This rite aid location is extremely friendly! The managers go out of their way for customers! Love their ice cream!!

My experience at this Rite Aid has significantly improved over the last three months. Assistant Jewel was very patient with me as I described the type Jergens body lotion that I was not able to find. She instantly knew which one I was referring to and directed me to where I could find it. In addition, it was clean and overall a friendly place to be.

Ive been shopping here for 9 years the customer service is excellent from all employees and the bargains too 😃

Its rite-aid I only go there for the beer sales

The service is terrible. Too many times I have spent weeks trying to get prescriptions filled like now! I’m changing pharmacies. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Very slow! I spoke to the pharmacist and she told me to go to the drop off window.I was in line there for about 15 mins. As it was rung up I saw the pharmacist leave for lunch. The clerk said I’d have to wait another 30 mins for her to come back. Everyone needs lunch for sure but they are so slow and lacking in customer relations. Just go somewhere else

I live right down the street from this pharmacy and I always have to wait, wait, wait...to pick my Aunts medication. I REFUSE to use this pharmacy to get my medication because there is always long line and 1 person working back there when I go. I told my Aunt Im going to change her pharmacy to where I go because they deliver to our home for FREE!! Rite Aid is just a waste of time.

If I could give a zero star I would. It was 9pm and there was no associate at the register or a greeter, no where in sight. That being said there was also 2 customers standing in line with no one at the register. I walked my bicycle in the store that took literally 5 seconds and went back to the front to be charged. The associate with no name tag refused to ring me up because I left my bicycle by the front door. May I add it was not bloocking the door or anyone of the customers waiting in line. She said leave my bike out side where it cannot be locked or park it a block away where I can lock my bike. Her whole disagreement took longer then what it would of been to ring me up. SHE REFUSED TO RING ME UP.
