Super friendly and helpful! I came in to exchange some jewelry and it was all handled quickly with a smile. They also happened to have a sale on clearance jewelry so I ended up getting two pieces for free! 10/10

Went in today and was treated extremely poorly by the staff. There was a girl by the door that I was trying to discuss the Loki merchandise with and she gave me quick answer them turned her back on me and walked away. As I looked around the store I was shocked to see how incredibly empty the store was, very little merchandise hanging up or on the shelves. It looks like they are going out of business. As someone who prefers to shop and have my items now, I’m extremely sick of hearing “ We have more on our Website” or “Did you look on our Website”. The two gentlemen standing behind the counter completely ignored me until I approached them then gave me one of these answers, and acted like I had completely interrupted their conversation. Pre Covid I used to spend hundreds of dollars at Hot Topic, especially this location, due to the rude and arrogant staff I will not be back. As for the staff, enjoy your retail job in a dead mall, it’s nothing to be arrogant about.

I love this place. Expensive though like always but they do have great deals. I got my husband a dragon ball z shirt for sale when you buy 1 other shirt. And they also had the costume jewelry clearanced and I love their dresses and anime shirts.

I have two little kids one of them I was carrying on my chest because I didn’t have the stroller with me. My little one constantly pulled down my mask which lead to me constantly rearranging it. When I finally gave up on it and walked into the store I was sent back out because company policy says I can’t be in the store without a face mask on. I know we are supposed to wear a mask but I was absolutely not able to keep it on my face! The lady was absolutely not understanding in any way.

If i could give zero stars i would. They are so rude. They stopped me at the door and would not let me come in because i didnt have a mask on. I tryed to explain that i couldnt wear a mask due to some past trama that i dont want to get into and all he did was cut me off and stopped me from entering. And said i could shop online. I will never shop there and tell all my friends to not shop there. I left two other stores before that one and they did not give me a hard time. One being Spencers and i will give all my business.

Great quality jewelry, clothes, and other items. I got rings, a beanie, earrings, a sticker, and hair dye and I love them!

Youve got to love Hot Topic, but this location is special. A VERY large selection of all the coolest band t-shirts, pop culture memorabilia, goth clothes and accessories and way more than that. Just a cool place - Ive been coming to this store for years (especially with my teenage daughter) but this location in new to me and hasnt disappointed!

Great store and staff. I just wish they had a larger location. They have so much to look at but since it is jam packed full it is hard to see much of anything. Being a popular store and having to shop around others can be a challenge.The clothing is well built and can be worn every day or it could also be used a Steampunk. They carry a huge selection of Rock N Roll stuff and most all popular TV series, movie or cartoon.Definitely a fun place to go.I only dropped a star because the store is so small.

The stores t-shirt wall is always very meticulously organized and folded perfectly. Always in stock of their products and the staff is very friendly and attentive without hovering.

Its a chain store. So dig thru clearance and see what good stuff you can find. Nice friendly service.

Friendly staff, love their stuff. Aisles are tight and customers throw stuff on floor. Usually a bit of a wait to get assistance, but staff are pretty attentive once you get their attention.

Staff is great! Always extremely helpful. Their constant sales are also a plus. Great selection of body jewelry, clothing and accessories. Only down side is the sizing.

This is a store Ive been going to fore over 20 years. I still have the original store members card. The people are chill and down to earth. I will continue shopping here even in my 60s and older!!

I cant be too harsh on hot topic I mean what do you expect theyre hot topic there not Catering to the highest level there but it just seems like and they just have overpriced stuff now and last time I went in there a clerk followed me around the store Ive been going to the citadel Mall for 30 years now and I dont really need a store clerk following me around like Im going to steal a twilight keychain, and when I confronted him about it he was pretty rude he made a comment under his breath and I just dont want to give my a place like that my money. I dont want to support bad customer service so I probably wont ever be going back in there again unless of course I need a glittery halter-top with a unicorn on it for somebody then Ill know exactly where to go and Ill put up with the attitude.

Covid is making everything difficult. Shopping IRL particularly so.

The selection at this store is fabulous! Although the staff wasnt overly friendly, they were attentive, without overbearingly stalking me. It was one of the most pleasant and comfortable stores I have shopped in, recently.

