The owner worked with me and figured out my needs without doing a bunch of extras. He was very informed and friendly. He was unfortunately swamped when my appointment was made to get my truck fixed so he brought it back to me and we rescheduled. It wasnt his fault, COVID-19 left him short staffed and it was obvious he had been working extremely hard to please all his customers. After my truck is repaired I will edit and post photos!Edit: I dropped my truck off June 1st and it was completed June 5th. Within a matter of days they executed the repairs on my truck perfectly! The color Bermuda Blue that GM used is not manufactured anymore so they mixed their own paint to match it. I was a little nervous with how it would turn out, but they matched it so well!!! Never in a million years would you guess that the door is not original to my truck. I am extremely happy with their work and highly recommend them!

Dents Unlimited has hands down won my business for the foreseeable future. I got three quotes on a dent for my backdoor. An auto shop in Joplin MO quoted me an estimate of $1800, Schaefer Autobody Center in Columbia MO gave me a quote of $1300, Dents Unlimited quoted me at $220. I literally saved over a $1000 going to Dents Unlimited. In addition, Marc, the owner, was incredibly personable & quick, and their shop got the work done in a very timely manner. Very pleased with my customer experience here.

The entire staff was professional, courteous and made me feel comfortable with my choice of repair shops. The owner, Marc LaFerriere went well beyond the norm to repair the damage to my 26 year old Oldsmobile. He fixed my broken horn for free. I had a dent on the back corner of my Nissan Altima and they popped it out flawlessly for $120! I didnt ask for the scratches to be buffed out or painted but they went ahead and touched it up with a little paint for free! Absolutely lovely people, super kind and friendly, and were completely honest and upfront about pricing. This is now the first place Id recommend!

Ok, so this is the most unusual dent repair I ever brought to them - a MacBook Pro. User dropped it, making a crease on the lid of the Retina screen and it was creating pressure on the LCD making a bright spot. Brought it to them, the lady was very courteous and called Mark in to help me. Mark was hesitant to fix it on his own due to liability (the screen alone is about $400-500), but he let me borrow his tools and offered advices so I can fix it myself. Definitely will come again to fix these dents! Five stars!

Whether it is an oil change, service repair, tires or question, they have been the best service hands down that I have gotten from any repair / tire place in town. Worst company to get work done. A car wash screwed up my brand new car paint job. The company paid to fix it through dents unlimited. They were very unprofessional didnt buff it good enough to get swirl marks out of paint. Gave it back in the dark so I couldnt look it over. Was mad I couldnt get rental back to them by 5 cause no one called to say it was done till noon the same day they wanted me to pick it up. Then when I called to tell them the car aint right they said not our problem you can come get an estimate. I wouldnt let them touch any vehicle cause they are not professional how they talk to customers and they dont even go through all the stages to buff car properly. I had to take it to a different company to make it brand new again.

Went with Dents Unlimited for a couple reasons. First, they were on Fords short list of recommended local body shops, but even more important were the good reviews I found on line. Secondly, Marc took plenty of time explaining all the things that would need to be done and why. Felt like I knew what I was facing, and that a thorough job would be done. Truck looks great again.

Mark was friendly from the very beginning, explaining what they would be doing to repair my car. He carefully explained their experience and certifications. He also worked with the insurance company and gave a very fair bid to fix my vehicle. When I picked up my car, he inspected it with me and was attentive to detail. I dealt with three staff members, as well, and they were very professional and friendly! My husband and I will use them the next time we need repairs!

I came in to have some scratches buffed out. During the estimate, they told me exactly what they were going to do, how long it would take and listened to any concerns I had because I had a limited amount of time to have the work done. Later that day, when they had all the paperwork they needed, they called me to set up the appointment. The day of the appointment, they got my car checked in and again told me what they were doing, and were aware of my time limit (I needed to go to work later that morning). When I called to check on the progress, they said it was done and ready to go. I was very pleased with the work they did.

I’m very happy with my experience at DU. They kept me informed throughout the process of fixing the body damage on my new car, and they worked directly with my insurance after the initial claim to make sure everything was covered. My car looks new again!

Marc and his crew made getting body work done as painless as possible. They worked closely with the insurance company, especially after more damage was found when the bumper was taken off. And to top it off, they do outstanding work. The texts you receive keeping you up on the progress of the repair are nice as well. You hope to never need a body shop, but if I ever need one again, Dents Unlimited will be the only stop I make.

I pulled off the front bumper of my 2009 Honda Civic backing out of a parking space where the parking block had metal bar jutting out of it. I managed to stick the bumper back on, but I was seriously concerned that it might fall off again at a seriously inconvenient time. On the recommendation from a mechanic at Allstar Automotive, I took my car to Dents Unlimited. Marc worked on my car for close to an hour in the hot sun, thoroughly securing the bumper, and charged me about a quarter of what I expected to pay. Excellent, prompt, inexpensive, friendly service.

These folks go out of their way to help you! Robert made a special call to KC to ensure the parts needed arrived the next day. The person installing the new light kit changed out all other bulbs along with the ones needed for the repair as a courtesy. Repairs were done in 24 hours!Great people at Dents Unlimited!

I went in for a second opinion on a repair. Talked about my bad experience with another shop on a radiator hose replacement. While discussing the second opinion (unrelated to radiator hose), Louis noticed coolant leaks and discovered the shop didn’t tighten the clamps. He filled up my coolant tank and tightened the clamps for no charge. They’ve earned my business! Thank you!

I recently had an oil change and a brake check. This was my first time visiting. I decided to go there as my husband’s company has used them to service their company cars and he has always been extremely pleased with the courteous service. They did not disappoint. I highly recommend them.

Took care of my tire change appointment in a timely fashion and I paid a very reasonable sum for their work. The mechanic Kerry also went out of his way to fix a metal casing under my car that was rattling without charging me extra for it.

I took my 06 Mustang to Dents Unlimited needing significant body repair on 3/4 corners of the vehicle. All of the staff were very friendly. They gave me an estimate within minutes of my arrival (just walked-in) and went over in detail the repairs that would be needed and explained why. They are not a preferred repair shop for any insurance agencies so they do not have to share any of the profit with another company. They gave me a discount as a member of Pro Fitness on top of the discounted labor price they originally gave me since I was paying completely out of pocket. They seemed honest, fair and transparent. They offered a rental car free-of-charge, though I did not need one. They kept me up to date on the progress of the car, and gave excellent customer service. They did require an extra day from when they first estimated it would be completed to finish, but explained why and had it ready by the time I needed to have it back. They did a fantastic job, seemingly flawless repair to all 3 corners, looks good as new. If and when I need any other services done I plan to go back. Strongly recommend!

Marc carefully explained what work was required for replacing the back bumper of my RAV4 and the costs for each item. The work was done well and on time. When it appeared he wouldnt be able to complete the repair on time, Marc called to let me know. Nevertheless, he was able to complete the work as originally scheduled.

I have a very old car, so when I damaged my bumper to the point of needing a new one, that bumper was no longer being made.
