Got a very nice bay window from these folks. Yes, it was a very long wait - but I was made aware of that upfront. The installers were very professional and friendly. One part for the exterior installation wasnt delivered with the window, so their staff made it in-town rather than wait for the manufacturer to get to it. They did a really nice job getting the window to match the outside of my house. Two of the screens were torn before or during installation, but they got them replaced very quickly and with no hassle. The window has really cut down on the heat inside that part of the house. Their office staff was very helpful getting everything scheduled and addressing any questions or concerns. It was not cheap, but Im hoping this is a case of getting what you pay for, and so far it has been.

John and his crew actually arrived well ahead of the time window provided. That was actually good and called ahead to tell us they were on the way. The completed the install quickly and did a thorough clean up. Only had one small concern which I addressed and John corrected it on the spot. We are VERY happy with these windows and will definitely used Window World next time we need windows.

Window World had the best pricing that I could find in my area. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installer (Nick) did an excellent job installing the windows even though my home is over 100 years old and not exactly the easiest to work with. Any questions or concerns that I voiced during the installation process were addressed quickly and to the highest standards.

Between the sale person and John, the window installer, everything turned out great! Our sales person made some great suggestions on what would work best for us and our needs. John, the window installer, was very progressional and polite, he called every morning before coming out and listened if we had any questions or concerns. The service and product for the price is worth it, highly recommend Window World for your next project. We got 17 new windows and one patio slider door, everything looks great and now I can actually use my windows! So very happy. One thing to note is that they are busy (which we knew) and it did take 8 months to get our windows installed from the time we purchased them, not a big deal to me.

A few years ago, I was trying to make my home more energy efficient, feel warmer & lower my utility costs. I added 12” of attic installation which provided some benefit but it was minimal. I finally decided to replace all of my home’s windows and sliding glass door with the triple pane windows from Window World and the results were phenomenal. I had significantly less internal temperature swings within my home which made it “feel” much more comfortable all of the time. It also reduced my utility cost by a 12 month average of 34%. The energy savings from my new windows provided three times the benefit of previously adding the 12” of attic insulation. My energy cost savings also paid for the cost difference between double pain and triple pane windows in less than two years. The windows have a lifetime warranty and that warranty is transferable to a new owner for 20 years. The warranty covers anything that can go wrong with the window including window seal loss, accidental glass breakage and the installation of a replacement window if needed. With this exceptional warranty, my future home expenses relating to my windows should be zero for my remaining time in my home. The installation of my windows was done quickly and with minimal disruption to the interior or exterior of my home.I did have one “service call” for one of my windows about two years after my purchase where the lock did not seem to be engaging as it should have been doing. The service call was done in a timely manner by a very professional service representative who resolved the problem completely in a very reasonable time.I have been completely happy with my new windows as well as with the ongoing support that has been provided by Window World and their staff. My home is not only far more energy efficient but it is just more comfortable to live in both winter and summer. I couldn’t be more pleased with the improved livability of my home resulting from my window replacement.