Hot topic might be my all time favorite store. I never have enough money to get what I want, I could buy the whole store and still want more.

Great place to get just about anything off the wall wacky or crazy they got it !! The staff is friendly as I can remember with welcoming greetings and questions if they can help you out!!

I love their products here. They definitely are a bit pricey, but the service is always good. And there is usually some sort of clearance or deal going on.

The cashier with the short blonde hair. I think her name was Casey was very rude, and didnt ask me for my number to get my rewards. She should watch how she treats people.

I love the variety of alternative and edgy clothing and makeup that they offer. They have a ton of things for almost everyone. One thing I wish they had more of was a even larger selection of body jewelry. Mainly labret studs, because they are becoming a bit more popular and I love shopping here for almost all my stuff but boy oh boy do I just want more of a variety, yah feel?

The dude Alex today was rude and unprofessional. Some people have medical conditioners and have to use their inhalers. Total tools.

I really dig a lot of the products Hot Topic has to offer to entertain my inner nerd. Variety is what I look for in a store and they have plenty of it. They have clothing, action figures and a multitude of collectibles from your favorite manga/anime series to the great American comic book classic heroes. My only complaint about the store is how small it is. Theres no room to move without bumping into people. Other than that, its great.

Hot topic has changed so much. The sales people are so pushy to sell you more than you want. Its so tight and cluttered you cant even see what your looking at. Its just not the same anymore. Overpriced everything. Clearance deals that dont really save you money instead you spend three times the cost on an item and get another item 50% off. So youre not really getting a deal just ripped off with extra steps.

They have everything from cute to naughty to super inappropriate to downright insulting, and the amazing staff will help you find absolutely anything that you are looking for. Very, very highly recommended!

They have some of the most unique Tshirts and trinkets. I love browsing around to see some of the cool things on the shelves. One notable quality: they have Bob Ross stuff (tshirts, cups, books and hats!)

The staff is amazing! Id give it full stars if the store was cleaner, its already so cramped in there so when staff isnt cleaning up it makes it hard to navigate and not fall. Other than that the staff was extremely helpful and helped find exactly what I needed very quickly

I love the stuff they sell here, especially the Pusheen stuff. One thing though is that its a little expensive. Hot Topic is about as expensive as Justice.

The store actually moved around a lot of their inventory which made it easier to see everything and had its own place. I bought some graphic T shirts and 2 How to train your dragon mystery boxes. Quality stuff for the price. However, its a small space, when theres people around, lets say 10-20, it gets easily crowded since the isles arent that spacious. Either they need smaller merchandise shelves or they need to rearrange it a little more. If you dont mind the small isles, its an otherwise decent store with employees that were helpful too.

My friends love going here. Theres so much cool stuff and the workers are usually very nice

Always an amazing store and staff. I look for Harry Potter items everytime i go in. They have a great selection to choose from. If they dont have what you are looking for in store, they will likely have it online and they will order it for you if needed.

Crazy amount of little knick knacks, collectables, decorations, jewelry, clothing accessories, and just fun little items crammed into every inch of space possible. It was fairly overwhelming. The clerk was polite, when asked a question, but wasnt bothered to ask after the patrons on her own.

Wish they had all music merch like before. Too many tv tropes. Still decent tees. Very crowded layout. Cool staff. Good store music variety.

Always bring my daughter here! The staff are super helpful and kind, knowledgable, and know the layout of the store for finding specific products. Its a bit cramped in some areas, but they have a lot to look at and plenty of variety.

They have amazing products and have amazing sales and the people there are super nice and no its not just for goths its for everyone it has everything there workers work with you if you need it and if something is up high they will get it gu you can even bring your kids in the store its kid friendly and the prices are really cheap they sell alot of pops figures and shirts and they have harry potter stuff, game of thrones stuff, fnaf stuff, walking dead stuff and more they also sell candy, necklaces, bracelets, hair products, nail polish, hair die, pins, and more

I love this place. It has everything I ever wanted to wear, mainly anime and videogame shirts, but also band and cartoon ones. Lots of cool accessories, lots of costume pieces, and lots of goth/rock band styles. Really cool, new things every month, nice place to buy gifts for any game, anime, music and cartoon loving friends and family.
