The Woodshed has a nice professional display of windows and doors from various manufacturers including Marvin at their shop in Colorado Springs. I did not need trim or other lumber items so Ive no review on that.Windows were delivered to the inside of my garage (where I asked them to be placed) on-time and on the date promised.Worked with Jerad Mitchell - he was very helpful in getting all my particular questions answered, had no problems with the changes I made through the process and was responsive when I called. We exchanged spreadsheets and quotes back and forth via email, which made it easy for me to verify the exact windows we were getting.Id definitely work with them again!

Working with the Woodshed has been a great experience. They are very professional and honest with what to expect and do not misrepresent information. It is a pleasure doing business with a straight-forward family owned company, and that is exactly what they are. They offer a variety of products and their sales staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products - and in the rare case they may not know, they are truthful about it but always seem to find the information you need and come back to you with all of the answers.

My experience was awesome. We did an addition to our house and wanted to match the door trim and baseboards with the rest of the house. I had to call several times (my fault) and everyone I spoke with was very helpful. They looked up our house (our builder used them) and found our products/style. Ordered over the phone with no hassle. When I picked up the trim the person helping me was happy to cut it for me so i could fit and transport in my car. All around, great experience.

Installed a staircase in a new construction home. Looks nice, unfortunately, they ordered the wrong balusters. Unfortunately, the staircase was installed and the invoice paid before the error was realized. The balusters installed were more expensive than the ones ordered (about $300), which we paid for.We contacted Woodshed for a resolution, the balusters installed were acceptable, just not what we ordered, so we just asked for a partial refund for the difference. We were told That was what the estimator had in his notes, therefore, no refund. However, the general contractor and the two homeowners were all present when the order was placed, all three remember the same thing being ordered, and it wasnt what was installed. In conclusion, we were told by the estimator I was the only one taking notes. and were basically told to pound sand.If you like dealing with a company more interesting in covering their own ass than helping the customer, then the Woodshed is for you. Just make sure you double check your order before anything is done, if they make an error, its your fault.

Hands Down the Best Door shop in the STATE! Custom order doors and windows. Even with my company in Denver, I still order from these guys because I know that it will come in right the first time. Service, Quality, and Craftsmanship.... YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH THESE GUYS.

Overall, I experienced complete lack of professionalism and customer service from The Woodshed management. I expected exceptional service considering it’s a family owned business, but I couldn’t have been more unpleasantly surprised. It took an entire year just to get a handrail installed! When I spoke with management about concessions, I was yelled at and spoken to in a very condescending and unprofessional manner. I would highly recommend finding business elsewhere!

Went in to buy a custom bathroom door, the guy that was helping me was not helpful at all. He keep telling my that it was 4 weeks out and very expensive. He asked what type of wood I wanted, Im not sure, I asked what he recommended, he told me that he cant make that decision for me. So Im still looking for a custom door company. I will not do business with type of company.

Not a good experience!!!! tried to purchase windows for my customers but service was lacking big time! Very slow response when ready to purchase products. Sales person (Owners son) was lacking experience as he told me.I wasted 3 weeks of my clients time and they were not happy! . I have gone to a competitor for same product and better service.

I have never had it made so difficult to spend money. I am a homeowner doing a major main floor renovation. The first salesman I worked with was the most unresponsive salesman I have ever worked with. Didnt return calls, had to contact multiple times asking for someone to please get in touch with me.I then drove down from Woodland Park and went in person to try and place the order, better service from the second salesman, but still have to make multiple calls to get the estimate and be able to actually place an order.Was told delivery would occur on 4/28/2016, when no one showed by 2 PM, called and was told the delivery would be on 4/29/2016. Just called and was told we werent on the delivery schedule and who told us we were:( We are now impacting the skilled craftsman lined up to do the finish work.It would be great to get a confirmation on when our trim order will be delivered.Update, Jared who has the bright spot called and my delivery is enroute! Thanks Jared!!!

Profiles dont match up. Heights of trim differ. Double doors may be beveled wrong. Hollow core doors wont have backers for door hardware. Ordering materials from them with almost double your labor time. Should be named the woodshack or woodsham to more accurately describe their quality of products. For track homes only.
