Staff was arrogant and condescending. The moment I asked about their services I was told it would be a few weeks before they could start my design. Opposite of what I was told on the phone so I took the drive for nothing.

Totally dropped the ball and left me hanging. Super disappointed.I called in and they said I could email what I was looking for so I did. I got a response with 3 people copied that someone would reach out to me. No response. I waited 10 DAYS and reached back out to them and they asked what I was looking for which I had already sent so I let them know I already specified what I was looking for in my first email and then heard nothing. I never received an email with the quote or a discount not even in my my junk mail.

These guys did a great job on my custom order. Got it finished in just a few days, even during the Christmas rush. Good job!

I had a jacket I wanted to surprise my son and have his last name embroidered on it. They were so accommodating with top notch customer service. The gentlemen introduced himself to me as Mike and it seemed like it was just as important to him as it was to me to have my jacket finished that day. He told me to hold on and he went and embroidered it right then. I knew that he had so much work to do because I saw how much work he had there but still took time to do it. While he was embroidering I looked around and saw many know names and the quality of the work as examples on the wall. All very nice. When he was finished I tried to tip him but he would not accept it. This was my first visit there but it wont be my last!!! Nothing less than OUTSTANDING!

I recently decided to get some jackets embroidered with my company logo and after some research I decided to use Tees in Time. Upon receiving my jackets I was very impressed with the quality of their work, however, I did notice a slight flaw on one of the jackets. After bringing the imperfection to the attention of one of their staff members, they offered to remedy the situation with no hesitation. Not only did they offer to replace the jacket, but they said they would physically go purchase the jacket themselves and re-embroider it immediately. The replaced jacket turned out great as expected. I was very impressed with their professionalism in handling the situation as they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for embroidery or screen printing services.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!I have used Tees in Time for a couple years now for ALL my printing and embroidery needs for my business. They like to make promises they cant keep. Dropped off shirt on Monday, and was told the deadline of Friday in which I needed it back wouldnt be a problem. Called on Thursday to verify the shirt would be ready for pick up the next day, and was told no problem it will be ready for pick up at noon! 12:02pm on Friday afternoon I get a call saying I wont be able to pick it up till Monday. If it wasnt going to be done just tell me, dont lie and lead the customer on. Need I say more?

Im so aggravated with this company. First, they kept confusing my order and wouldnt allow me to pay and pick up one order because there was a balance, even though the balance had been paid. This last order, they set deadlines in which they said they would get back to us but never did. They gave us the wrong sizes and shorted us on what we ordered.Now, we emailed another order two days ago (because they wont take it over the phone) without a response. Called yesterday, without a response. Called today and got, oh yeah, we did get that. It wasnt ordered. Ill have to have the manager call you back whenthey get back from lunch. (its 2pm)They grossly over charge and despite the thousands of dollars we spend with them, they refuse to work a deal. Im definitely going somewhere else.