I want to first say that the treatment and professionalism of window world was on point. At every part of the process, from the gentleman who did the measurements to the gentlemen who installed the windows were polite, kind and courteous. They did great work and I believe that the product was of great quality.Unfortunately, my experience was tainted by one window. I ordered windows for my entire home including the garage. The gentlemen came out and walked the entire house with me, did all the measurements, contract, and took my payment in full. Total was $8900. A BIG investment as I am a single dad, who purchased the home I grew up in. I knew that I had expenses coming up and it would be 20-24 weeks before installation. So I paid for the windows so I would have piece of mind. I could have had that money in my bank collecting interest as I am sure that window world did, but piece of mind was valuable to me. When the contract was prepared the gentlemen told me I had 14 windows, which seemed correct. (I had 15) he did not show me the sketch of the house but walking through that number seemed appropriate.I waited and waited and the windows did not come in until 2 weeks past the 24 week timeline. I had already waited a long time so that was what it was. A very polite installer came to the house and I spoke with him on the phone, as he kept me updated while I was at work. He told me that we were short one of the basement windows. I couldn’t understand how that could be. I ordered the entire house. I contacted Window World who informed me that I only ordered 14 windows. I signed the contract, so they were sorry but if I wanted this little window I needed to buy it. At this point I did not have the money to buy the window which is why I purchased the windows up front. The gentlemen who did the measurements called me and apologized told me where he missed the window. It was a sincere apology, but he said again that if I wanted that window, I needed to purchase it and wait months for it to come in. I am not someone who wants something for nothing. But at the same time, I was very specific about ordering my entire home. I know this was a mistake, but as a company you have an obligation to your customers to provide a service. I did the right thing.... I ordered windows, I was specific about my needs, and I was willing to pay for everything. I waited the very long wait, and was appreciative of the job that was done. But I find it disheartening that this company is willing to sacrifice a customer over a mistake they made. If the contract would have been missing multiple windows then I totally understand how I would have more fault in the matter. But this one window leaves my home incomplete and has turned me off to this company.I again want to state that if it was not for this one window my rating would be a 4.5 only because of the wait. But I am having a really hard time stomaching this. I hope this does not happen in the future with other customers. In response to the comment by the company:I appreciate the offer to rush the window. You however, missed the entire point. I did what I had to do to ensure that I had piece of mind. I trusted your company and your staff to ensure that the job was done correctly, and you broke that trust. I work in a customer service industry and I can tell you that sometimes you have to “make a situation right”. So, I will be getting the window ordered after I have saved up enough, but it will definitely not be through your company. You lost my trust and that is the single most important thing in a long lasting sustainable company. If I have to pay a couple of dollars more for a company that cares about me, my home, and the large investment being placed..... then so be it.

We had used Window World in the past for window replacement at a different house and loved it. So, we replaced 2 windows in our new house about 2 years ago with Window World. The install was terrible and left glass all over the bedroom (even in our bed) and outside scattered across a 20 ft area including the kids sand box.Now 2 years later Im not sure there is ANY energy savings. The wind blows right through these windows. Most of the windows in the house are from Champion prior to us purchasing and we have no issues with these. There is a Champion window and a Window World window on the same side of house and the Champion provides good protection from the blowing wind, but the Window world one you can feel it! It blows in at the seams of the sliding panel.

Weve had many windows replaced in our house now and every time Window World comes out, they have been excellent in their service and communications. Austin, their service and repair person came out to look at a sliding screen door they installed with my sliding patio door a little over a year ago. He was fast and professional in taking care of my screen doors problem. He fixed it but it wasnt perfect because he didnt have the right parts. So, he went the extra mile and eventually got the parts to make the repair perfect, and came out a second time within a week. These folks are an incredible team of customer service advocates that really go the extra mile. The only downside to Window World is that they take 6-8 months to get you new windows, and that can be a big issue for some people. I will continue to use Window World for replacement windows as the value is exceptional along with the superb customer service.

I was originally very happy with my purchase, the windows are very nice and the installation crew were friendly and efficient. We have a small issue that I hope Window World will still resolve. They had to come back to finish the trim work on two arched windows, and left before I had come home from work. The two arched windows were trimmed (arch only) with multiple small 3-4 pieces of trim that were placed around the arch. When I called to let WW know, they sent a service manager out. Jim came out and told me they cant get single piece arch trim any longer. I let him know that I am not satisfied whatsoever, and have not heard back. In fact, they sent a bill after his visit. Ive surveyed over 50 arched windows in my neighborhood, and all have single piece trim. I was told they are the largest window manufacturer in the country, and they cannot make trim for arched windows? They had my order for 7 months, and had to fab something in the shop the day of install?? Please help me resolve this Window World, dont make me go to your competition to buy these two pieces - please!Response after owners response - Firstly - thanks for your response.I had asked for a response from the service manager, and was told that you would not respond in writing. Please send me a letter stating that you will replace those two pieces as soon as you have the proper material. Secondly - please share the material specs so I can get started on sourcing this for you.Thank you.

