These are by far the best bagels I have ever had. They have so many different kinds, so everyday I come in, i get to try a new one. And for good price too! If youre in the columbia area, go here you definitely will not be disappointed.

We love this place. Owner is very friendly, staff is helpful and quick, food is great. Bagels get boiled and baked in plain view.Great local place that could use more business throughout the week. Covid has had great negative impact though I dont think they are in danger of closing

Love the Bagel Bin in Wilde Lake shopping center. Its our favorite weekend breakfast, and theres something on the menu for everyone. Ive heard great things about their lunch menu although I havent had the opportunity to try it, but for sure love coming here for bagels, omelettes and coffee. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the group of regulars who come here makes this place feel like youre a part of a community when you come, whether youre a regular or not.

Love the shopping center it is located in. Food is good.

Strange place. Nothing but photos of families and children on the walls.. had to wait 10 mins for just two bagels with cream cheese...

Great place but they don’t make enough bagels on the weekend. Call in advance. Every weekend they run out of salt bagels by early morning and then they won’t have any for a while.

Tasty bagels.But this place does have the weirdest behavior ever when running the credit card, they insert the card as if theyre going to use the chip, but then swipe it. Its 2020 please just use the chip.fix your point-of-sale system, and then itll be a 5 star.

Really like their bagels and service. If you get a bagel with chicken, egg, and cheese, then the chicken may be so big that it overwhelms the taste of the rest of the breakfast bagel.

Don’t bother, this place doesn’t know how to expedite or keep up. They won’t even start the next order until they finish the one in front. When you get 10 orders of mixed bagels/sandwiches, you can cook more than one bagel at a time... Toasted bagel sandwich cake out cold. Waited 20 mins.

I’ve been going here for over 4 years and I’ve always loved eating here after school or before practice. Now I’m going to college in another city but I’ll always come back here to the awesome staff and amazing food

Service has greatly improved over the last year. I still have to really make sure my order is taken correctly. Ordering just a plain bagel and then a ham, egg, and cheese on a supreme bagel often results in two sandwiches being handed to me. Speed has improved immensely, also.

This is probably one of my favorite local small businesses when it comes to food. Every time I go I always get the bagel with bacon egg and cheese. The only reason why I didnt give it a five-star is because they have a habit of making crispy bacon. An I like my bacon a little medium, but to each their own. The one thing I cannot deny is they have the best bagels in all of Columbia, MD.

This is a great bagel place. They have lots of delicious options and have a solid selection for both breakfast and lunch. There is plenty of space to sit inside and it looks out over the middle of the village center area. The people are friendly and the ingredients seem high quality for everything I tried. Took slightly longer than I expected to get the order, but I prefer that to having ready-made microwaved ingredients so it was not an issue for me. In particular I enjoy the lox spread and their bacon avocado sandwich.

Delicious bagels. Be prepared for a line and a really long wait. It typically takes 15-20 minutes for us to get 3 breakfast sandwiches. They are delicious though.There is also a small playground close by for kids.

This is a great place for breakfast! The different bagels are yummy and they have a variety of cream cheeses. They also have different sandwiches too!

Timing is everything. If the bagels are warm and fresh, they are the best in Columbia. Sometimes their selection is depleted but not often. Good whitefish salad and good omelets. Prices are reasonable. There are very few breakfast places in Columbia unfortunately. This is one of the few.

I was able to view the menu via photos others posted on Google. With COVID-19 precautions in place, I called and ordered for curbside pick-up via telephone. The girl on the phone was very friendly. I was able to pay via phone. I showed up 10 minutes later and they were finishing up my order. A nice young man came out with my food. My fiancé enjoyed his egg, cheese, and sausage on an Asiago cheese bagel. I had lox, red onion, tomatoes, and capers also on Asiago cheese bagel and it was delicious. Overall, friendly staff and good food. I am happy to support my wonderful local businesses like Bagel Bin & Deli!Also, I think there’s a different Bagel Bin & Deli in Clarksville which is a little confusing. Make sure you’re ordering from the right one!

This is one of the best places in the area to eat a Bagel. This local business has different options for breakfast or lunch, also it is offered different flavors of cheese cream ( I love the strawberry one). Coffee is also tasty, different flavors are offered. Congrats!

Great bagels all of the time.

This particular location of Bagel bin needs an overhaul. There is a general feeling of uncleanness about it which was confirmed when a friend and I were grabbing a quick breakfast there and a cockroach walked by our table.Very disappointing because the omelet that I was eating at the time was actually quite good, although for obvious reasons I could not finish it.The Clarkesville location is much better and very clean by comparison.

Wilde Lake Bagel Bin seems to have listened to customers and cleaned up the store and service. Plenty of options on a Friday at 9, and my bagels were still warm they were that fresh. Ill be back.

Bagels are super tasty! I had the lox and I highly recommend it! Service was okay. Cashiers were friendly, but lacked knowledge of their stock of bagels (informed me they were out of plain bagels and prior to me receiving my order a fresh batch was available) and had some difficulty explaining the different types.

