They took me in without an appointment and within two hours, had my car diagnosed, car parts available and changed. Their prices are very reasonable and their costumer service is superior! This is definitely my go to car shop now!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I noticed my engine light come on in my 2013 Mini Cooper S. I called entity Saturday morning to see that their availability was. The gentleman on the phone told me to bring my car in the day of! He replaced my thermostat and was very honest about the price. No gimmicks at this place. Not only was I able to come in right away, but my car was fixed by the end of the day. Wonderful service and knowledgeable mechanics. It’s very hard to find a shop that has the knowledge to work on minis. I will be taking my vehicle back for future oil changes and maintenance.

Knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. I walked in and they listened to my explanation of the car problem (a black cover was hanging from under my car and dragging on the road). They immediately assessed and started working on my car. I had the option to watch and they asked if I wanted to look at their work when they were finished. The whole process took about 20 minutes and the didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. The place is a local shop with super nice people. 100% would recommend and would come back.

I’ve tried quite a few places around this area, and Entity Auto Repair is by far my favorite one. Once I tried them, I never went anywhere else. The service is quick, people are knowledgeable, honest and genuinely want to help you. They always pick up the phone and work on Saturdays.I usually compare prices on the internet and with the dealership prices for the type of repair I need, and it always turns out to be $100-$300 less at Entity. Since I don’t know much about the cars, I really appreciate that they don’t try to overcharge me for an unnecessary service. I believe they also have a 1-year guarantee for the repairs they do.I highly recommend this place!

As a young, blonde female, I’m always nervous about going to the mechanic. I’m always afraid that they are going to tell me that there’s 100 different things wrong, just because I know nothing about cars. Entity did not do this AT ALL!!! Came in with an issue of multiple cylinder misfire, the Technician did an diagnostic test and came to the conclusion of needing a crankshaft sensor, put part on and I’m one happy customer, would definitely used and recommend these guys, very friendly and respectful. I have come to Entity multiple times to have work done on 7 series BMW and S550 along with my wife’s 3 series BMW I will never go to a dealer as long as Sharif is open this shop gets it right when the dealer gets it wrong and they are honest and reasonable on price! And if it’s not working right they will find the problem before they let you leave hands down the best in Columbia!

These guys were great! Very straight forward. I took my truck in with the parts I bought and told them what I wanted. Arrived at 9:15 am and had basically redone the suspension up front by 12:50. They quoted me a price up front, and didnt make that quote, so saved me some money as well! Great group of guys and awesome customer service! I WILL be back in the future!

Just met with Mr. Hegazy and I feel very much at ease with him working on my vehicle. For the first time in my life I feel comfortable. So many times, as a woman, taking my vehicle to receive repairs it has ALWAYS been a challenge just to discuss the problem with other shops. This has not been the case with Entity Auto Repairs. Went to Phillips Auto and was told it would cost me $1400. Here at Entity Auto Repair, the cost was a little over 1/3 of the above cost. Thats amazing. Truly a Blessing for the community.

They inspected my VW Jetta as soon I arrived, and I didn’t even call first. He knew within moments what was wrong with my car and upon arrival of my parts, he had my car repaired by lunch that same day. He also had an issue with a broken bolt and he didn’t charge me extra for the labor, the price he quoted me was the price that I paid for the repairs. All of his staff is respectful and friendly, not to mention the owner is handsome, and that accent...I sold the VW but I will be taking my Mercedes Benz only to him for service.

When my catalytic converter was stolen, my insurance company urged me to consult an A+ shop from the top of their list. That shop said the repair would cost over $7,000, and that my car may be declared a total loss by the insurance company because of that price. Sherif and his crew gave me a quote of less than $1,000 and promptly replaced my converter and the rest of the exhaust system. Having checked other options around town other times before going to Sherif, I should not have been surprised. He has saved both time and money for me on several occasions. I appreciate the promptness, expertise, and fairness of service at Entity. I will return there when I need help with my car in the future.

I’m convinced most of these reviews are fake. The guy charged me 100 dollars for 6 dollars worth of parts. Was completely screwed at this point after he did the work as I had gone in blindly believing the reviews on this page. Make sure it is very clear what he is doing and what he is charging you or else it will get expensive quickly.
