Its not all bad its a great place but it says its open 24/7 when really they close at 11 pm and do t open till 7 am. Kind of a let down really because I cant find a place to get me and my wife some midnight snacks.

I went in today to purchase a family platter (12 chicken pieces mixed, 6 chicken tenders, 6 biscuits and wedges) when I got to my car and checked my bags I realized that I received all legs and thighs, no white meat and 6 tenders. When I went back in to get my order correction the cashier tried to explain that my order was correct even though the amount of chicken was wrong and it was clearly not what I ordered eventually with coaching from another cashier it was partially corrected. When I got home to enjoy my meal with my family I realized that their were no biscuits. I tried calling but the phone just rings, no answer. I am dissatisfied and disappointed. Please do better!!

Awful place. The soda machine is a joke. They never seem to take care of it. Get soda at your own risk as the Sprite tastes like dirty dish water, the lemonade is just lemon lime Gatoraide, the lemon iced tea is apple soda, and once in a while all the other sodas like Coke and Pepsi come out flat

Bad customer service. Youll be standings in line and even though they have a Hugh line theyll start counting there register without telling the customer as we just stand there waiting and if we do wait that long it takes up to 30 minutes.Just ridiculous they should close there doors if they cant take any customers at that moment, not have the line build up and were just waiting not knowing how long theyll take.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ive been going there for 4 years everyday and have watched a ton of staff come and go. The crew they have right now is by far the worst Ive seen. They are extremely rude and inattentive to customers and keeping their items stocked. Not to mention how dirty it is there. I have been getting Polar Pops everyday sometimes 2x a day for 4 years and they seem to be out of basic things like cups, lids, straws, ice, and they havent had coffee creamer in quite some time so I dont even bother with the coffee. The girl who helped me this morning (who I have been helped by several times before) insists that the Polar Pop is $1 even when I hand her exactly 96 cents (the actual cost). She is extremely rude about it every time and acts annoyed when I hand her $1.01 asking for my nickel back. Thats IF she even bothers to ring me up in the first place. Today she was taking her time eating while I was standing at the register waiting for her to finish. Most of the time the staff will be talking on their cell phone while ringing people up and not even paying attention to what they are doing. Im over it. Ive never seen it THIS bad. Bye nasty circle k! 7-11 can have my business now.