After we ordered our windows and they came in, they called us to schedule time to come out. They said it would take two days to install, which is fine since we had many windows. They arrived the first day, did about half of the windows and left at noon. I thought this was strange, since they probably could have had a pretty good head start on the other windows. They came back the next day, but had to leave early (before noon again) because of a family emergency with one of the installers. This wasnt a problem, things happen, but there was some major miscommunication about the work that remained unfinished. One of the windows had absolutely no weather proofing and I could see right around the frame to the outdoors. I wish I kept the photo, but it’s been almost two years. Additionally, much of the indoor caulking was not done well. The main office was told that nothing was wrong, so when we called to inform them, they insisted that everything was fine and they would be out in TWO weeks to finish the work. When I pushed to get it done earlier, they got rude with me and said there were no other appointments (its easy to push my appointment back with unfinished work, but not push back someones appointment that hasnt even started?). It was going to rain the whole second week and I knew that would spell trouble. Thankfully, there was apparently a cancellation and they were able to provide an earlier appointment before the rain.Additionally, there was a damaged window in the shipping (again, I understand things happen, so this wasnt much of an issue). They reordered it and said it would be several weeks. 4-5 weeks later we had another appointment scheduled to replace it. They called us only a few minutes before the appointment to say that they had a “miscommunication” again and that they had ordered only the frame without the glass, which meant another reorder. Many of the windows had to be re-caulked because of initial quick work leaving gaps. The work was completed nearly four months after the first installation appointment. Finally, the quality of their windows is terrible. The handles are flimsy and prone to bend. The crank on one of the windows flexes greatly when used. Worst of all, when it comes to energy efficiency, some of the windows seem to be as bad or worse than the 1980’s style aluminum windows we used to have. On a 12° day, I used a laser thermometer to test the plastic frame temperature. Most of the windows are fine (about the same as the wall around it), but some were about 20° colder than the others, which matched the temperature of our aluminum garden window original to the house. One seems to have a cold draft coming off it, but I couldn’t find the source of the breeze. Another of the windows has an actual breeze coming through that I could feel and was 35-40°, just above freezing, around the frame.I don’t think I can recommend Window World of Southern Colorado.

Matt is an awesome salesman who is very professional all the way with the way he conducts his business and he responded very quickly when I had any questions or concerns. Veronica and Heather are great people to work with at the office and they went out of their way to help me with any questions that I had. Timothy and Joe are some of the greatest young people that I have ever worked with. Timothy came over to my home and had all the windows installed on the very first day, even in inclement weather! He kept his word and is truly a good man and installer, as well as Joe. I do understand how inclement weather can set them back for many months because of the way certain chemicals react to it . It has to be done right, so you have to be patient and work with them, and Window World does it right the first time! Working with Window World was like working with my own family. Trust me, I have had awful contractors work on my home in the past, but Window World was the best, and I highly recommend them to anyone! What are you waiting for! Go for it! We ordered our windows in March and finally received installation date on July 28th. Installation team were nice and professional. They started both windows and door at same time and then due to impending rain staying they’d be back tomorrow to finish job. I received a call stating they were at another job and would try to get there in the afternoon. A no show and no call. I called Thursday and they said they’d come back on Friday. So for 3 days I had large gaps around windows and door and windows even had shims left in them. They came back Friday with a manager and I showed him how they left project. He apologized but also told me they were not responsible for trim damage. Ugh. Four days later we realize the front window doesn’t lock. They came back on August 12th with another service manager who had to install some brackets on window pane that had were not installed originally. At no point did any of them offer a discount for the inconvenience they caused. I would not recommend them as I used Champion for a prior job and they were fantastic.

