This place is a joke. Was told to be there before 12pm or after 3pm. I was there at 10:45am. Rang the bell on the door as the sign reads. Waited 10 minutes and called their number. Guy answered and said someone would be out in a few. At 11:50 am called the number back and dude said it would be after 3 pm. The guy inside had already left. Apparently he left before we ever got there. They wanted $125 for a wiring harness. Ended up calling WIT (Whatever It Takes) in Charlotte NC they had the part for $65. We took a short trip up there and picked it up without any problems.

Every time we place a order there which is like 2 times a week these people always have a be back later sign. It is very I convenient, condenser we drive 30 min to get there. They need to hire more employees so someone can run the desk and the other can run the streets. Js

If this rating was based off of my conversations with the out of state employees that Ive talked to then it would get a 5 star. I have tried multiple times to contact this columbia branch and none of the employees answer the phone but someone from Tennessee did reach out and confirm that noone was answering. I have an auto repair shop and I made the mistake of depending on transtar Columbia for a torque converter ..... It is probably there but without confirmation I wont risk the downtime to make a 40 minute ride one way.
