Terrible service from Parts department. Ordered a seal, 10 days later literally 0 communication beyond telling me when it would arrive when I first placed the order. Its 2 days past arrival date and still nothing. Sent an email asking what is going on, no answer just a random email hours later with a tracking number saying the item was being shipped...should have been shipped 10 days ago!! Horrible dealership, will never deal with again.

Shipping charges were absurd, one item was over $80 alone in shipping but was just rolled up and stuffed in the box with other parts. A number of parts never arrived and after repeatedly reaching out by phone, online chat, online contact forms and e-mails I could never get a response.

Emailed them 3x with no reply. Called the place again and kept getting passed around, guys who answered the next day said everyone was at lunch. Had no clue what was going on with my order for 9 days. Finally got fed up with waiting and cancelled the order. Don’t waste your time and peace of mind ordering from this place. Find someplace more reputable.

I ordered a part that did not fit my car even though I was assured that it was by the year an type of car and i also used my VIN number. I paid for overnight shipping it took 3 days to arrive and the part did not fit. They would not allow to return it even though it was still in the original packaging and even after they lied and said the part absolutely fit my car. They were rude and gave no apology for the late shipping and no apology nor took any responsibility and gave no explanation or even cared they lied to me in order to make the sell. I give them a 0