When trying to review the contract with him because it seemed we were looking at two different things, he said, why would you sign something you dont understand and give thousands of dollars to a company you dont know. When asked to speak with the owners, Kiersten and Chris Limpkle (?) I was only told they are not available and to speak to my sales rep - who didnt answer his phone. Im having a hard time understanding how this company has good reviews. Installer came out 4 to 6 hours late from schedule appointed time would only replace 1 window at a time. Installer stated that they would return around 0800 everyday until complete and would show up around 1400 - 1600 and do 1 window with caulking that has resemblance of Swiss cheese. Then would blame the company on why he is late. Their motto is that they stand on their windows.....yes they do because all my window screens were broken. Im currently still waiting on them to replace my screens. They sent out the field manager to see what else needed to be done. That was pointless Im still having to chase that down. When I call into the office to ask about where my screen is they seem like Im absolutely hindering them. I held off from commenting and negativity reviewing them because they had asked me to not to when I visited their office. I have been extremely patient and understanding but enough is enough the staff at window world is probably reading this comment and judging me. I just want completed services that I paid for. Terrible experience. Where do I start? They measured the windows incorrectly (brilliant lol), and caused significant damage to my internal window sills and left it for me, the home owner, to repair. They also failed to completely seal the external frame of the window to the home in some spots putting me at risk of serious water damage, and failed to insulate around the entire frame of the window on 2 windows (that I could validate...). They also damaged external siding in spots, and did not repair after I pointed it out. In addition, my upstairs is now consistently a few degrees colder and the noise pollution is much much worse. I could go on, but you get the point by now I hope. Upon my complaint, the sales guy (Mike C.) assured me all would be addressed, but later proved it was all talk and no action. Save yourself the time, money and disappointment and hire someone else. Stay away from these clowns. They’d get 0 stars if that was an option - epic failure here.

These windows are incredibly quiet, provide a wonderful temperature barrier for both summer and winter, and are easy to operate. They also come with a lifetime warranty that Window World backs, no questions asked. They respond very quickly to any issue no matter how insignificant. Most recently we had a minor caulking issue. Windows are windows and these are fine. They are certainly better than the 1970s aluminum single panes I had. The problem with Window World is they have customer service and contract issues. The contract instructed the installer to finish the windows a certain way and he did not follow those instructions so I had to call in for a change. So they decided to charge me $85 per window for the change even though the contract say $65 per window if it is not at fault of the company. I say them installing incorrectly (not following the contract) is their fault and they say nothing is ever their fault. So they sent me a bill 4 days after the correction was done and marked it past due. LOL Here is what their contract says (the one I signed anyway) **Service Charges. A minimum $65.00 service fee may apply if a service call is performed on an issue that is not due to product defects or warranty claims. No idea where they came up with $85. So I guess I have to pay them or they will (and you know they will) get aggressive with their collections. But I will file with the BBB as well for charging me $20 a window more than what their contract states.

Left a mess and I had to mention to installers to clean up, They would not take off the stickers on the windows and told me to get my ladder and take them off myself, need i say these windows are 20ft off the ground. They dont tell you up front, but when they cut out your window there will be a huge gap on the edges of window, where it will be filled with tons of sealant. Very poor design or not what they say when its a custom fit made for your window opening. They have high praise on their windows and Ive had recurring issues with windows not closing and draft coming in the windows and its not even windy. If you get the double opening, once side will open while you try to close other. Very poor, might I say rude front office personal. They like to hang up the phone on you, then screen your tel# for no answer. Its just another cookie cutter version for windows. I give them 5 stars on how poor job and windows this company offers... I cannot recommend Window World at 750 West Garden of the Gods Road, in Colorado Springs highly enough. From our first contact to look at options, receive a quote, through the installation and follow up they have been exceptional in everything from customer service, to installation and clean up.We were particularly impressed with our installers. It was apparent that Jim and his colleague were pros. Their work ethic was outstanding, and they were a delight to have around. Complete perfectionists! While they were here, one day there was a super high wind that blew one of our old windows right out of its track (we apparently had great timing in our decision to replace our windows!) while the guys were working on another part of the house. The window blew into my home, knocked itself on a piece of furniture, and shattered. Since the installers had nothing to do with the incident, they could have simply also had nothing to do with remedying the situation. Instead, they immediately volunteered to clean it all up for me, and they put a piece of plywood up until they could install the new window there the next day. I was so grateful for their help and their consideration that went above and beyond what the job itself called for. When the complete install was done, our windows looked fantastic, and weve noticed a definite reduction in our energy bills.Yesterday, I noticed that our garden window side panel had a crack in it. I expected to phone and get the run around about our warranty, etc. as is the case these days with so many companies. Not so, with Window World. Not only were they very polite about the situation, Jamie was incredibly helpful, cheerful, and had everything sorted out in a matter of a few brief minutes. A completely painless and super customer service experience. They really do stand behind their products and honor their great warranty. Wow!There you have it. Purchased three of their 6000 series triple pane windows. The price was very reasonable considering what I got in return: Lifetime Transferable Warranty, Energy Star rated windows which exceed current AND FUTURE Energy Star standards, a clean and professional installation with a Lifetime labor warranty, easy-to-clean tilt-in double hung windows! I was thoroughly impressed with the top-notch quality of the product and service of Window World and would highly recommend them to anyone!! FYI...Theres an old adage Good things come to those who wait which rings true in this case because Window World is in demand for good reason and their lead time is a little lengthy from order to install; however, it was well worth the wait!!

