From time I arrived was given attention, primary care and cordiality. The professionalism was top notch. I felt confident about the service when I left.
Had a great experience. I was having trouble with my key communicating with my car. They found a current recall that might resolve the issue and did the work for free. Carter has great customer service skills. The parts department ordered some items for me and had them available quickly.

Came in for a routine oil change. Left with my car making a rattling sound. When I pointed it out to the technician they tried to tell me my car was like that before it came in. Then tried to convince me it was a normal sound for cars. I had to take my car to another mechanic just to identify what the technicians broke while doing an oil change. When I went back to the dealership to inform them of the findings they still did not take responsibility but rather told me I must have broken the piece myself. Its a shame that I was willing to pay higher prices at a dealership thinking my car would be in good hands and it was not. I understand mistakes happen but the lack of accountability and trying to blame the customer (me) put the situation over the top. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my service!

I came in for a routine oil change, but my car was also due for a few other services. April was great at explaining what was due and coming up. She had prices and the mileage it was due. I love dealing with her because she is great about explaining the options and is very informative.
Not sure which individual I spoke to in the service department on the phone, but their customer service was horrible. Very off-putting, unprofessional, and not helpful when asking a simple question related to standard services provided.

They could not fix my car in one day and did not have a loner car available so I had to come back 4 days later. 4 days later they still did not have a loner car available. I paid for an extended warranty so that I would not have these problems but that did not seem to matter. I kept asking if I could bring it back when there was a loner car available and they kept telling me they don’t know when that would be. So I had to interrupt my schedule as well as my family schedule so that I could find a ride to drop off and pick up my car. I did not enjoy this experience at all and will be looking for a mechanic closer to home in case something like this should happens again.
My experiences purchasing a car from Nissan has always been excellent. I worked with Michael Plant throughout the entire process. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me out as much as he could. This was not my first Nissan purchase with Mrs. Plant and definitely won’t be my last. I had an appointment to get an oil change. I arrived and they greeted me as soon as I pulled up. 30 mins later I was finished. The only thing I did not like was that they did a car wash and my tag on the front of my car was bent due to it. When I asked about it I was told it was nothing that they could do about it.
I stopped by to take a peek at their Murano since I hadnt seen one up close and was considering getting one there. Michael was happy to help me for a few minutes, even though I was just passing through town. Really appreciated the friendly service.

Customer service and management, needs to communicate better. Customer aka cashier,told me she couldnt find my car. Once she did,she said there driving it up now. It took 15 minutes to bring my car up that was supposedly finished. I asked to speak with the manager,who was very unprofessional, making excuses. This is the first time I had such terrible service, and was quite disappointed to say the least.
They were professional and fast. What I appreciated most is, the tech informed me about what needed to be fixed on my vehicle, and his approach was exceptional. I didnt mind proceeding with fixing the issues with my vehicle.

I just love knowing that when I call April, she gets back to me quickly and really tries to accommodate my schedule. She is upfront and honest with what needs to be done and if I need more than a couple of things done, she explains why they need to be done but does not hound me about getting it done NOW. I like her overall assistance, her knowledge and the fact that she does not dance around the issues.

My sons car broke down somewhere in Columbia, SC on a Sunday evening (hes attending college in University of South Carolina, we live about 160 miles away). Towed the car to your dealership. Car was looked at, fixed, and out the door in 48 hours (including the parts which needed to be installed - 4 coils, 4 spark plugs, 4 spark plug cables, and two new headlights- for a 2009 Versa). The person took care of us (Mr. Carter Welsh), was cordial, professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. My son was able to get his car back in two days with no issues. Very satisfied with the service, and the diligence of everyone involved, beginning with Mr. Welsh. Thank you.

I went in to purchase a new keyless entry fobe for my Nissan, which they had in stock. I was there over 3 hours, the service associate wrote my paperwork for a spare key that I told her I didnt need and in the end was charged over $350 dollars for this ordeal. I will not go back!!!

