Jim Hudson Lexus goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your service experience. My service representative, Shaun Crosier, was top notch! This is my first time owning a Lexus and I cant express how impressed I am with my car and the dealership. The mechanic even sends you a detailed video of your car and the services he performed. THEN, they send your car to be detailed where it looks new again! Did I mention they even leave a thank you note in your car?! ❤ Hands down the best!

I showed up late in the day because I was driving thru South Carolina on my way to Charlotte when my battery died at a rest stop. Once started I could not turn my car off or I would be stuck. I had a Lexus battery and went to Hudson hoping it would be under warranty. No techs were at work. Tanner got a loaner car for me, recommended a hotel, got my car fixed first thing in the morning and contacted me to let me know. They did everything they could to take care of my issue efficiently realizing my struggles being from out of town.

They took me in with no appointment very near the end of the day. I wanted a new key fob programmed. I was told it would be an hour and a half to two hours for everything. I actually got the car back in just under 90 minutes. The key worked perfectly and they even washed and vacuumed the car for me. Overall great experience and Erik Due is a top notch service writer. He’s very cordial and knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome. If you need anything done for your Lexus, give him a call!

Jim Hudson Lexus should provide training to other businesses on how to provide excellent customer service. Their staff members are amazing especially Samuel Mercado. He was all over the place making sure everyone was comfortable and had updates on their vehicles. He displayed a passion for his job which in turn resulted in him providing exceptional and individualized customer care! I was waiting for my vehicle however, I had to leave and Samuel had me in a courtesy vehicle in minutes! Great job Jim Hudson for hiring such remarkable staff members! My experience was great from start to finish. I was prepared to sit and wait but Tanner placed me into a courtesy vehicle. I was able to return home and get my work done. I was also delighted that Ian sent a video of my maintenance service. When I returned to get my car it was nice to have a thank you note placed in my car.

The customer service is unmatched! They drove a hour to pick up my car for an oil change and service, left a loaner vehicle for me to drive in the meantime. They then brought my car back the next day. Plus they cleaned my car inside and out. So appreciative of them!

I took my vehicle to Jim Hudson Lexus for maintenance and minor body work. Melvin was my service advisor and provided great customer service. He kept me aprised of the work being performed; how long it would take and when my vehicle would be ready. I was offered a loaner vehicle which allowed me to continue on with my day without any interruptions. All of my questions about the repairs were answered in a timely manner which allowed for a more expedient process from beginning to end. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, my car was clean and the body work was impressive. I gave 5 🌟 for customer service and wish I could give a 10. When I go to Lexus for service, Melvin is my go to Advisor for all my service needs. If you want 5 star treatment ask for Mr. Melvin Alston. I called to make an appointment and spoke to a customer care representative name Shannon. She was very polite and professional handling my call and my concerns.However, when I asked if there would be any charges she said no! When my husband arrived with the vehicle for service he was told upfront there would be a charge for rebalancing and that it was not included in my package.I had to call her manager and report that she did not inform me that rebalancing was not included in the package on my vehicle. I was very upset because I asked these questions in advance to be prepared if there were any charges.Having to call and chase down a manager and not get any follow up unless I called and left voicemails was very inconveniencing for me. I never received an apology for the misinformation and inconvenience.Excellent customer service is when you prepare the customer for all expectations. I did not receive excellence in anyway concerning this matter even though they did remove the charges it came with additional legwork from me and no follow up informing me of anything! Not pleased at all!!!

This was my first experience at Jim Hudson Lexus on Killian Rd. I had some minor work done to the grill of my car. My transaction was a little unique because a third party (not insurance) was involved. I met with Danny chupek and he made the process seamless. I am grateful I made the switch to JH Lexus several years ago after about a 20 year loyalty to a dealership who significantly slacked off. It’s been the best transition for me. I stuck with the other dealership because I thought having a long-term relationship as a customer was necessary. It wasn’t. Only disappointment was i was in from out of town working at a local store 2 mins up the street and no one had time to take me back to my job. I had too use Lyft. Scheduled a routine service (oil change only) & to address the issue of tire sensor light not turning off after replacing all of the sensors two days prior at Costco. The dealership immediately informed us the after market product were malfunction, suggested replacing to ensure the light is off, and any other issues. The tech mentioned a cv boot leakage that needed replacement after thoroughly assessing prior work on the boot we discovered it was the left boot not the right that was completed a few years back. We agreed to the work; the dealership provided us with a loaner while they completed the work. They kept the lines of communication open from beginning to end of the process, and return the old sensors as promised. All in all this experience was superb, no complaints at this time. I recommend using them base off our recent experience.

Jim Hudson Lexus Waiting room was comfortable and well stocked with snacks and drinks. My wait time was longer than promised but bearable.