Waste of time. I made deposit for windows in July and was told 11-14 weeks for installation. 14 weeks is a long time however the price was good. At week 15, I was told that it would be a month or so before they even scheduled an appointment for installation. The service timing is so horrible that I requested my deposit money back. I was told no and that there where no options. I contacted my card company and since the charge was more than 60 days ago, I cant dispute the charge. The may have a better reputation in other areas, however in Colorado Springs, they are a joke. If you are shopping for windows and have a half year to coordinate installation then the price is decent. I suggest you pay a couple more dollars and get a reputable company install your windows in a much shorter window of time. Hands down this company sucks and I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. As well I will spread the word to every person I can that this company is a waste of time.

Terrible customer service, when the contract was signed in Dec, they estimated 4 months. First of July I called them. They did not get all the needed parts when order came in in May. Apparently they did not check. But just so happens they can schedule me for July 13. They come but do not have all the parts for the windows. Install the smaller windows only. July 14 begin to install doors they realize they do not have all the door parts. they have already removed my old doors. new doors installed with no exterior casing covering the gap between door and house . they schedule me for July 21, 7 months after signing contract. they do not show up. I call, scheduling says parts are not in. Why did they schedule if parts were not in? no answer. Why did they not check order when it came in, no answer. Just rude well call you and reschedule. So 7 months later, still need 6 windows installed and 2 doors finished. Waiting for stuff they should have ordered in January. Two windows leaked right after installation. Now 9 months after installation another window and a door are leaking.

My husband and I called and set up an appointment for someone to come to the house regarding our back door. We were changing to a sliding door and when we met with David K, we were instantly put at ease. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We did end up signing a contract that day for our back door. David was amazing and if anyone is able to deal with him, they are very lucky! David explained that the owner Chris would be coming down to double check his measurements and when he did, we mentioned that at some point we would want to replace the front door as well. He measured the front door and then said that he had something in stock that was mistakenly ordered that would fit our door and would sell it to us at a discounted price since it was just sitting in the warehouse. We said okay, and now we have a beautiful front door as well as back door. The only downside is that we ordered at a time when there was a lot of hail damage that was done to other properties and those were priority and so we were put on the back burner for installation, and we were told that at the time of purchase, meaning we had to wait for a while before we got our doors installed. Window World has exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family!

Frustrating! We used them to have our windows installed. Although there was a wait, which I understand due to their popularity, they did a good job on the windows. Since they did a good job, the following year we called them in to do our sliding door. We had to wait again, but again they did a good job on the sliding door. This years project is the the siding and gutters. They bid for it and were rather high compared to the other bids, but as they promise, the matched the bid. However, the bid we had the installation was to be inside of the siding, not the paneling. They gave us the paneling although they informed me that the delay we experienced was due to the installers waiting for the installation so that it would be placed in the channels of the siding. Let me go back a little. They were suppose to come in and complete the siding and gutters during the 10 days that we were gone on vacation and had a house sitter. When we returned NOTHING was started. Call after call we made, but still there was a long wait to begin a job that should have been completed when we were gone. Of course they blamed the rain, which there was, but NOT for the entire 10 days we were gone. Flash forward. Its now September 21st. The siding has been on for WEEKS, but guess what has not bee completed....You got it, the gutters! Call after call, promise after promise, being told the owner Chris will call me, days go by, and then receive a call with another promise but still NO GUTTERS. Call last week and guess what...I am not on the schedule yet. Are you kidding me this was to be completed IN JULY! Cant wait to see what other surprises come our way. Use window world for your windows, for other jobs....Dont!

