Worst experience ever why buy a warranty if you still have to buy another tire then jump through hoops to get reimbursed and employees were very rude acting like i was a problem because i wanted my warranty upheld

Made an appointment for 11am, it is now 11:50am and they haven’t even brought my car into the shop yet. Unprofessional…*Update- it is now 12:15pm, they pulled my car in and went to lunch…*Update to the update- it is now 1:23pm and my car is just finished.

The only reason they get a star is because They dont have the option of half a Star or no star. I Have been waiting over 2 hours for them to just have 3 people working on one car. I recommend no one come to this Store they are ridiculous slow and unprofessional

Elizabeth and Gary, at the service counter, were so friendly and helpful. Laurence, Travis, and Jimmy out in the shop worked on our cars and were so quick and efficient. They were able to answer questions and even helped brainstorm solutions for minor issues that Walmart does not repair. I am very glad I stopped here first. Im not sure why those older reviews were bad- the crew here now is top notch!

The Walmart auto center on forest drive needs new management and mechanics. I arrived at the auto center 10 minutes before opening and they didn’t open until 7:15am. When I got inside to request service I was told i would have to wait an hour because there was only one mechanic on duty and the other mechanic hadn’t showed up. After the second mechanic finally arrived which was 7:40am it took 2 hours to get an oil change. Whenever I get service at the Walmart auto center of forest, which is always my last result; they’re always unprofessional. The phone constantly rings and no one answers, they move at a very slow pace, and the mechanics play around while they work. Very unprofessional place to have your vehicle service. I recommend no one getting their vehicle service at Walmart on forest drive.

Came in early in the morning for one tire. Was told third in line. Was told 1 and a half hour wait. Im sitting here 2 hours later. They still havent even brought my car into the garage. I have never seen such slow service in my life. Horrible. Do not come here.

The laziest employees Ive ever seen. Saw that multiple sets of tires were in stock but was told they could find them. They didnt even look. Ordered tires on March 28th and its been 2 weeks. Still no tires. Dont waste your time here.

Convenient, affordable, and nice customer service. It only took about forty five minutes to have my car serviced and Gary was really friendly and helpful when checking out.

Great customer service at desk actual shop is way under manned on guy trying to do 2 oil changes and replace tire it took me 2 and a half hours to get oil changed

I came early in the morning to get 4 new tires. Pulled up at 7:30 and the man had my vehicle in his computer by 7:40. That was one customer in front of me getting an oil change. It is now 9 oclock and they are just now starting to get my vehicle into the shop. Ive always shopped at Walmart Tire & Lube and Ive never been longer than an hour waiting and getting for tires. This is by far the slickest and slowest Walmart Tire & Lube in the Midlands. I would recommend going to kill you in Road or Two Notch Road or anywhere else or they will get you out very fast. For lack of a better word the service here sucks

Ordered 4 tires. Went to pick them up and they brough out all 4 but wouldnt let me get them because there computer showed only 1 was in, had to wait 40 mins for a manager to over ride it. Then the tire center told me that they didnt have time to put them on because they closed in 2 hours. If I could give no stars I would.

Awful! Lazy, smart ass workers. Took 6 hours, and still messed it up! Plus overcharge me $50!!

Avoid this walmart at all cost, it took my over 3 hours to get my tires changed and are not the friendliest workers. i was waiting for over an 1 hour and 1/2 and then they needed to ask me a question about my tires and they had not even started anything on my car yet.

Sat there for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging my existence. Had several employees look my way and just walked away. Horrible customer service.

Was big mistake change the oil here. Newer again. You can spend here all day. Horrible place.

I have tried on two separate occasions to have my oil changed at Walmart on Forest and both times was turned away because the store didnt have enough employees to actually open for business.

Stood in line at 11:37 AM. Lady says we aren’t taking anymore orders between noon to 1. I said it wasn’t noon yet and she replies, well we need to wrap things up for break and then start back up. Absolutely neglecting stated service timelines for laziness.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OR FIRE PEOPLE AND GET NEW MANAGEMENT. HORRIBLE CLERK ETIQUETTE, SERVICE AND DIRTY WORK AREA EVEN AT THE DESK. Capitalized for a reason.
