I went to this store yesterday to look for a specific pair of pants. I didn’t find the pants, but that’s beside the point. I’m giving this place 1 star because while I was in the store, one of the ladies from behind the counter came out and was walking around the store clipping her nails and dropping them onto the floor. The lady stood over the stacks of folded pants and clipped her nails onto the pants, and then brushed the nail clippings off of them onto the floor. That is absolutely VILE, there is ZERO excuse for that, I will tell every single person I know to never shop here. Disgusting.

Do not buy here save your money. The women that work there are awful. They are rude as hell and stare you down everywhere you turn. Not a second of peace you get here. I bought some pants came home and didn’t fit. So went straight back to the store to exchange them. Spoke to the lady I just bought them from. Said nope sorry no receipt no exchange store policy with the ugliest look on her face. I definitely will not be going back to this place.

Favorite place to by camis. They last forever & are well priced. Hard to buy anything else there unfortunately because a L is probably a size 6. I got some curves & cant fit! 😂

Rude sales associate, I was very excited to see the amazing prices until I dealt with the sales person. Wouldnt let me try on the bra.. Which is silly, how do I know if it fits properly. And when I asked her she told me to leave merchandise on the counter and she would put it away.

The clothes are priced and have decent merchandise. You can find comfty clothing for traveling, gym warm-up, or basketball jerseys for when you want to stunt.

I have been shopping at this store for years. Today was the first day I was refused a return. Yesterday I returned an Alstyle t and today I was told no....? Why doesnt it say ANYWHERE in the store or on the receipt that all sales on AAA shirts are final? I spend usually about $400 a month on shirts for my screen printing business, now Ill take my business elsewhere! I loved the owner, but the snotty employee will not get my business.

To the people reading these reviews: I actually work at this Gen-x. Firstly, I would like to mention that weve had a change in ownership! We cant order anything (such as missing items and sizes) or request anything since they dont accept those type of orders. We take out what is given to us so nothing is in the back room! Ive read some concerns (such as the return policies) but Ill put it out for you so you know what to expect! We dont exchange or return the following: pants under $10, panties, any clothes tagged together, plain shirts of all sizes, socks, contacts, jewelry of any kind, hats, accessories behind the counter, sunglasses, bags, onsie-like clothes that have the top and bottom connected, stretchable clothes, and items that are on clearence or on sale. We try to tell you what you cannot return once you come in for check out so you know what you can or cannot. Our policy is if the item is in perfect conditions with all the tags in place, not washed, you have your receipt, and its before 14 days. There is NO cash back! There are NO returns for ALL ITEMS IN THE STORE! You get in-store credit where you dont have to pay but you can use the credit to get something else of the equivalent value. Once you exchange you cannot exchange again! Your instore credit can be saved for 2 months and they expire. You can also check the receipt given to you or ask an employee if you are not sure! We are here to help you •♡• Ive also seen the complaint that we are constantly looking at our customers but I hope you understand once you look at our wall of shame. The wall of theives that we have to constantly have to look out for. If we made you uncomfortable by staring directly at you we are sincerly sorry about that. We try not to stare but our intentions are usually if we can help you in any way. If you have encountered an employee like this I hope you talk to them personally and tell them what you think might make your experience better. We sell things for cheap and the price for it is usally not being able to wear it and no refunds or exchanges. Its only for 5 buck man. If you simply do not like this idea then I hope you understand that we are okay with you not buying it. Just please do not make a fuss about it. We are only employees that try to abide the company rules. (And I hope if the person complained is reading this, all us employees when encountered with a customer that does not need an item come s, we usually tell all of our customers to leave all unwanted item on the counter so you do not have go through the hassle of going back where you found it.) My husband is a big and tall guy. We love shopping here because they have more large sizes than any standard clothing store. The prices are excellent. I DO wish they would carry 5X. I believe I saw a few shirts in 5X but they were all plain t-shirts or a couple plain polos. They USED to cater to big and tall but no longer have any t-shirts with designs or prints on them. We used to stock up on the Cali brand shirts, the snoop lion line, and other random shirts with printed designs (the ones that start in the front of the store and go to the register but none over 4X and its rare to find even 4X). I dont know what changed in the past year but I know a ton of Big & Tall men that loved shopping there but no longer do. This is sad considering there arent many big&tall shops that have this type of clothing so I can imagine how much money was made or can be made simply by carrying a few of each shirt design in 4-5X. Even the capability to order the shirt in store would be a great option and no money would be lost at the store level considering the product isnt pre-ordered to sit on a shelf. That is what caused my rating to lose a star. The other star (bringing it down to 3) is due to the terrible selection of womens clothes. I am also a bigger girl and wear 1X. The 1X you will find there is way smaller than a 1X and the quality of the clothes is bad (thin material, poor stitching). The third star lost was due to fact that we have never been offered assistance when shopping there AND even approaching the employees (specifically a female that always is behind the counter even when not busy) is a mission. When I asked her a question once, it felt like I was bothering her. She was really stand offish and not helpful in the least. I asked about possibly more shirts being available in the back because the 5X space was empty on the shelf. She simply said what we have there is what we got. Did she even bother to try to sell me a 5X from the shelves behind the counter? Nope. They were basically the same that I was looking for.. A plain t-shirt (but better quality) My husband noticed there were some. Although they werent 3/$10, we did purchase one from behind the counter for $8. If he didnt notice them, we wouldnt have bought one and the store would have been out of the sale. You would figure the store owner would want the employee to upsell or even SELL something to a customer.. Maybe even be a little apologetic about running out of stock in that size. Anyway, thats why I gave the store three stars instead of five. You would expect this store to be in the hood instead of a mall but just because the majority of your products cater to that demographic doesnt mean they should be treated like it. Improve the selection in sizes, train some of your employees on customer service and sales, and keep what limited products you do sell in 5Xs stocked and I would have no problem changing my rating back to a 5, the rating I would have given it just two or three years ago.

This is not GenX clothes. Its run by some Africans with weird clothes that likely have no clue what GenX is.

Theres a lot of diversity in the store and I dont think most of their clothes are made here in the good ole USA. Im guessing most of their clothes are undocumented.
