Great staff and I like that you can select your sugar level. Not so keen about the misleading presentation. For example, I ordered a red bean smoothie. The picture showed the smoothie with red beans on top. Turns out its only red bean flavored and you have to pay extra for the topping. I prefer pricing to be straightforward, not hidden and sprung upon you. And dont show a picture which isnt exactly the product youll be getting.

Best damn bubble tea ever! I live in NYC and I thought we had the best bubble teas ever? But I was so wrong until I tasted the bubble tea from this store! I cant stop talking about this tea.

You must try their Taro Milk Tea. Even if you dont drink tea regularly, you should consider trying their Taro tea. Its amazing. I tried both chai milk and taro milk tea. But I loved taro milk one. Add boba to enhance the taste. You will love it.

Really quick pick up service, I like that you can customize sugar & ice servings. I come here often and I’ve never had a bad experience. They also added glass barrier between customers & staff.

This use to be a great place until they put up a very thick barrier. They want to speak into a tiny microphone yet they dont have one to speak back to you. They expect you to hear them through the thick barrier. Then it becomes a back n forth of what did you say? Can you repeat that again? Now I have to find a new one to go to because that yelling back n forth is irritating

I asked for a mango passion fruit. I looked at the price displayed on the menu of 3.75 and I was charged a $4.05. And $0.50 for boba. I was charged more with no explanation. I asked the clerk why was I charged. she said price has changed. How can you charge more than what your display ? This is cheating. Update the damn pricing. Not everyone notices it or even care of small amount, but it adds up at the end of the day.

Excellent establishment, with a friendly, competent, and helpful staff. The bobba specifically used here are of top quality! Dont forget to ask for a military discount.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!! This place is overcharging for their drinks then whats on their menu. We were there last week and ordered 7 drinks and price for each that rings up is higher then whats on their menu. When we asked the person behind the counter she said oh our menu has old prices. Well my friend thats against the law to charge more for your product then whats advertised! That called bait and switch.Ill be sure to find an alternate place to fulfill my boba tea needs.

Love this place. My daughter and I try and go here a few times a month. Their teas are always so fresh and delicious.

The tea itself is very good, but the last two times I’ve been there the boba bubbles are disgusting. The texture is hard and clumpy, and it seems like they either severely overcooked them or under cooked them. I can make better Boba tea at home and there are many other places that have better boba tea.

I asked for a large Oolong tea without sugar. It was served with sugar. I looked at the price displayed on the menu of 3.75 and I was charged a .70 up charge with no explanation. I really like this particular Kung Fu Tea location. A regular customer, the service is always friendly. Theres also many different customization options, including sugar level and ice level. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who loves boba tea.

I love Kung Fu Tea as a franchise, and have frequented other locations in various states, but this one sometimes has strange tasting drinks. Decor is pleasant and in a good location, but drinks arent always up to the Kung Fu standard.

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because their menu screen kept changing so new people has to keep looking. They should give out broachers of menu.

Very disappointed with my service today. I was the only one in the restaurant. The young lady Maggie was taking my order and was very rude. I let her know that I was placing an order with 4 drinks and after each individual order she kept interrupting me and asking if I was done. She was very impatient with me as I was making the selections.

Worst customer service ever. Mobile orders: add 15 minutes on top of the estimated time. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I wish the franchisee visited its store at any of the busiest times to see the lengthy lines and the folks waiting for their mobile orders. If they want to revolutionize the beverage market, they should start with the basics and provide a decent customer service. Kung-Fu Tee is light-years of the efficiency of any Starbucks store. I wish you guys do better because your product is good.

Great place to spend some time drinking delicious teas. They offer lots of options including the ability to choose from various fruit toppings in addition to bubbles, a variety of tea choices, and you can adjust the sugar level of the drink. For added fun, they keep board games on hand for those who want to spend time with friends.One worrying thing is that some of the ingredients used in their drinks may not be the best for human consumption. For example, carmel colors and ammonia are contained in the bubbles themselves.If youre lucky you can park in front of the store in the parallel parking spots, otherwise across the street in the main mall lot or in the garage around the corner are convenient options.

I got a cocoa cream wow and it was the best bubble tea I’ve had in a looooong time. The location in silver spring kinda sucks right now so i wasn’t expecting much, but the boba was warm and fresh and the drink was amazing!!