We originally ordered and replaced 2 of our windows that were damaged in the July 2016 Hail Storm. While they were being installed, our sales pep Matt stopped by to check out the work. We were so impressed with the windows, and the installer, that we dropped a 2nd order to replace all the other windows in our house. We requested the same installer for round 2. Steve did a great job on the 2nd install too! Wow what a difference the new windows make in indoor temperature balance room to room, floor to floor! No drafts, outside noise is gone, and makes the house look so much newer inside and out! So very happy we changed them all!!! Would recommend Window World, Matt, and Steve to anybody looking to replace windows!!!

Go no further, these are the window people you want to hire! Dont rush into getting your windows installed by a rookie, allow yourself the luxury of waiting to get it done properly by seasoned professionals who take pride in their work and back it up with proven performance and a focus on customer service. I am a local contractor who frequently gets involved with repairing homes following extreme storms in the Pikes Peak Region. I have frequently been disappointed in the past when it came time to subcontract the replacement of storm damaged windows, but this place was a breath of fresh air! They replaced 8 windows on my customers stucco home, and there was not a single chip of stucco missing when they were done; nor was there any sign they were even there on the inside other than the obvious difference of new quality windows. In addition to the great results, my customer was treated with the utmost respect and curtesy while they were there and that means a great deal to me. When I add all that up on top of the high quality windows they provide, the choice is simple and I am grateful for their dedicated service to our community. Dont waste youre time hiring someone who can replace your windows quickly, hire someone dedicated to the trade whose impeccable attention to detail will allow you to remain happy about your purchase for years to come.

So just had my flashing re done on my windows installed by window world. This is where we found out about the terrible quality of workmanship. Not only were my windows measured dry wall to drywall making them smaller than if they had been measured siding to siding. We lost space on the inside sill because they had to set the windows inside more, but the best part was this. When the old flashing was taken down due to being badly beaten by the hail storm in 2016. This is where we found not wood or anything solid underneath the flashing. All they had done was mould it to make the shape on the outside with no reinforcement inside the flashing like wood etc. With this in mind I would advise to stay away from this company. They obviously do not check their quality if they allow this kind of cheap half hearted work to fly.

Disappointed they could not build a 6x12 bay. depth 21 inches. Ouer Accent Window got damaged in the hail. Got my deposit back. The salesman was nice called the owner Christopher M../ Kiersten Lehmkuhl with the size and depth., Was told there manufacturer would be able to build this Bay Window., the size and depth, including the oak seat. Learning they are registered as a Foreign agent located in Virginia. When there installer come out to remessure, the salesman measurements, he was a bit in a shock from the picture/photograph/measurements the salesman took.To bad they collected our money first and few weeks later told me there manufacturer can Not Build/manufacture seize/depth of the bay. This is a franchise, so hands must be tied. The only deal with one manufacturer I was told by the salesman.Since this is not your ordinary Bay Window, one would think the owner would have contacted there manufacturer before wasting our time.prior to have us sign a contract and collecting a down payment.Therefore. I am giving them a 2 Star, that they did not do there due diligence, with a big Bay like this one is.All the Owner had to do, make contact with the manufacturer in our case.Guess its all about how many contracts they can write,It would have saved all of us time and getting us upset.

We had to have three windows that open and close replaced as well as three stationary windows that needed replaced after the Hail storm in August. All three of the windows that open are letting in massive drafts of air especially in these wind storms. The windows that didn’t need replaced are not letting in any air.I sent a message to the guy who we wrote our contract with and told him after the last storm. He told me to call customer service. I called customer service and had to leave a message and haven’t gotten a call back. After they put in the windows and before the wind was hard we decided to replace the remaining windows.. but we are thinking of canceling that now.

