Robert and his team were Amazing. I was so frustrated with Best buy. I was having a really frustrating time with Best Buy. Then I called Robert. I am going to tell ALL of my friends and family about this place. Please recognize Robert! What stellar customer service hands down the best!

Its a long review, but here it goes.I had another shop install a system in my truck.They replaced the door speakers, installed an amp, subs and the sound quality was absolute trash. They had a million excuses for why it was so bad. One reason, they said, was because it was a newer vehicle (2020) the head unit wouldnt allow them to tune the amp correctly. After a few conversations it didnt really seem like they knew what they were talking about and didnt have a solution on how to fix it. So I went to Drive In Auto Sound on Powers and Barnes.At the store, Orlando in the front and Ray (the tech) in the back were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining what the problem was. It wasnt the head unit. So replacing it would have been a waste of money. The real problem was that the speakers were wired incorrectly and the subs werent getting near enough power. So they corrected the wiring, actually tuned the amp and added an amp to power the subs. There was a HUGE improvement in the sound quality, but it was still not what I was hoping for. There wasnt any range, only lows and highs. The sound in the front was piercing to say the least.Again, the problem was the speakers that the other shop installed in the front were poor speakers for producing mid range sounds. The exact thing that was missing.So I went back to Drive In and once again Orlando and Rays knowledge came through. They recommended a different speaker set for the front that would provide that sound. I had them installed and the system now sounds incredible!If you are considering new speakers for your vehicle or a complete system, dont waste your time any where else. GO SEE THESE GUYS FIRST!!!They have my highest recommendation.

Was very nervous to take our brand new Kia Telluride in for tinting and especially the clear bra. They really did a fantastic job on both! On the tint they matched the front windows to the back windows perfectly and the install was great. On the clear bra, the installation was perfect. The Telluride has its name right on the hood and the computer generated film was cut perfectly around the letters. We didnt go all the way up the hood, but I really have to strain to see the line from the film. Just a stellar job all around!

In no doubt do the people that work here make their customers happy. They knew what they were talking about but at the end of the day, I knew what they quoted me on a sub and Amp install was nothing other than price gouging. Online its says 125 for Amp install. I was quoted 600 for everything else they said I needed. Then went to a different Drive In Auto Sound location and job was done for 230. Shop around people. Seems like this location just wants to trick you into more dollars. Be smart people. Look at their website and get an idea of what you need and pricing. ALSO, read the reviews. The 1 stars mostly consist of price issues. So its obviously a trend.

Staff was very helpful. I decided on installing our new stereo (heat unit) myself. They made sure I had the right wiring harness and adapter pocket to go with my single-DIN head unit. Also, their show room is awesome.

I went in to get some headlights installed on my new car and they told me it would be around $200 and take 2 hours to work on it but it actually took about 20 minutes and they charged me $50. I went to other shops yesterday and they said that at least 3 hours of work. I will be back with these guys again. Very professional and very nice people. They need 10 stars, not 5!!

Great experience. My 20-year-old radio and speakers were on their last leg and I called Autosound on a whim. They invited me to come right in for an assessment. We agreed the radio needed to be replaced and once that was in, they determined one of the speakers was fried. A new pair of speakers was installed and I was out the door. All the parts were in stock and I did not have to come back for a 2nd appointment. The front staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

Went in shopping for remote start. They quoted me over $1,000 for device and installation. They said my vehicle required extra parts and 7 hours labor. Went to Best Buy and was out the door for $300 with installation included. No special parts and they had my car for about 2 hours. Buyer beware.

The staff was nice, the selection was good but I was charged an “installation charge” of $125 twice to install a $300 radio in a 2005 Subaru Forester that already had an aftermarket radio in it because “they put two people on it”. Really? Four hands to install one radio? You will NEVER see me again!

My system was in complete disarray until I found Drive-in. The staff was professional and honest in my options to rewire and update my system. In a matter of 24 hours my stereo went from good to amazing with an additional upgrade of front and rear cameras for the Jeep. Thank you for the great work and attention to detail. This group is awesome! I went to the store off Power and Barnes and they installed my whole system quickly and it sounded perfect! My system randomly quit working but Chris (who was covering from the Chapel Hills store) came out and looked over everything for me and really tried to help me out on a 30° day in the cold. Turns out I just have bad luck and everything was under warranty but they are super helpful and friendly.

Shouts out to Caleb for installing new speakers in our 2008 Kia Optima back in October 2020, because they absolutely slap. 3 months later and the driver side is acting fuddy duddy but thats what the warranty is for. Be seeing yall soon.

