I think they’re overpriced. The pre-package Tiger Bar was hard which makes me wonder how fresh their chocolate is. It crumbled when I tried to cut it. So dissatisfied!After writing a negative review they are compensating me for the dry chocolate. Thank you for your good customer service.

Horrible rude lady working there. I just took the kids to the trick or treat they have going on in the shopping center, and my little daughter tried to reach for the chocolate they were handing out, and the lady slapped my daughter’s hand. I did speak with someone about it, but I want post here for others to be aware, because of course they will probably do nothing about it.

Huge selection but not worth the price.... Id rather get a chocolate machine n make my own goodies!!! Nice place if you want sweets quick

When I left Germany and moved to America I never thought I would have decent chocolate again. I had resigned myself to a life of hersheys chocolate and misery.This chocolate made me feel like I was at the foot of the Swiss alps with the sun on my face, and a cool mountain breeze filling my lungs as I enjoyed the best chocolate the world has to offer.Its good stuff, yo.

Love the chocolate! The customer service horrible!!! I called in advance to place an order over the phone the young lady responded very rude. Once I got to the location she was getting ready to close she gave me an attitude and was very nasty at me and to top it all off, when I asked her to cut my apple she slammed the bag on the counter and continue to cut the apple with an attitude. This was the worst customer service ever!!! I wish I’d got her name! You’ll Need to replace her, she doesn’t like to work there.

Great service, employees are patient and prompt with what you want and will even cut up the caramel apples for you. Chocolate is a little pricey, but definitely worth the treat every once in a while. Their fudge is fantastic and can be bought in half pounds as well if you ask for it. Everything tastes wonderful.

Dangerously WONDERFUL. Truffles & Mints were excellent. The fudge was dry, old, should have been tossed out a month or two ago...

Oh I love this place and you will too if you like chocolate! They have a wide assortment of candies and the clerks are awesome when helping you if you are having trouble making decision! My favorite is the Pecan Bear or cluster... its an old fashioned favorite for. Its a good size and a good price. Definitely stop in to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Was told nothing at this or any of their locations is gluten free. I even asked if the pre-packaged candies were gluten free and was told they aren’t. I recently discovered I have major health issues with gluten so this is very depressing.

The best store along the front range. I absolutely love the staff! I typically visit on a weekly basis for my caramel apple, they always remember me and what type of apple I want. If there is ever an issue with the apple not being the best quality they go above and beyond to make it right! Cant say enough good things about the ladies that work at the Briargate location!

Lovely staff and great selection of chocolates. What astounds me is the quality of the toffee apples - and so many flavours! The apple is always crunchy inside and the caramel and toppings to die for. Definitely worth sharing for dessert!

Great variety for a small chocolate shop. Hardest part is making the choice on what to buy. Kids love it, we love it. One of the perks of living in this part of town.