If buying one of your dream cars from the wrong place was to manifest itself it did here. I’ve wanted a plum crazy Charger for many years. I never quite found one in my price range. Several times I assured my salesman yes I’m coming to get it. While looking at it the car they were more concerned with me going to get the check than showing me the vehicle. The salesman even got the car washed and didn’t get it serviced! Thanks to rick he got it serviced but the crazy part is they changed the oil and did NOT check the fluids. Every fluid was low. I’m very pleased with my car but I’ll never spend money at this dealership again. I guess the price made up for the lack of customer service.
Made an appointment for 10:30 am 5/21/2020. I arrived at 10:20 and was immediately acknowledged. Vehicle was taken in for oil change/tire rotation shortly thereafter. Service took approximately 50 minutes with a wash included. All employees were efficient, polite, cheerful and helpful. Excellent service was provided this visit.
Service was quick! But the carwash drive thru is NOT worth it that they use. It would be nice if they dry off the vehicle and not just pull it up and say, OK, your vehicle is ready. Not!

Had it checked at a popular local auto shop, who gave me an estimate of $1103.76.Took it to another local mechanic who said he couldnt fix it and that I should take it to a Nissan dealer which I did. That was excellent advice.Total cost : $83.00 at your service center (Replaced air intake sensor)I was in and out within 2 1/2 hrs.LaTrisa Wilson (Service Advisor) displayed EXCELLENT people skills.

I brought my car in for servicing and April Keefer informed me that according to your records I had not had my car serviced in more than four years. I told her that was incorrect and she became argumentative and very rude. When I picked my car up after servicing, she did not even speak to me, much less explain anything. I have been your customer for twenty three years and this is how you treat me. This is completely unacceptable.
Wrote the prices too small like barely could see what the numbers were felt like they did that to get over on me first time with a car. Didn’t really like the atmosphere in there, broken coffee machine. Took forever and I didn’t won’t my oil change at all did that anyways.

Took my Titan in and told the service writer that it cut off while my wife was driving it. He said they would check it out. He called back and said they couldn’t duplicate any problem but he recommended a tune up. I thought this would be a good precaution (as my wife drives the truck occasionally). They charged me $479.00 for the service and then 130.00 because I told them it cut off with my wife was driving. I guess I should have said nothing. They have a sign in their window that says they charge 130.00 to check your vehicle but if you have your vehicle repaired or serviced they do not charge the fee. I ended up paying $609.00 for a tuneup. They were extremely dishonest and if you don’t want to get ripped off, stay away from this “service” dept.

Ive been going to Dick Smith’s since I bought my first car and boy have they have stepped up their customer service in all the right ways. Their customer lounge is comfortable and full of goodies to snack on while you wait. I can make a delicious coffee drink or have a cold soft drink. Not to mention their plethora of snacks (with some healthy options) to choose from. Most importantly, their representatives are on point. They are kind, efficient, and honest! They are truly looking out for their customers each and every time.
Service was great and speedy love the complimentary car wash as well. However, they did forget to apply a screw for me. But that’s okay!
Del was fantastic to work with, & made the whole process smooth. Jeff in finance made sure I understood the breakdown of my monthly payment, & didn’t try to up-sell me on anything.
This was by far the most pleasant experience getting my oil changed. The service manager was extremely nice as well as the other staff. The waiting room was relaxing and stocked with both healthy and non-healthy snacks. Although they were busy, I still did not wait very long while they serviced my car. I highly recommend!
Rob, Assistant Manager, was great as always. I appreciate the personal touch he always gives when I bring my vehicle in for service. My vehicles engine light came on and when I called Rob, he got me in right away. I was concerned because I drive a lot so I cannot risk a breakdown. He got me in and the service personnel worked to get me back on the road quickly. I appreciate Robs attitude and professionalism which he displays every time I come in. In fact all of the service department staff is always friendly and professional. The service is always done well and I have no complaints.

We will never go to this Dealership. My son took his Sentra for service for the First time to this Dealership that costed us $500!!! He was asked to drive in his car in side the service area (Which should have been done by Dealership staff), owing to tight corners his car just touched another Van causing barely noticeable scuff (see picture) but the Van owner being the Dick Smith staff Cashier raised a big hue and cry, intimidating my Son and demanded money from my hapless Son! After intervention by her Dick Smith Colleagues, my Son had to run home and bring in $500 check to settle!!! The check was en-cashed within the next hour... how nice!! So Beware folks of Greedy Dick Smith Staffers..... Roby
