Jennifer is a con artist she’s very rude and unprofessional!! She sold me a junky purple explorer with major issues. I missed two appointments to get it fixed due to work. So when I finally had a day off I went there to get it fixed I was told to come the next week then the same thing happened the following week for three weeks straight! Then when they finally took it they claimed it would take two days tops. Well fast forward almost a week I had enough so I tried purchasing a new vehicle. But because I am friends with someone who Jennifer doesn’t like she refused to sell me the car after allowing me to spend over $100 dollars to get the new vehicle checked out!! The 2013 Infiniti QX56 has a coolant leak btw and the back seat heater vents don’t work at all. Anyway she told me to leave the Infiniti at the lot and to come back the following day. Well they gave me a loaner that evening and told me to come back at noon to get the Infiniti. The next morning Jennifer called me at 10am lying saying someone wanted to purchase the loaner vehicle so I rushed there only for her to tell me “oh because you lied about knowing ****** I will not be selling you this vehicle” like what does my personal life have to do with buying a car!!!? I have nothing to do with you and their issues! She then said “your explorer will be done today” THREE DAYS LATER still no explorer so I contacted my bank and my lawyer and I got my money back. I am now looking into suing Jennifer. RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!

Jaycob was absolutely amazing!! I went in and it took me about a month In a half but I was able to get into a beautiful 2016 Hyundai Elantra... I had to put 200 down to hold it for two weeks when the two weeks was up I brought in another 200 and he held it again for another two weeks. I took me a while because I was paying 500 a week for the stupid rental. He knew I wanted this car and he made sure I got it!! Total down was 2000 but no credit checks just proof of income. The day I got to pick it up I was there maybe 15 minutes doing the paper work. I would recommend anyone looking for a good reliable car with jacked up credit come here they will work and it’s you! My daughter also got a car from there and she loves it! He sold it for the blue book value and my payments are under 400... I will never go anywhere else ever again!! Thank you guys so much!!! Best used dealership in town. After I had tried most of the other little BHPH lots in town I found this gem. The people here are super friendly and were able to put me in a higher quality more reliable vehicle than Nevada Auto Sales, Finishline or CarHop could.The down payments are great and they finance for three years and dond do credit checks. I will never go to another car lot other than them.

Will 100% sell you a polished piece of junk. Bought a car with an audible noise which Jennifer (the owner) stated would pay for the repairs when brought to a shop. When I came to bring her estimates however, she claims to have no recollection, and told us we were on our own. Terrible place, dont waste your money on these overpriced clunkers.

This place cheated me out of a car I was purchasing from them. Got the car then a week later the clutch went out. They wanted to charge me another$300 on top of 1200 which I already gave them. They came a repossessed the car after a day of late payment for a non working car and sold it. Stuck me with the different to pay them. I dont recommend anyone to go there they lady is the worst human being on this planet. They will cheat u with every thing that they can just a horrible place

Shady thefts liers and cheets. Just had a close friend buy a car. For their safty wont give details but there is about $3,000 in repairs that need to be done on top of paying for said car. I am disappointed i though the people were honest and it looks like they are nothing more the scammers.

My fiancé and I just recently purchased a vehicle from Norwest Auto Sales and paid for the vehicle in full! Im not going to lie, when we had first purchased our 2002 Buick Lasabre the lady, MRS. PAYNE, acted as though as though she really wanted to help us. She even went as far as saying they always are willing to help their customers! Well dont believe that bull! I had mentioned over and over again we need a reliable car because my fiancé works out of town and this would be the only vehicle we will have. We just moved from Illinois so we dont know anyone. MRS. PAYNE then says this is a good vehicle. It will get him to work! Well, a week after we purchased this vehicle everything started going wrong! We had to put $1600 into this car just to get it running again and 2 days after that we had to put a new starter in it. We were hoping that was it, that was all the money we were going to have to put into fixing it. Boy, were we wrong! Just yesterday my fiancé was driving home and the motor blew!! I called MRS. PAYNE today, hoping that she would help us, since they are so willing to help their customers. I told her I would sign the title back over to her, but since we put every last penny we had into this car, we had no money for a down payment on another. Mind you, this is the only vehicle we have. Without this vehicle my fiancé has no way to work and if he doesnt get to work then our bills dont get paid and my kids dont eat! I told MRS. PAYNE this and you know what she tells me? She says we will have to put more money down!! She acted as though it was no big deal! Now, we are car less with no money all because I thought these people were really here to help us! Long story short..I highly recommend NO ONE buys from this place! All they car about it taking peoples money! Horrible..horrible people!!

After buying a Nissan thru Norwest and many issues with it Jen and Mike went above and beyond and let me pick another vehicle i was at a loss with the Nissan nobody could figure out what the issue was trust me i had that car to so many repair shops and likewise for Norwest i did put a great deal of money in that car from new paint to almost a complete rebuild to no avail anyway sure i had to put another down payment on the new vehicle but most used car places would be like sorry sol so thank you Norwest and Jen and Mike will be back for sure😉
