to get service when it’s needed, now we’ve got a water leak that no one cares about, no one answers the phone and I guarantee you no one will call back!! I’ve been told this machine doesn’t get enough business for them to urgently service us....UPDATE..... I got an immediate call and service from Mike and we are a happy customer again!! Thank you!

Horrible customer service.

Canteen is wonderful. Always fresh product and good selection. Items are reasonably priced for anyone’s lunch or breakfast budget. Customer service is outstanding and whenever there is an issue they are Johnny on the spot. My favorite though is the coffee machine. Lots of choices for any discerning coffee drinker!!

Helps me get through the day a lot smoother knowing they have the snacks I like and it’s always stocked. Great service all around from my eyes.

Canteen service is always wonderful. They make sure all of the vending machine are well stocked, and I have not had one problem from them. Great work, and another thanks to the OCS program.

Not much more I can say about them that others havent. Finally called the Columbia location and got some manager on the phone that could have cared less that the machines were jammed and the Wheel had two shelves of food. Thank goodness for loads of alternatives.

Canteen services the vending to Kraft Heinz Newberry. They provide quality, up to date equipment as well as continously provide a great selection of snacks and beverages. The Leadership team, as well as the drivers/stockers go out of their way to meet our growing demand. The leadership team prides themselves on customer service, honors and fills each request timely and seeks additional opportunities to provide our employees with quality product. Loved the selections available as well as the freshness of the food.

They are the worst vending company in the world, old drinks and snacks, we go weeks with no service, snacks get jammed up in the machine. The worst thing about Canteen is they do not care, they are rude from the top to the bottom of the company.

Very bad service. Our machines only work half the time. Most of the time will only except exact change to make a purchase. I have not been able to get a coffee out of the machine in over a month. When they finally put a product in the machine and it sells they replace it with a product that not many people want.

Terrible service. We always have to call for them to come fill the machines. Then it takes them forever. Do not use them!
