As a DYI motorcycle mechanic, I am learning about the audio side of automotive and motorcycle. I had a chance to look around the shop and meet the guys that work with Anthony. Hands down, great group of guys and very competent staff to get what you need. Although I was doing my own audio, the staff helped me out in every aspect. I dropped in to seek help with a Pioneer receiver in a vehicle I recently purchased. The Bluetooth memory was full and I couldnt access the menu to delete the phones. From diagnosis to fixing the issue it took maybe 20 mins. I couldnt have been happier! Great service and skilled, knowledgeable staff.

I came in for window tinting and a remote start, rather than sell me a new one they showed me how to use the one already installed...New used truck, dont judge me. Lol! This kind of honesty, and knowledge, had earned my business.

Excellent service. Had an issue tuning a new install and Anthony helped me narrow it down to a bad set of RCA cables. Didnt charge me for the diagnostic and set me up with a solid set of kicker RCAs. Prices were cheaper than Car Toys, and they replaced my speakers same day. I told them to replace whatever speakers they felt necessary, they gave me a worst case scenario quote, and the bill was half of that. Ill be going back for more work.

Your Boy Mike is a life savor after visiting the store one time and talking about work on my car that I’m restoring and showing him a pic of it he saw me broke down downtown and remembered me and my car just from a 5 sec flash of a photo and helped me get home and then came back out to help make sure I didn’t need anymore help (which I did) and he got myself and my project car back safe, even when it was 11:30pm. Had a stereo installed there 2019, it quit working a couple of months later. I went to have it checked they were going to replace but didnt have the same model in stocks. Told to come back in a month or so, I would stop by every few months, sometimes I called but never had that model Kenwood in stocks. This went on until my last visit in 2021, now that the warranty is expired they want to charge me for another stereo !!! I refuse to spend another dollar there... My personal experience!!

Took my car in to have a camera installed in the rear of the car, they were supposed to call me when it was done but I ended up calling them and they had to check it seems they had forgotten. I experienced difficulties like camera and stereo switching back and with no prompt, also the camera is prompted on the front camera option. I took it back for them to fix it but they told me my problem was an expensive alpine stereo I recently purchased. Which worked fine until they touched it. They should expect No return visits from me. Update I took it to car toys the technician informed me the person that installed the camera at this place connected it in the wrong place........ remember CAR TOYS FIXED IT RIGHT!!!!! SO MUCH FOR THE BAD ALPINE STEREO I JUST BOUGHT.

Called to see if I could get a single din HU installed in my C5 corvette. The gentleman I spoke to was unable to assist, stating they didnt have the parts for the job. SMH, he didnt state was parts he was lacking as I had all the parts necessary to do the job seeing I was going to do the job myself. I found the gentleman to give off a lazy vibe and I may have dodged a bullet. At your own risk IMO!

Broke my backup camera inside my CD player then denied it and refused to fix it, after charging me 355 dollars to put my CD player in that took me 5 mins to take out and reinstall. Do not waste your money

Amazing experience at this location. I wish I could remember the guys name but I went there with the wiring problem and he fixed it for just a couple bucks. I gave him like a $5 tip I should have asked him what his name was but he really help me out when AutoZone couldnt. I just needed a positive battery cable and even though it was not this guys normal job he still did it for me.

Ive been coming here for years (15+) for window tint on multiple cars. Every tint job has come out perfectly. Today, I went in for my first stereo install. I bought all my stereo equipment myself, so my only charge was labor. I did my homework before hand and got some quotes from other companies. Qualify Auto rated so highly with me (given my prior experiences plus the recommendation of a prior employee there - thanks Jeremy!), I pulled the trigger on an install for an amp, a sub, a capacitor, a LOC (line out converter) and front/rear speakers swapped. I spent a fair chunk on the equipment, so I was nervous about the install a bit. In retrospect, I shouldnt have been - the outcome was phenomenal!! I am very pleased with the quality of the install and how it turned out! Some words of advice...Donny, the owner (very fair and personable owner), should be listened to when advice is given!! I plan on doing a stage 2 job to my car stereo - Quality Auto is the ONLY place I will let touch my car! Thank you, Donny - you run a tight (quality wise) and very fair shop!

I purchased an automatic starter for my wifes car and she just absolutely loved it. It was so easy and they were so professional. The install only took 4 hours and the automatic starter was amazing and worked perfectly. We are now going to schedule a clear bra to be installed. Thanks Guys!

Great service. I wanted a job done super last minute, an hour before they closed and they managed to find a way to squeeze me in. My first visit I had to wait for over an hour just to speak with someone. I waited because I wanted to support a local business. I had a remote start and car stereo installed a week or so later. They broke my seat, I have to stand in front of my car to get it to start because the sensor wasnt installed correctly and the whole thing fell out of my roof just a few months after install. What is the point having remote start when you have to stand right in front of the car? The cord and sensor flying around is a hazard. I over paid for something that never worked right and the cost of repairing my seat made it one of the most costly poor choices of my life.

I have had my windows tinted on my past 4 vehicles. These guys have BY FAR done the best job out of everywhere i have taken them. Not a single bubble. Even after day 1 that went down later. No short cutoffs where you could see a gap above the weather stripping. Great job guys just wanted to say thanks!

I have dealt with Harold at the Ft. Carson multiple times. He knows his stuff and is very helpful, not to mention great with prices. I have had my windows done on 3 different vehicles from the guys on Chelton. All three have turned out perfect. I have also had a reverse camera installed on my Audi which for anyone that knows can be a pain in the a**. They not only did great oem quality work but also beat Car Toys price by 500$. As long as I live in Colorado Springs all my car needs will go through Harold and his guys at Quality Auto Tint.

This is a great place to get your ride custom. I had them custom tint my tail lights on my optima an put on aftermarket rims. Super happy with the look of my car. The staff was really nice an no pressure sales was a big plus for me. If u want a good buying experience, go to these guys.

Stopped by the Ft. Carson location and got some prices. Had a family emergency back in California that I had to leave town. Came back just dropped in on the shop hoping the work could be done same day. Donnie and crew pulled it off and made things happen. We hit a few hiccups along the way but nothing a genuine explanation didn’t fix. Amazing service excellent communication and friendly staff.

Was impressed with the install they did in my truck. No wires or cables showing and they used flex cable wrap in engine compartment. The showroom has some displays but while asking they were very willing to order in. Great price and professional install, you cant go wrong here.

I took my truck to get a remote start with the alarm paid $700.00+dollars and the larm was not set correctly and mest up my truck and then they charged me $75 to take it off after the fact that they did not do their job correctly

Everytime I go to tint my car, they always give me the best price quote, its always quick, and it always lasts. The products they use are premium and Ive never had a problem, ever! This most recent time I went for a tint, I was just expecting to make an appointment, because I arrived near closing, but nope they gave me a great price and tinted it right there and even went over closing time. From quality auto performance, you get exactly that quality and performance, but also customer dedication.

I bought a full car audio system here a year ago after quite a bit of research on systems and local audio dealers (I knew little about audio). Everything was in stock right then unlike some other businesses and that was after deciding on the brand and options I wanted. The salesperson was some dude in a Steelers jersey that said about 15 words the whole time, which was another big selling point for me. He just answered my questions and showed me the price without any salesperson tactics. A year later everything is still awesome and Im really happy with the purchase I made. I still dont consider a song great until I let it rip in my car and I hate traffic less now. Awesome experience all around for me and worthy of a personal rare review.
