I never ask for any help but they saw that I was having problems with my vehicle and they took matters into their own hands and help me find out what was the issue and they also offer condiments. The staff is amazing and if you’re looking for hard workers and great quality please please shop with them.

Had my car towed here for a minor repair. Staff was very friendly and, they were able to get it fixed it the same day! My baby has been riding good ever since. Service seemed a bit pricey but it is what it is. I’m new to the Columbia area so I’m learning! I’d definitely use their services again!

Just want to give these guys a hearty recommendation for a car detail. For $45, I got a virtually perfect detail job inside and out. They even did a basic engine clean, did protectant inside and shine on the tires, and removed my collection of about a dozen SCUBA stickers from the back of the car (havent stopped diving, just got tired of having stickers on the car) and you cant even tell they were ever there. For $20 apiece they also restored my cloudy headlight lenses and now theyre perfectly clear. It looks like I just drove it off of the showroom floor in spite of its age.

I cant really speak on their service because I never received it. I made an appointment online because I got a bolt in my tire the night before. The appointment was for 10AM on Sunday morning. Hours listed online said Sun-Sat 8-6, I get there at 9:45AM and the shop is empty. I sat there until 10:05. The is a sign on the door that says hours changed to Mon-Sat 8-6. Although the guy next door at Brakes 4 Less offered to try and fix it, I just went elsewhere. I wish that wouldve been conveyed online to customers to avoid confusion and time wasted. It turns away potential customers.

When I got off of work today, my tire was flat. I stopped by New Vision Auto because it was the only place opened, or so I thought, but I will definitely be doing business with them from now on. Jordan, the mechanic who put my new tire on, was exceptional. He stayed late (they were actually closed) just to assist me. That is what you call excellent customer service!

I recently purchased an awesome vehicle but it was in dire need of new tires. Id searched for a week to find someone without the exorbitant prices that I was being quoted at other places. I live an hour away from Columbia, but while there I came across this location and stopped to inquire about the cost for four brand new tires and found exactly what I needed. My vehicle was taken in right away and it took less than an hour to have the tires installed, mounted, and balanced and it didnt affect my schedule in any way. The gentlemen were very polite and upfront about everything and it saved me over $200. I highly recommend this business if youre in need of tires.

My daughter had a bad tire on her car. I drove up from Augusta, GA looking for a good used tire. Here I found a brand new tire for way less than I expected. Unfortunately I could only get one, but I’ll be back next week to get another one. The two gentlemen were very nice, courteous, and professional. Those nice smiles didn’t hurt either.
