Delicious bagels! My husband and I come here all the time when we are craving a breakfast sandwich. They do get busy with online orders so it usually is a longer wait but its well worth it!

Im not sure if the food is over priced or if i just see bagels as cheap food because $8.43 just seemed a bit pricey to me. That being said, I would try them again. I got the tuna salad, everything bagel. It was tasty.

This was my first time visiting this location. Fresh hot bagels! Just as good as the Canton location.Ill be back!

These guys are awesome!I walked in on Saturday at 6:45... turns out they don’t open until 7 - manager hands me a coffee cup anyway - he’s always on point.Past visits have all been great! Service has been excellent! Kayla (rainbow glasses) is always cheerful and greets me by name.This place is my new favorite breakfast spot!

I rarely give 5 stars but if I could do a 4.5 I would! The Manager in Training (Kevin) took me in right at 4pm at their closing hours. The cashier (Keiry), Cook (Ciro) pleasantly took my orders and was delicious!! Thank you THB!

Very disappointed in the garlic bagels. Seen glowing reviews so I decided to order throu Group-hub delivery and try 2 of the three different verities I liked. Plain and onion were soft and fresh…. But the 2 garlic were hard as a brick. I couldn’t even try to cut they were that hard. Called the store (Columbia Crossing) the mgr.did not give a hoot of my complaint. I did not want a refund nor another product, just wanted to advice him of my concern. But due to his attitude I Chose to write this negative review.I’m new to the area but will not Patronize this location again.

THB is a great place to get breakfast. I recommend ordering online as they can back up if you order in person. I havent had a bad experience yet and I have been going pretty consistently for several months. They also have bagels that are holiday themed, which is a nice twist.

Their italian omelet is yummy. It comes with your choice of a bagel and fries for about $10

Great reliable bagels and good service. The coffee is way too hot so dont expect to be able to drink it until 10 min later, but great otherwise

The customer service here is as superb as the food. Very consistent. Mary was very helpful and accommodating for me. This place is a favorite for me and my family.

We placed an online order for 5 bagel sandwiches and it was ready quick and still hot when I arrived. My dad is PICKY about his bagels and he was a big fan of THB. Definitely our new go-to, very happy we finally got around to trying it!

The service was great, the self served kiosk was easy to use and was efficient.

THB has amazing staff. I came in at 4, not realizing they were closing. Even though I came at closing they still served me and provided amazing service! This is an amazing place to stop and grab a bite!

I would leave zero stars if possible. Came in and ordered an egg white omelet and breakfast sandwich at 7am. I check on the order at 7:15. They have no idea what happened but they have not started on the order. Offered no discount etc, and just got some excuses. Never coming back.

Ordered breakfast from here today and it was fantastic. Sandwich was large, fries were delicious.

I didnt believe the issues with ordering issues. They are real unfortunately. $9.95 bagel was supposed to have SLICED lox and cream cheese (only the lox were not included). Upcharge for asiago $0.65. upcharge $0.65 honey walnut cream cheese. Capers were free. Grab and go I should have double checked but I shouldnt have to unpack all my sandwiches and make sure each part is there. We ordered 5 things and 2 breakfast sandwiches were fine. Two muffins fine. I will try again in a few months.

Normally I get really good service here, but not today. I ordered curbside for the first time and still had to go in and get the order, which was also 20 minutes late. In addition one of the drinks was only half filled and the other one was cold.The food is still great; just don’t use the curbside service. Everyone who asked for curbside still ended up having to send someone in and pick up their order in the store.

Bagels are soft inside. You can tell they bake them daily. Their sandwiches are delicious. My favorite sandwiches are chicken salad paninni and cheese steak. I have also tried their strawberry cream cheese and I love it. It is not too sweet and really tastes like strawberry.

Wish I could give a zero star.First- Dont have them cut your bagels. This is what you will get. Not just one, the whole dozen is crooked.Second- The sandwich purchased was missing and we had to return to the store.Third- Quality of the bagel is not all that. More like a Giant Food bakery bagel than a bagel shop bagel.Dont waste your time or money at this establishment.Forth - The sandwich purchased was wrong. it wasnt on an Everything bagel, it was on an Asiago. ????If you want a true bagel this is not the place.Truly disappointed.

I placed an order thru DoorDash for a toasted sesame bagel with no cream cheese, cucumbers, onions, and lox. What I received was a plain toasted bagel with cucumbers and onions and LOADED with cream cheese and with lox than was brown with streaks of green mold. It was not consumable so I threw it out.I called THB and spoke with a manager, Andrew. He explained that they get only pink lox. So I asked then how molded, browned lox got into my bagel? He insisted. So I recommended that perhaps his staff should use their eyes to determine the freshness of lox. Andrew then pretended not to hear me and hung up.Very disappointed.

First time here today and let me tell you that the experience was awesome! Extremely easy to order and a wide selection of bagels/ sandwiches/ drinks. My food was ready quick and tasted delicious. I WILL be back!

Bagels aside, they need to work on their customer service. I purchased an apple juice for my 2 year old and asked for a cup with a lid and straw. The lady told me I would have to pay for it. I was like what.....I then said fine and to my surprise I was charged 2.39 for a stupid cup after I had already bought 5 drinks. Really!? Never coming back to these nickel and dimers!