Always nice to stop here for a refreshing drink. Boba is always fresh & the customer service wonderful! I recommend the Yogurt & Grapefruit or Passion Fruit Slush.

Worst Bubble Tea experience I have had. First when I called to see if they were open on a holiday they gave me attitude and hung up on me. When I got there I was greeted with a person that had such a sour face, you would of thought I just kicked his kid. Then when having to describe my simple order to him twice it still come out wrong. I will not be going back here. There are much better bubble tea places around with much better customer service.

The tea was ok, it tasted very diluted for milk tea. The wait was also very long for only two drinks. There was no order or spacing inside of the restaurant while waiting for the order.

I normally love Kung Fu Tea- and as a Vietnamese-American I think Im pretty well equipped in my knowledge of disparate boba places. But for some reason, this is the worst location Ive been to!!! They have no regard for your drink specifications. Ive been here three times and each time Ive asked for no jellies. I honestly cannot wrap my mind around it; but every time they STILL give me jellies. If that isnt enough, they even have the audacity to act huffy and annoyed when I politely ask them to fix it. I will not be coming here again. Save your money and go to a decent boba location!

Another establishment that has terrible service! The workers are extremely racist! Dont expect to be greeted with a smile or even treated like a human when you try some of there nasty drinks. The drinks taste very manufactured. Dont think youll get anything fresh in here. Its a tiny place so when lunch comes around forget about breathing. I will never drink another drink in this place the service is horrendous. The workers can all kick rocks. The drinks are beyond disgusting. Please spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Amazing Drinks! If you like milkshakes, tea, bubble tea or just a good dessert or health drink this a great place to check out! Only went to the soft opening but it is just as good as the other Kung Fu Teas and it will not disappoint! They have seating also if you want a place to grab a drink and catch up with a friend!

The taro tea is great but all of their drinks have way to much sugar. Even when asking for less sugar I will always have to add water to dilute it. Great service though.

They got my order wrong (I tried ordering strawberry lemon green tea) and they gave me lemon green tea. When I said this isnt what I ordered, they gave me a different one. Instead of remaining the same drink, they just removed the top, added strawberry pieces which I can see on the bottom, and resealed. It also doesnt even have a strawberry taste(it actually tastes a little strange and Im someone who usually order lemon or strawberry lemon green tea). I do not like chewing on the strawberry pieces. Even small shops will give you a completely new drink :/ My sister also ordered strawberry lemon green tea large but they gave her medium.

Maintains KFT standards of great bubble tea. The seating and ambiance is a little more unfriendly than the average store though, with its industrial vibe compared to similar stores with more wood accents etc. The employees were friendly though, its just the interior design doesnt make you want to sit there for a while like other stores of this chain.

Cool place to chill. Delicious teas. Have cool board games to play while you wait for your tea. Highly recommended.

I order cacao cream Wow milk cap drink. While I was drinking, I found the green dish sponge piece in my mouth with bubbles. I really love kung fu tea and its 2 mins from home. But, Ill never visit again.

1/20/20. This place has a good variety of flavors and they taste really good too. Only thing that sucked about our experience tonight was 1) they didn’t add what we had ordered in one of our beverages and 2) the cashier guy was not very welcoming and didn’t seem to be fully engaging from when we walked in, when we put in our order and when we left.

Id prefer fresh fruit and I know the drinks are from powder, but my girls and their friends like the drinks from here and Starbucks. But I am trying to get my kids off of it. I dont like how the cash register is near the door. Waiting to order and waiting for the drinks can be a pain when it is crowded.

My 16 year old daughter was at Columbia Mall today waiting for me to pick her up. She decided to go to Kung fu tea and asked that I pick her up from there. A few minutes later she called back and said, “I’m going to walk back to the Mall because they said I can’t stay because I’m loitering.” I was in a lot of traffic and tired from the day, so without thinking I said okay. After I few seconds I thought about what she said, by this time, I was at the Mall. I drove pass thinking they must not have a sitting area. I was shockingly surprised that there were several tables and chairs!I picked up my daughter and I alone, went inside, described my daughter and told them what was said. Their reply was non chalant and seemingly uncaring. I told them how upset and offended I was and it seems very racist! I will be contacting the Corporate office in the morning!!