My front speakers had a rattle and needed to be replaced. My service rep said the back ones might be bad too, but he would check. After listening, he said they were fine. We listened to three sets of speakers in the showroom after he asked what kind of music I normally listed to and if I liked more bass, treble or a balanced sound. We both agreed the lowest priced speakers were right for me, but they were out of stock, so he ordered a pair for me. The installation went quickly and Im very happy with the purchase.

Okay, I went here to see what kind of speakers I could have installed and after reading the reviews I was a bit leery. And as one review stated the tech guy I believe climbed in my car and started talking about bluetooth mics?. I just want nice sounding subs thats it. When someone starts looking at your headliner and all I can think is are they planning on removing it? To just put in subs in the rear made me worry. I will say I probably should have asked the question of whether or not they have ever done any work on my type of vehicle before. This is a key question for sound shops so they dont go experimenting on your vehicle.Bottom line, I went across town to another drive in auto sound and they have worked on my vehicle before and the tech guy says he can install the subs in an afternoon!!👍Just know these places are hit and miss so shop around before committing.

Needless to say Im absolutely in love with the quality of the tinting and the shading! Im glad I took their suggestion in going darker, I couldnt be happier, especially with summer rolling around the corner (Im not from CO) & with how much the sun seems to beam into my car, this was well worth it. I had a complex issue where my car stereo was no longer working / playing music. A worker named Robert came out to my car and messed with it for about 5 minutes, fixed it entirely and then had me on my way. I was very impressed because they technically could have used the opportunity to sell me an entirely new stereo...however he simply fixed the one I had and didnt even try to make a sales pitch at me. I had to come on here and write a review because integrity is so hard to find these days. I highly recommend this place--based on my experience, I believe they will give you an honest assessment to meet your needs rather than just try to make money off of you.

Went in with a speaker problem and they checked the system out and found a couple problems.They fixed the front speakers (one was blown) and put in an upgraded amp as it was on the way out as well. What a big difference.sounds great. Had to go to Colorado to get them fixed (visiting family) as Car Toys in Portland doesnt seem to want to do troubleshooting when the speakers are acting up and make money by finding problems. My husband made an appointment for Saturday and gentleman set the appointment for 1pm for a remote start install. When we got there on Saturday, they said we didn’t have an appointment and they don’t usually do remote starts on Saturdays. If they do, they set them for 9am. They told us that we could leave the car with them so they could get started on it and we could pick it up on Monday. My husband and I went to run some errands and he decided to call them and tell them that we were going to pick up the car and no longer needed them to start the install. When we got there a couple hours later, the gentleman at the counter said it was a good thing we got there when we did because they were about to pull my car into the bay. He also stated that if we had arrived 20 minutes later, my car would have been dismantled. I was not happy. Not only did they fail to set our appointment, but then they completely ignored us when we called to tell them not to touch my car. There is a severe lack of communication here. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

I love this store. They have a great selection of products and everyone is super friendly. Ray is the most knowledgeable car audio tech that I have ever dealt with. My car had an extremely complex wiring problem and Ray walked me through it all. Their prices are also very good.

Quality service and top notch work. The staff is very courteous and takes great pride in doing the job right. I recently had a light bar installed into the roof rack on my explorer. These guys custom built the mounting hardware and did such a great job hiding the wire that you can’t even tell it’s there unless you go out of your way to look for it. Additionally they did such a good job installing the switch in the dash that it looks like it came that way from factory. I would absolutely recommend them for any of you accessory purchases and installations.

I love this place. I spent a nominal amount of money on a stereo, alarm, backup camera, and remote start for my Jeep Wrangler. When I first got the system, I played with the buttons on the key fob and messed it up and they fixed it without any charge or making me feel like a bigger idiot. Recently the siren part of my alarm system went bad and they swapped it out and replaced it with a better and louder siren, again at no charge. They suggest other things for my Jeep without any pressure to buy right now. My Jeep will continue to go to them for the camera (front) and lights, when I have the extra money. And they (Robert) even know me by name. Thats a place that keeps my business.

Both times I have been there, the customer service has been exceptional! My husband and I were helped by Caleb both times and the results were astonishing. The first time we went for my husbands truck to get a subwoofer installed and everything turned out great. The staff met our needs of being able to easily remove the subwoofer if we needed room in the back seat. The second time, they installed an existing subwoofer with a bass adjustment knob that looks factory installed on the car. We are still very satisfied and will keep coming back for other things! Had a busted Charger touch screen and couldnt get the dealership to touch it after they said they would. Everyone here were honest with me they might not be able to replace the screen. They found a local cell phone repair shop which replaced it. Excellent store with honest, professional people.

