My husband and I came in for birthday cards for our family as they all have relatively close birthdays. We were welcomed and helped by Ashley who was super upbeat and helped us find exactly the right cards we were looking for! Super helpful, she then encouraged us to peek into the starwars section as we were getting gifts as well for our son who loves star wars!

The were very busy, as to be expected around the holidays. Kids got to pick up some great ornaments this year for the Christmas tree. The ladies working the evening we went were super friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The have a great selection of ornaments for all walks of life. Thank you for making this experience a great one, as picking out that special ornament is a magical moment for a familys holidays.

Neat little spot for all sorts if gifts. For all of you bargain shoppers - - They have quite the clearance section!! Tons of cards, trinkets, soaps, jewelry, etc. I will definitely be back to shop some more!

Recommend looking for another store nearby NOT WORTH THE TIME. Traveling from out of town purchased a gift yesterday and while I went today to make a return Heather is so unprofessional she stated in quotes I cant handle this. They are crazy. She walked off to the back with Angie the store manager, Heather clearly didnt pay attention to the recipt that clearly showed we payed with a gift card and cash. No ownership was taken by Heather or Angie.

Amys Hallmark in Colorado Springs is the best. They had my ornament debut bag all ready to go. Hats off to the staff. They all do a fantastic job.

Shopping the week before Christmas is always hectic and can be really difficult. The store was well stocked, there wasnt debris everywhere, though there was a line the workers were very nice and did their best to get us out quickly. Even let us know about a promo they had going and saved us some money! Awesome people here.

Its a small store and they didnt have a big selection of just every days cards. They have a lot of birthday cards. Just a little disappointed. I dont know if it has anything to do with Covid. I will still go there again.

Tried to do a curbside pickup on a Saturday at 6 pm. No answer from the posted phone number on the door. Tried calling and waiting for 10 minutes. Posted hours on door say they close at 8 pm.

My favorite place to go for gifts. Clean, lots of options and very kind ladies working there.

Came here to just see what was new and what had changed. Not a bad place for ornaments and various gifts or even cards for nearly any & all events in life that come up.

I still think Hallmark is one of the best places to go to find a special gift for someone and this is a really nice store its not in the mall like they used to be years ago! Anytime I have a really hard time finding that perfect gift for someone...I go to Amys Hallmark store!

This is my go-to place for keeping up the childhood tradition of getting Hallmark ornaments for Christmas. Its a pretty standard Hallmark shop. Staff have always been helpful and friendly when I have visited.

They have a variety of all sorts of cards, figurines, stuffed animals, toys, candy, Christmas ornaments, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I purchased an ornament here before Christmas as a gift for my husband. When he opened it, it was broken. I went to the store after Christmas to see if they could replace it and they told me they had no more in stock, couldnt order them, and could only give me half price back because thats what all the ornaments were on sale for at the time. If you shop here for ornaments, make sure that you check them before you leave the store or you wont get your money back if something is wrong with them after Christmas. The staff there was unhelpful and borderline rude. I will not shop there again.

I came out of town to enjoy a hallmark, they didnt have any bathrooms I could use so I left and came back. Employees walked past me several times without asking me if I needed help. Very disappointing, I have shopped at hallmark for years this is probably one of the worst experiences Ive ever had.

Went in for the ornament launch and was treated so badly I will never go back! Ordered my ornaments and when I picked them up the lady gave me a really hard time about my online order. She said I was lucky they let me do that because It wasnt something they do. Dont treat me poorly for a service YOU provided. You were lucky to get my $175 dollars. Will NEVER shop there again. Hallmark Ornaments are magical and we look forward to the release every year! You ruined it this year and this 3 year patron to your store will not be coming back.

They were very professional on the phone and in person as my mom and I searched for a recipe binder as a gift. We also got to explore some of the ornament options for the next holiday season.

Went to store today and was very sorry I did. A young lady was very pleasant and helpful. There was a slight problem with two of three items I purchased. She said they cant be sold if damaged. I told her Id assume responsibility and take it as is. The manager, I assume, named Blair came over to ring sale and took over. They didnt have boxes for the two porcelain trays but the young lady told me she could give me some boxes I told her Id work with it. Well Blair got involved and that ended up stressful which I told BlAire. She wants to know if I want both trays in one box. I told her no and to leave them broken down. I. Bought three items and was approximate $44.00. BlAire starts again and I looked her in eye and I said all I want to do is get out of here. I worked retail management for 30 years and can tell you BlAire is not doing Hallmark a good service. Ill definitely look for another store in Colorado Springs thank you.

This location does not have very much selection and the card you are looking for is not here. You will most likely settle, especially if they have a good special or discount going on.
