I’ve got a expedition suv I heard thru a cousin they were the best TJ made it easy I told him what I wanted as far as the sound I was looking for and he actually ended up saving me money (I thought I needed another amp) they did a full install alpine stereo door speakers front and back 2 12s in a unique box but has a awesome sound highly recommended installation btw flawless!! and it was done in a timely manner.. dude was straight up with me told we what it would cost and produced exactly what I wanted…

Oh initial visit was fine. Lift on the truck looks and works fine, they damaged sensors and wires which caused my ABS to go out. Communication since then has been horrible. Follow up in fixing the problem did not happen correctly and problem is still not resolved. Owner has horrible communication and does not reach back out to fix the problem.

Had car for over a month and radio still not finished plus dashboard hacked up.Never answers the phone or calls back

I called over asking about amplifier testing and asked what it cost to get a amplifier tested. He said 20$ and they he could test it anytime that day. I went in had it tested within 5 minutes and he didn’t charge me as it was fast.

Ok, so heres the deal; I bought a stereo and the harness was defective. So was the second one. Not phat boys fault. He made it right at no additional cost to me. Also got new speakers. My truck jams big time now!

It was outstanding service, and the subs were awesome, unbeatable prices and they were customer friendly. I only disliked the wait on my sub box but that was on the company he gets it from, not them. All in all its coming recommended highly, sounds good and looks good and they will help you set up the perfect match ups so you dont over do it. Gives them a 5 star on my list. (Also they will provide info if needed).

I actually contacted t.j. via fb msgr on a saturday and he got back with me quickly. I told him what i was lookin for, and he shot me a couple of quotes on what would work better for what i was lookin for. Im not the foermost leader in Stereo equipment, but i know what a good deal is. From the scheduling, appointment, quotes and custom install, that whole process was extremely painless. After shopping around, (car stereo one in dickson tried ripping me off, badly) i got a great deal and now have king kong in the trunk!!!