This is the second remote starter I have purchased from this store. The service was stellar and the remote is awesome. The price was slightly higher than the competition but I went with them anyway. Glad I did. I think the Viper product is a little better. Very pleased.

Caleb went above and beyond my expectations. Caleb and his crew there did such an amazing job setting up a sub, amp, and diagnosing a couple stereo problems for me I brought my wife’s Tahoe down a week later and had him put in a head unit, back up camera, and a couple headrest monitors. He actually covered the extra cost for me because the flip down we wanted wasn’t going to work because of the old DVD player system. I couldn’t of asked any more from him and the guys in the back. I manage a major automotive shop in town and I can honestly say these guys will take care of you just like I would take care of my customers. Got my windows tinted with the m5 nano ceramic tint so far majority of the tint looks good did notice on one rear panels has a decent amount of spacing in tint to original window which bothers me. Another thing is weather strips around door/window weren’t put back in/on for price of product and install think it could of been a more accurate and cleaner finish on the job.

I would highly recommend this Drive In Autosound location! The front staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I told them what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. They found us the perfect stereo and we came in about 7 bucks under budget after installation. They estimated about an hour for the install and the tech was done in less than 45min. Weve had the stereo for about 3 months now and have had no issues. We will definitely be back for any future car audio needs.

Phil and Troy were the individuals who assisted us in getting our car set up with subs. THEY ARE AMAZING! They’re very knowledgeable of the items within their store, as well as what they had in stock. Their friendly attitude and professionalism made it a very easy decision to chose their store when it comes to improving our sound system in our car.

First and foremost they pick and choose their customers. When I initially utilized them, I thought expensive but I thought their customer service was great until yesterday. They try to coerce you into buying the brands they sell otherwise they really do not want to install anything. We wanted to have kicker speakers installed, they quoted $5,000 and would not print out an estimate (said it would cause a malfunction with the printer). We wanted to replace 7 speakers, and also subwoofer box built. No way this costs $5000, they just didn’t want us as customers for what reason I don’t know why since we have spent a $1000s with them already. This is not how you keep a loyal customer base, never will we ever go into this shop or any of its affiliates. However, we did go to another shop and everything was $1000, and there was no need for a custom box. Drive thru lost a loyal customer and I will definitely deter anyone else going to them.

A very difficult stealth install was what I was after. The craftsman that completed it so knocked it out of the park. A true artist and master craftsman is hard to find but worth the wait. These gentleman were amazing from purchase to install of speakers a sub and amp, window tint and clear bra. Also awesome when taking care of damage that was no fault of theirs. They really listened to what I wanted and helped me stay in my budget. When my clear bra was damaged I brought it in and had it fixed the same day it was under warranty but I have no doubt they would have worked with new if it were out of pocket as far as cost goes. I have an old pickup and the radio was cutting in and out, so I figured I would just have it replaced. It was replaced with a new radio and two new door speakers. The new radio continued to cut off and come back on as I was driving. So that told me that there is a short in the wiring or connector somewhere. I took it back to Drive in Auto sound located at Integrity Center Point and told them it was still cutting in and out as I drove. I talked with one of the installers and told him what it was still doing and I told the employee at the counter I would be willing to pay for him to check/repair the wiring or connector. I brought a original shop repair manual that I had purchased for the vehicle so I could show him the simple wiring diagram for this particular truck. He told me that he knew everything about automotive wiring and didnt need any books. I said OK. He checked the wiring for about 10 minutes and said there is nothing wrong with the harness. I left and went to another automotive repair shop, told them the problem and within ten minutes had found the the wiring harness had a loose connection at the fuse box. It was repaired quickly and now it works perfectly. So much for Drive In Auto Sounds employee that knew everything and didnt need any books. The faulty wire was 26 inches long from the fuse box to the radio harness and Mr. Electronics at Drive In Auto Sound could not figure it out.

I left a review earlier that said used car salesmen, I dont know how or why I put that up for this shop. Steve was great at every interaction my wife and I had with him. He consistently displayed professional behavior, courtesy and knowledge regarding his profession. There was a moment I was unhappy and I assumed Id have to justify my unhappiness and do battle, not even close to what happened. Each employee was patient and professional and they take pride in and ownership of the quality work they do. Its nice to see Car audio done by both professionals and adults.