Very taste we stopped in to get my daughter some food. Service was fast and polite. Even with technical problems from the register they were very nice. My daughter loved her meal.

Absolutely horrible experience & treatment. Fully expected a wait on Mothers Day but not a 1+ hour wait with no notice. Placed my order (small order of 3 bagels) in store and the greeter didnt bother to inform me that the current wait time was at least 45-60mins for bagels. After waiting 1 hr asked for the order to be cancelled & money refunded. It was but then I saw what I thought was my order being made. Said I would repay for the order. Was told it wasnt mine & that mine was no where near ready. Walked out the door and got a text my order was ready. Went back in to collect & repay. Again told my order was not ready and it was just to give me the empty cups for coffee (that I would need to fill myself). So at the end of the day waited over an hour for empty coffee cups. Ended up going home empty handed on Mothers Day well over an hour later than planned. My biggest issue was they knew they were running horribly behind and didnt bother to disclose this fact to customers coming into the store placing orders of the wait time. If you are going to make people wait 1+ hours for bagels. Tell them first before you take their money. Bad business practices.

I’d never been here before but the staff guided me through the menu and gave me really good recommendations. I loved the egg and ham sandwich, would come back after a good target haul.

Variety on the menu that i love. Ordering and pick up process that has been very well adapted to the pandemic. Deliciously soft bagels are my favorite items.Only thing that Prevented a 5 star is how I’ve gotten a onion flavor on my bagel everytime, likely from remnants of the onion bagel on the prep board...

THB Bagelry is so so good! This morning I ordered a purple bagel with bacon, egg whites, pepper jack cheese and spinach. My boyfriend ordered an Asiago bagel the same way! Awesome flavors and great atmosphere all around. The only minor thing is that both bagels were missing their bacon (one of the best parts! :( and the onions my boyfriends were missing too. But everything is still new and I know how it feels to be ironing out the kinks of a newly opening restaurant. I definitely recommend this place and will happily be back! Awesome job THB!

The was a second visit to THB. The first was in the morning and the second in the afternoon. There is little variety in the selection. The morning visit resulted in an over toasted bagel that was already too dry. We decided to give it another go this time forgoing the toasting. Again, the bagel was dry and overly chewy though the shop is generous with cream cheese. Either the recipes are poorly designed or the staff do not follow them properly. It is not easy to make a really good bagel. The bagels at Einstein Brothers, Panera and even Giant Food are better, fresher. Sadly, we will not return to this shop.

Bagels are fresh and delicious, they even have vegan cream cheese (not my favorite, but passable if you need to avoid dairy). Pricey, but worth it. Staff friendly and place is set up well for pickup during Covid.

Bad service, probably due to Covid-19. Ive ordered a coffee with half & half and a sandwich about 10 times and theyve gotten it wrong about half of the time. Enough already. I can forgive a lot of things during this time but Im done.

Super clean spot to grab a delicious bagel. You know, the kind that is just the right crispy around the edges and soft and chewy within. The staff is super friendly and a fun and casual vibe is reflected in the aesthetic.

This was the best experience Ive had at a breakfast/ bagel/bakery location in a long time! Highly recommend going to THB! The customer service, the cleanliness, the speed and ease of use, and even the flow of movement throughout the location are all top notch. 10/10 recommend!

I have ordered from THB 5 times. The food is really good, but they have messed up my orders twice. For one of my orders, they gave me the wrong type of bagel. I also placed an order today for a bacon, egg, and cheese, and there was no bacon. Very disappointing.

Waited over 20 mins for my order and it wasn’t busy. The cashier looked so annoyed to be helping me and got my order completely wrong. The coffee was awful, just all around a terrible experience.

Im dining in enjoying my bagel sandwich and read a sticker on my bag asking me to download the app and save. I go to the counter and put $60 in a gift card.2 days later, I make a carry out order via the thb app but the app doesnt take the gift card.Come on!

Best Bagels I have eaten since moving from NY.The bagels are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.We had the everything bagels and wheat bagels and marble bagels.The girl who waited on me was very friendly and full of personality.They are very Covid conscious also.The personable young lady takes your order but someone in mask and gloves and uniform picks the bagels you selected and bags them.They even separated the everything bagels from the wheat and marble bagels so no toppings from the everything bagels get on the other bagels.I loved THB Bagels and you will too

Accidentally stumbled into the Friends and Family opening in Columbia, MD this afternoon. They welcomed us with open arms. Highly recommend. Bagels are awesome. We will definitely return when they open.

As Native NYers my husband and I have pretty high standards for bagels and most local places are just meh. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality at THB - Its one of the best around. Loved being able to place a mobile order and self-service pickup for quick contactless in and out. Hope they get delivery service soon.

Ordered the Micheal J Fox.The Columbia Location is Very inconsistent and doesn’t pay attention to detail. Ordered one last week, amazing. Ordered one this week, less meat, no Russian dressing and it was made with the wrong bread.

While my family enjoyed the bagels, the sandwiches were a joke. My $9 open faced reuben came with ONE (yes, one) paper thin piece of corned beef on each half. It was basically a cole slaw sandwich. When I contacted the restaurant to find out if this was a mistake, I was sadly informed that was the way it was intended. I learned my lesson and will get my reuben from Mikey and Mel’s from now on.
