I get great costumer service everytime. They are great people and if they can not help you they will find someone who can. I would tell everyone to go to Napa first!

I went there today and got the last blower motor for my Dodge Dart SE 2015, they were the only ones in town that had it cheapest. Got to my mechanic and come to find out the part was BROKEN. Went back to them and they could order me one for the next day in the AM but wouldnt do anything for me and my mechanics inconvenience (Columbia Car Care, best in town thank you for squeezing me in).Thanks for NOTHING NAPA!! You guys SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE......

Always friendly and professional and knowledgeable. I like the other 2 big box auto parts places too, but the kids behind their counters are sometimes lacking those attributes. Napa generally has qualify parts at fair prices. Great sales on filters - their house brand is -last I checked- made by one of the best - Wix. Recent research shows Napa car batteries are one of the few (only?) with a generous pro-rated warranty but still at a reasonable price. This place should definitely be on your list of go to choices for auto parts.

Even though they didn’t have the battery in the store, they called down to their Jefferson City store and had the car battery brought up in about 45 minutes

Super helpful staff. They gave me what I asked for and didnt try to talk me into anything I didnt want or need, and they helped me transport a heavy battery to my car in freezing rain. Clean store. You see the registers in an open space as soon as you walk in, ready and waiting to assist.

Was very happy to find a parts store that knows what they are talking about .after trying 2 other stores and coming up empty handed and fed up with autozone .they had the parts and NAPA KNOW HOW i needed to get my old jeep going!
