Lady refused service because Im not wearing a mask. Its August 2021 there is no mask mandate. I will take my business else where and wont return.
NOT OPEN TILL 12 ON FRIDAYS LIKE THEY SAY THEY ARE, WAVED ME AWAY WHEN I CAME TO THE DOOR AND IM A HIGH PAYING CUSTOMER.
Not the best prices and staff is questionable. Came in once with my young daughter and they were super nice to both of us. Came in other times by myself and they were glaring at me browsing as if I might steal, pushing to upsell and rude when I asked questions. Very limited selection anyway. Theres plenty of liquor stores in the area. Might as well choose a different one thats better.
Good price and friendly
I was in there maybe 3-5 minutes before the elderly male cashier kicked me out because I was taking too long to buy something. I am always quiet and polite, so Im not sure why I upset him. He asked me what I was doing, so I told him I was looking around, and he said, you dont buy, you leave. Then I let him know I was unfamiliar with buying alcohol so I needed to look around first, but he said I dont care. Bye bye.Nope, he didnt ask if I needed help or if I was looking for anything specific. No customer service. Just chasing customers away. I wouldnt be surprised if he was discriminatory like other reviewers mentioned. (He didnt address the 2 men also browsing.)So, I went to 7/11 and gave my money to a big corporation instead of his small business, unfortunately.
The owner discriminated! He is very rude! I’m 34 year old with a outta state driver license. He wouldn’t sell me a pack of cigarettes because I have a outta state id
Gave me the wrong ciroc bottle but it was still good
Very courteous owners. Prices are a little high, but nothing crazy. Location is convenient making it a fast stop with very little waiting around.
Terrible. Came in to buy about $100 worth of liquor, left with $30 worth because the lady rushed me to the counter before i could even pick up a third wine bottle. Rude as hell. Never coming back.
Incredibly rude, followed me around the entire time, and insulted me for using a credit card for some reason. Im going to literally any of the other 30 liquor stores nearby from now on
They used my credit card for a purchase and said it was denied so I payed cash only to find out later that night that the card was accepted and they pretty much stole from me.
The place is great and they have sojue and the dude that works there knows English and can count if he is mean to you you must have been a ass hat to him
These guys ALWAYS steal your change if you pay cash, they discriminate, refuse to learn enough English to even do a simple transaction with you, and wont let you pay in card unless its $4 or more. Today, the couple who I have seen working there for years, surrounded me as I was getting my card out to pay, took the bottle out of my hand saying I might drop it, (they meant steal it by the way they were glaring and hovering inches away from me) and glared at me from the second I walked in the door - all of this after Ive been a regular customer for years, despite how their Guinness is usually old, overpriced, and not offered in a twelve-pack unless you want to buy two six packs, which costs more even before their markups.I went in today to buy one single $2 forty-ouncer after a hard double-shift at work, and instead I got belittled and treated like a thief. These jerks have had their last chance with me, which is sad, because I usually buy enough for everyone in the house (plus a friend or two) when I go to a liquor store. They wont have me to steal change from anymore, all theyll get will be the middle fingers Ill be giving them every time I go to the 7-11 next door.
Discriminatory staff unwilling and/or unable to answer questions. Potentially price gauging and selling to minors.
Friendly shop~~~