I want to like it, but it is very poorly run. Air conditioning does not run properly and it is 85 degrees+. Young students who run the front of the operation would be great with more support and direction from a manager. They frequently run out of bagel shop staples like bacon by 9am. Sometimes they cannot take credit cards. Very slow to fill orders. Could be a perfect spot but needs a new manager to take control and support crew.

Local institution. Real water bagels made on-site. Not a chain store with bagels made 100 miles away. Real ingredients too. The strawberry cream cheese treated like strawberry puree. The only criticism is that service speed can be a little show if they are busy. Still love the place...

***Updated to 4 stars after service & selection was much improved over the last several visits, and they credited me for the missing bacon on my sandwich***This used to be a great bagel shop, but recently its gone downhill. I visited 3 times in the last 8 days and all 3 times theyve had a scarce bagel selection available. They used to have at least a dozen of every flavor bagel available but not anymore. So today I ordered my 5th choice bagel flavor with bacon, egg, and cheese. When I got home, I discovered they forgot the bacon that I paid for. Its not the first time they forgot my bacon either. With the current service/accuracy/selection issues, Starbucks is going to get a lot more of my business.

Always a great variety of delicious bagels. My favorite is Black Russian. Their ginger walnut cream cheese is great.

I always love going here whether its for a quick breakfast or a relaxing environment.

Today I ordered delivery of 2 black bottoms, bacon, egg, and cheese omelet, with extra bacon. However, I did not get my black bottoms. I would like to be reimbursed or have the rest of my order delivered.

The bagels are fresh and delicious! I love how the jalepeno bagel actually has some spicy heat. Great selection of sandwiches and spreads.

Good bagels terrible customer service, I called to order a bagel. My bagel was made incorrectly, obviously I did not have time to check it. When I called to complain they offered no kind of remedial service what so ever. This place has good food but if you want to get good customer service I would go elsewhere.

Probably the best bagel in columbia. The place gets busy around 9am on Sundays so be early to beat the rush. They usually have a good selection of bagels on hand.

I decided to try this place out today for lunch. Came in around noon on a Tuesday...not too crowded.The place def has a “mom and pop” kinda feel to it. But there’s def pros and cons to the place.1-it’s a pretty dinning setting and atmosphere however, most tables had crumbs on them and weren’t cleaned. It was also very quiet....could def use a lil ambient music or something, because all you can hear other than the few people there that were chatting; are the sound of the fridges running and humming. And not that it’s their fault but I had a fly flying around me and my food the whole time and that’s the last thing anyone wants when sitting down to enjoy a meal at an establishment.2-The service seems decent...the cashier was polite and friendly.3-They seem to have a pretty good selection in their menu.I personally went with their P9 aka grilled pastrami panini. It was ok at best to be honest...I felt like for a close to $10 Item, the portions could have been a lil more generous and a side of chips or something could have been added to it. Also, the sun dried tomatoes; which seem to be on every panini item; thru off the taste in my opinion. Had to pick them off.4-I also ordered a Honeydew bubble tea...which I will give a thumbs up to...it was yummy!5-and lastly...their female bathrooms were clean, dim in lighting ...however out of the two stalls, one stall doors doesn’t lock.Overall, for a first experience it was ok. Def worth trying...but for the $17 lunch for one panini and bubble tea that I spent I can’t say I’m thrilled.Not a place I’ll be anticipating my return to unfortunately.

Not what I was expecting for a bagel place. There were only 4 types of bagels left this morning (thats okay). It took way too long to get just a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. Upon arrival, the bagel tasted kind-of hard and not fresh.

Bagels are pretty good, but terribly slow service! Took 20 minutes yesterday for one eggel, and it wasnt even crowded. Service is consistently slower than it should be at this place.

The bagel sandwiches are fantastic here. Theyve got a couple with bacon and avocado that are my favorites. I try to go here weekly.

I have worked in a café similar to this one and expected a wait to order and I was correct about this assumption. What I was not prepared for was the long wait for my food. I left during my break at work (4 minutes away) and was late returning back after waiting 20 minutes for my food.As for the quality of the food (again, I have worked in a similar place and go to many places like it) the bagels were very tough and the amount of butter/cream cheese was disappointing. Will most likely not be returning.

I have been visiting the Bagel Bin in the Wilde Lake Village Center for over 20 years. I love the friendly atmosphere, especially on Saturday morning with the croud of runners recovering from their cross country treck . Its a great place for newcommers and established residents to meet a very diverse clection of both dedicated and aspiring runners. No strangers here; all are welcome. Its a great place to take the heartbeat of Columbia. BTW, the bagels are pretty good too.

Ive been here more than once and had a bad experience every time. The staff is really lethargic and seems like they dont know what theyre supposed to do. Food also takes a long time. 25 mins for a toasted blt bagel.