Our first experience with a Window World sales person was a personal encounter with David Kliewer. We initially met with him (and his wonderful dog Skye) when we visited the showroom to inquire about new windows for our house. He was very informative and extremely personable and gave us all the information we were looking for to make an informed decision. We purchased the 6000 series which are the triple pane windows. Once we decided to place the order, David personally came to our house and measured each window. They ask for half the money up front to place the order and the other half is paid once the installation is complete. He said it would take about 16-20 weeks for the windows to come in, I believe it was around the 16 week mark when they called us to set up an installation date. The installation team of Matt and James showed up as scheduled and were very courteous and did a wonderful job keeping their work area very neat and clean. They worked very diligently on the task at hand and we hardly even knew they were in our house for the few days of installation. They cleaned up after themselves and not once made a mess or left their stuff laying around. Weve had the windows now for about a month and are completely satisfied. The house is much quieter and much less drafty, it just has an overall warm cozy feel. If I had to recommend any window company it would definitely be Window World as they left us completely satisfied and from start to finish. Thank you!Sincerely,The Wicheks

Horrid Installation. Horrid maintenance. Dealing with this company is like being lost in the 80s. No computerised system, no one carries or uses cell phones.Windows are low quality. Installation was horrid. Gaps on inside window stop are 1/4 to 3/8 short and filled with caulk. Exterior caulk looks to be done by 3rd grader. One window the security stop does not function and sheet rock screw blocks window from opening.

Got all new house windows from these guys. You save a bunch, and they are better then what the builder had put in. However, they really buggered up the trim around the outside of the house removing the old windows. I need to hire a painter to go around ALL the windows. Just remember to factor that, probably will not cost that much...but something they fail to mention. The work crew is all about speed (they get paid by the window)...so unlike say Clearview in Monument who will take there time and do it right these guys just go in and tear out...I can understand why they say to make sure nothing is near the windows. The interior caulk job was sloppy, I went back around and touched up before I re-painted once again around the windows. I also had to touch up plaster around most of the windows, plus paint do to them bumping walls and what not. I found tons of screws in the driveway, like they dropped a box and then failed to pick them up. They get three stars because the windows do seem to work so far, sales guy was great, let you know in 10 years. Getting return calls was impossible, and they dont seem to follow up. Good thing is they dont bill you till it is complete which means signing off....so for 6 months do to them not even contacting me on a few issues we did not pay. Finally I just wanted to get the last issue finished so I called THEM (although I liked the thought of free windows). That is when they were like oh man we need to get this done that guy owes $10,800. You would think an account like that they be calling me to finish the job ASAP.I had installed triple pan Mil-Guard int he basement before hiring these guys. I did it myself to save money. but i did it the right way in taking the trim around the window (replacing with cement board trim) and screwing, caulking, and using flashing around the window. I spent $1,500, on 4 windows plus I like the latch on the mil-guards better. I can honestly say my basement ones will NEVER leak air. If I had the money I would have went with Clearview in Monument and had them finish the upstairs. Or if my house was one story...but with a 3 story rear of the house there was no way I could do them my shelf. Also to note: Window Worlds slider is not easy to remove the pan of glass/door like we were told or showed in the office. We wanted to pay more for a French door so the opening is wide (moving things in and out) but they talked us into the slider because the pan/door can be removed with ease. Also the other pan is suppose to be removable, I have not tried yet so I have no clue...no one would show me when I asked...so I have a feeling its not that easy.If you need a quick fix for a low cost then Window World works. If you want long term, building a home go with Mil-Guard (although Window World can do windows with flashing on new builds so I was told)...so maybe they are better there.Oh one more thing, the sales guy does the measuring of the windows which I was not expecting. Like Clearview they measure somewhat but they send the installer out to check and make sure. So yeah, I had a salesman on a ladder wobbling to measure 18 feet up...I was not comfortable with that at all.

I called them about 18 months ago to do 4 windows on a rental property. I did everything by phone. They were good, cheap, and the windows looked great. What I didnt realize was that their windows only allows a 3/4 inch insert for the blinds but the windows they replaced allowed for 2 inch blinds .. so .. my existing blinds had to be thrown away and new blinds had to be purchased. This was my fault for not reading the fine print of the contract so i cant fault them for that.I called them 6 months later to do another 8 windows at the same property plus a screen door and met with them in person. Their salesperson Calvin became very rude, insulting and obnoxious when my wife and i refused the up sale pitch and demonstration. So much so that I was surprised that I didnt sock him one - I came close to doing so. We went with Windows America after that. Costs about the same but the people and service is much more professional.
