Company did not back up their mistake on a door order which salesman admittedly made a mistake with. Poor customer service and very expensive doors.

Literally in the 5th month and still waiting. Both orders were delayed from the original ship dates three times each. You would think they cure orders before acting on them, and the excuses are simply incredible. While they produce a nice but very expensive product, I would take a fast pass and seek another reliable supplier. Each order has been the same. Ordered December 2018 and still not delivered 5 months later Apr 2 2019.
