‼️SCAM ALERT‼️Rented a moving truck. Left my vehicle there; with permission from the clerk. When I brought the Uhaul back, they had towed my truck. They now want $600 to get it back. This is a complete scam!

One pump had a pin pad failure, so I went to another pump. There I specified I wanted a receipt, but there wasnt one printed. I was disappointed.

My brother went in to buy a lotto ticket for his 18th birthday and the man working told him he needs to be 21 which is false and was not only incorrect but also extremely rude to him on his birthday. also this place has triple charged my family members card when buying gas. never get gas here

I used to go to one of their other locations when I lived in another part of town, and thought they were very nice owners. Until every time I went in to buy cigarettes they raised their prices and blamed it on the distributor. And I dont mean raise their prices by like $0.05, or $0.10, I mean by $2 or more . Also, not to mention the amount of riffraff hanging out in the parking lot, which is a huge shock being across from Chapel Hills Mall. I live in this neighborhood and its always really nice everywhere you go around here. I used to go there every day, now I go there a few times every other month when I absolutely cant go anywhere else . From the way it looks, not a whole lot of people go there anymore.

The employees are just so nice and helpful every time I went into the gas station and I am so sad to see them leave they help us all the time with everything we need I always have stuff that we need for our home middle of the night we could go get our goodies every day from them we don’t care if we have to pay extra for service the customer service the cleanness of the store it’s always nice thanks guys thanks Alex and Sunny

Attendant was Extremely rude, acted like I was in the wrong place. I headed to the toilets, she told me they were closed. I was like noooo.... Dont tell an old lady that! She didnt say sorry, they were just cleaned for the evening, so sorry, ; or if you are Really careful I will let you in... no nothing like that.. Had to come back in to get a rcpt, so I asked if I could get one for pump 8, or is that closed too? and she says, oh, so now youre gonna give me a hard time about the bathroom now are you? Never a smile or pleasant look on her face the whole exchange. Just scowling, grumpy looks is all she gave.

Never open. And the dudes laying in his car asleep.

They run deals on drinks and then dont give it to you when rining you up. I am in every day buying thr same thing at 2 for $5 and every day the MANAGER make me tell her the correct price and then asks if i read the sign! OF CORSE I READ THE SIGN. THATS WHY IM IN HERE BUYING THESE!!! If you are going to run a sale, dont make your customers uncomfortable for shoping it. DUMB! The most expensive gas stations in the springs. Cant even post their prices in everything cause they know you wondnt buy it other wise. Would be nice If the world would remember what customer service means. Shop here out of necessity not want ever. Wish a 7eleven would buy them out and save us all!

Today August 29th 2018 I attempted to go in this Diamond Shamrock at around 2:45pm and the cashier name Ilene aggressively rudely and nasty to me to GET OUT HER STORE so I replied why she claimed we had a misunderstanding or run-in early this year at a 7-Eleven she used to work at (which she was Fired because of harassing me and customer) so I replied I don’t remember her and this isn’t the same store. Ilene told me if I didn’t leave she would physically put me out so I left and call the police and the Corporate store. This cashier lady that work at Diamond Shamrock on Chapel hill and Briargate is Racist Rude Disrespectfull Unprofessional and very dangerous. Ilene needs to be fired for harassment to customers. This place is bad.

Why is this gas station have its lights on if it won’t work?!? I pull up at 6:30 AM put in my credit card, turn on the pump and get nothing! Why are you wasting 5 or 10 minutes of my morning commute with pretending to be open. This is a useless station that doesn’t actually have gas in the early morning.

They have gasoline which lets me move. Good
