Not only did they finish earlier than they told her they would, but they also charged her LESS than they had quoted her. Friendly staff, I highly recommend.

I’m pretty sure they do good work but All they do is lie! My mother has had her car in this shop for a whole month. I don’t know if they have too much business or short on mechanics, but I find them very unprofessional. They keep giving my mother false dates on when her car will be complete and she has to call them just to keep being disappointed, I feel that they take advantage of her patience. For sure they are not telling her everything that’s going on, it’s like they’re buying themselves extra days. They do a poor job of updating you on your car while it’s in their care and their team is unorganized.

My wife’s Tahoe was involved in an accident which resulted in a good bit of damage to both the front end and the passenger side. Bender Mender did an amazing job with both the repair and the painting involved; you would never be able to tell the vehicle was involved in an accident. Not only were the repairs top notch, but the customer service was as well. Everything was done promptly and repairs were completed quickly. I will definitely recommend Bender Mender to anyone who needs repairs, painting or mechanical work done to their vehicle.

Best body shop in Columbia. The folks there are very knowledgeable and the craftsmanship is simply the best in town. It is located a little out of the way, but very much worth finding.

I came by this shop 30mins. before they closed. I had to replace a door handle on my Lexus and I did all of that myself but I could not get the door panel back on by myself. A neighborhood next door app suggested this place when I posted an ad for someone to help me put back on the door panel.I just dropped in to see if it was something that they could help with and see about how much it would cost and when they could do the job. The man was extremely polite and courteous and he asked me for my keys and he pulled it into the garage and he snapped that door panel right back on within 5 minutes! I asked him how much it would be and he told me not to worry about it and happy New Year! Im new to this area, but I definitely know who to go to from now on whenever I need any of my car needs done. I would recommend them to anyone!

They guarentee all their work and do a good job. They dont seem too friendly but no harm, they are polite. They didnt call to give updates on my car repairs but when you call them they will provide that information. The car was returned clean and I was able to leave my rental with them for pick up.

The guys at Bender Mender are excellent. From their customer service to the actual body work, they are top notch. They kept me informed every step of the way when I brought my car to them for repairs after an accident. I got at least 4 calls from them while my car was there, from insurance updates to when they had finished working on it. They finished a day earlier than had been estimated which was nice. My car looks fantastic and they even vacuumed out the inside which proves they go above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend them.

Not really my experience but I witnessed this tow company snatch an old mans car out the Walmart grocery pickup. The older gentleman had just spoke to the Walmart employee before he went inside. The tow truck for this company pulled up and was looking for a car to tow. It picked this gentlemans and pulled off. The old man came out and was so confused. The Walmart employees were like Bender Mender has to talk to us before taking a customers car. Shady business it looks like.

I had my friend to go to them to get a estimate for her door. They gave her a estimate of $1500. I knew that couldnt be right so i told her to meet us off Killian rd at the body shop out there. The guy came outside to do the estimate on her door. Instead of giving us a price he said wait right here. Long story short he said he could fix it now. He took five minutes and two pieces of wood to fix the small issue. He said that wasnt much damage to charge for and said Merry Christmas and walked away free of charge. I wouldnt recommend Bender Mender because its no telling how many people they have done like this.

Absolute WORST customer service. My car was broken into/vandalized in October of 2015. The dashboard paneling, radio/bluetooth, windows/tint, hood/ hood latch, and some electrical was completely messed up. After a few weeks of hearing nthing back from Bender Mender, we call them to chec on the car. They said, We are still working on it. A few more weeks passed without hearing anything, and we got the same run around. After a few MONTHS, yes... months, we finally got a call that my car was ready. Finally. When I arrived to pick it up, I wanted to see what they fixed befor paying them. As soon as I opened my car door, I was shocked. The radio they put in was way too big for the area; it caused paneling to not fit properly and made it so that my cup holders would not open. I also noticed that my headliner had fallen down, they had not fixed the tint on my windows, and the hood and latch were still not properly fixed. So. I asked them very nicely to please fix those issues before I pay them and pick up the car. They agreed, and I left without the car. Once again, a few weeks pass without hearing a word. I had to call to ask about the progress and remind them of the things that needed go be fixed. They said they got it and that it would be ready soon. A few more weeks passed and they called to let me know it was ready... again. Once again, I drive to pick up my car... and what do you know? NOTHING was fixed that I had requested. At this point, I was totally over it, paid them, and left with my car. .5 miles down the road... and my car totally cuts off and wont cut back on. Eventually, it starts, and we take it back to the shop. I get my money back, and, ONCE AGAIN, ask them to fix the paneling around the radio, my window tint, and the hood latch. Again, a few MONTHS pass... and I had not heard a thing. By this point, I have moved to NC and have been using my moms car as transportation. Her car broke down. So I needed to get my car out whether fixed or not. I get my dad to pick it up and drive FOUR hours to NC, trusting that they had been men of integrity and actually fixed the tiny cosmetic stuff. Nope. Of course that was not the case. My dad just arrived with my car, and as soon as I saw it, I knew that they had not touched it since the last time (a few months ago) I had seen it. Actually, it looked worse! And my air is now broken! So, I paid them $1,000.00, on top of the $700.00 my insurance paid them... for literally nothing. Needless to say, I expect to hear back from Bender Mender. I will either be getting some money back, or they WILL fix the minor issues that I requested months ago. If neither of those are going to happen, I will be hiring a lawyer for the principle of things. When a customer brings you their car to fix, make sure it looks better than when they brought it to you, especially if your JOB is to do so. Look forward to coming to a nice compromise, Bender Mender!

Worst experience i ever had they led me to believe they fixed my air in my car air lasted only a day and a half tried to say the diagnosis didnt detect any issues however the follow up report show a different report didnt even really acknowledge any wrong doing on their part had me in the office like they didnt see me for 20 minutes then says oh can i help you i just think it was because i was black they could treat me any kind of way i will never recommend this shop to anyone ever!!!!!!!!!!!
