The owner was awesome went there for a Wish Package and it was very easy!!!

It was hard to find and did not get a response when I tried to contact them. Once I found them and was able to pick it up, things went fine. Even with Google maps it was hard to find.

I havent purchased yet, just picked up wish items from them which has saved me time and money being theyre right around the corner from my house. Theyre kind and courteous and attentive when Im in there and Ive peeped their work when Ive been in and its quality and I will be coming to them soon for something for my new company.

The route provided by Google Maps was incomplete. In order to get to the door/entrance from west-bound Colorado Ave, continue to the intersection of Colorado and Cimino Dr. Turn north at that intersection and follow the road around the curve to the right. Where the road dead ends underneath Colorado avenue, turn left. Park under the overpass of Colorado Ave.

They get items for you from wish, but cant answer a single question

Went to pick up a Wish order, which I thought was a cool service to offer. Hard to find. Owner seemed a little put off.... 🤷

Im happy I did NOT go to Rainy Days. Upon calling, when I described the situation and what I needed, the woman who answered the phone laughed in my ear. Though I did not need a mass quantity of items ordered, I dont think thats a reason to frown upon someone or the business they are trying to give you. For the occasion I was needing the shirts for was time sensitive and highly important, and when described she suggested fabric paint. If I had wanted to use fabric paint, I wouldnt have called in the first place. If on the phone their customer service lacks, I wouldnt be surprised if the trend follows within the store.

Diann is great!I had a short lead time project and she found a way to get my shirts cranked out before our launch.Quality of her work was top notch. Her pricing was better than I was offered elsewhere.Next time I have need for silk screening (or graphics design), there is no question in my mind where I will be going.
