Not good business at all. Too bad Colorado’s Lemon law differs from that of other states. The dealer misrepresented/omitted material facts about the vehicle. I have suffered a financial loss as a result of buying a vehicle from these people. I would not have purchased the car if I had known about the material facts at issue. I do not recommend working out any type of “deal” or purchasing any car from this establishment seeing as to how reputable they are for selling lemons.. not saying every car is but the majority for sure. You can read over many reviews from the past of unsatisfied customers who have bought a car and it broken down a month later even with repair it’s only a temporary fix it will continues to need regular repairs. Bare minimum is warrantied to cover the cost of repairs when you buy the car, not to mention I paid more than what the vehicle was worth. For those with good reviews I seem to see a pattern in the mentioning of both salesman’s names as well as how pressure relieved they feel when working with them. Take heed when dealing with Mountain View motors, something doesn’t add up. Hopefully this doesn’t magically disappear. Will spread the word.

No pressure sales at all! Travis and Scott are wonderful to work with. They were very flexible with me purchasing the vehicle and dealing with ENT. Going to a smaller local company beat the heck out of buying used from a large dealership. I searched for weeks finding what I wanted and dealing with large dealerships and sales teams. I would definitely purchase from Mountain View motors again in the future!

Very shady company. I purchased a vehicle a couple months back and 3 weeks later the engine blew up. They had stressed to me that the car was in great condition and really tried to make me want the car. I tried to claim warranty on the fix but the only thing they could offer me was bandaid fix of using old used parts that would only fix half of my problem. They really tried to make it seem like I was in the wrong for the problems. I just felt so betrayed, I ended having to pay thousands out of pocket to repair the car myself. It just doesn’t seem right to have this many problems in such a short amount of time.

Within a week of having my car I got an engine malfunction and had to have all the fuses and coils replaced. Then the next week my entire radiator blew. Got that fixed and now Im on the side of the road with SOMETHING ELSE WRONG. Do not buy a car from this place theyre terrible quality and they refuse to help you out.

This place is awesome! I bought a car from here and Travis & Scott we’re very helpful and flexible with the price, the car is running great! I have had a few small issues with the car that weren’t covered by the warranty but they have been here to help and allowed me to bring the car in and they fixed both problems free of charge, even though they didn’t have to. Definitely recommend!

I was very much ready to give 5 stars. Man seemed honest and trustworthy. When I had my first issue with the car the day I bought it he immediately looked at it and had it repaired to my knowledge. I was given a 90 day warranty and I felt everything would be good. Well 60 days in the transmission went out on the truck. Because we moved to georgia and I went over the mile limit the warranty was null. Now I am having issues with the engine. Only been just about 90 days. I paid 10,000.00 cash for this truck. Only to be screwed. Im way past disappointed. Be careful.Update: my truck was totaled and caught fire burning all paperwork including the title. I called in and spoke with, Scott, I believe. He was willing to do the paperwork necessary to get me a new title. I still feel how I feel in my previous post however I also feel that everyone has a job they have to do to feed their families. He could have said screw you but he had compassion and was willing to help me. Thank you.

My girlfriend and I bought a truck from Scott this weekend and it was easily the best experience Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle. They had what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Scott was easy going and we never felt pressured or hassled. I told him what I wanted, and he told me what he needed to make it happen. Signing was to the point and straightforward. We were in and out in two quick visits. 10/10 experience. We highly recommend.

Best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Scott and Travis really treat you fare and make you feel like you are a friend not just a customer.I bought a 2005 f-250 which they had listed at the best price out of any dealership, they gave me exactly what i was asking for on my trade and not once did they make me feel uncomfortable or pressured into buying their truck . I had a few issues with my truck 3 days after buying it and called them and they told me to bring it down and they would fix it. They gave me a very nice loaner off their lot for one week while they fixed my truck. A few weeks later I was having another issue and again they told me to bring it down and they will fix it. They again gave me another loaner off their lot and fixed my truck! These guys really are amazing, what other dealer would have ever taken their time and money to fix something they just sold!? I mean honestly I didnt even know car salesmen cared about their customer especially after selling them a car. Oh and while they had my truck they even gave me another 45 day extension on my temporary plates! So for the third and final time my truck had one more issue and I was unable to get it to them to fix it, they told me to fix it on my own and they would cut me a check! My truck has been a great truck since day one minus the minor issues which have been fixed by these guys, and now is the perfect truck.I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys and I will tell all of my friends and family about Mountain View Motors. I will never go to another dealership to buy a vehicle for my family and I.Thank you guys so much! You really are the best

Earlier this month I had purchased a truck from them and they were really kind, but they were very deceiving. At first they didn’t even want to talk to me because I was “underage” then they changed their mind and talked to me. They made it seem like the truck had little to no issues. They listed off all the stuff they “fixed” but less than 3 days later I had to replace one of those parts, turns out they put the wrong part in which made the “replacement” faulty and unusable. Then another week passed and the check engine light came on again and it was the EGR sensor, which if they did a complete run through of the vehicle they would have seen the sensor about to go out. Then about two days later the light came on yet again and it was the Catalytic converter. If you aren’t already aware that is an expensive fix, which again if they did the complete run through of the vehicle they would have seen that the converter isn’t performing the way it should. I suspect they did a couple little things to repair and then cleared the codes to appear as a very good vehicle. I would suggest bringing along a scanner and see if there are any hidden codes or “temp codes” before purchasing, and take the vehicle to a reliable mechanic as well.

Super accommodating and easy going. More hands off than other car places I’ve been to, but for me, it was pleasant. Wasn’t trying to push the car on me. Tossed me the keys and said “take it for a test drive, I like the car but make sure it’s right for you.” Paperwork was a breeze, literally no hidden fees/costs or anything else. What you see is what you pay. Haven’t had that experience at other places. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

I have to say as mom walking in with 2 small children, I was treated very kindly and the owner did not seemed bothered by my children being there with me at all. Took the car for a drive. Had it looked over by a mechanic, came back later with just my older rambunctious child, and again, Mountain View Motors never once seemed bothered by a child, being a child in their office. Everything went so smoothly and they were very respectful to me. There was no pushing to buy a different vehicle, they were very honest and had excellent customer service. I recommend anyone who is looking for a used car to take their business to Mountain View. Thanks for everything MVM.

Second time looking at MVM - didnt buy anything 2 years ago when looking for a truck - they just didnt have what I was wanting. But both times very easy to work with and friendly! Yesterday bought a SUV - they had a couple we were looking at and both in good condition! Fair deal was made instantly and paperwork went super fast! Quite refreshing from the hard sell tactics of other dealers! Will refer friends and be back!

I am not saying they were aware of all the mechanical issues with the car they sold me but its hard to believe they didnt know. The car I bought had a check engine light that they reset (multiple times)and told me it was because of the gas cap. When it kept coming on they sent me to their mechanic (BC Auto) who apparently threw darts at a dart board and started replacing random parts. After $800 of repairs, for things that did not need to be replaced, their mechanic told me the cat converter was bad and that he would give me a deal and only charge me an additional $850. I declined the service and went to a muffler shop who informed me that the car didnt even have a cat (but it would be $250 to put a new one in) so I went to Audi and was informed that the top half of the engine needed to be replaced ($5000). So, i drove to a reputable dealership and dumped the car for something reliable.I thought I was doing the right thing by supporting local business but I will never make that mistake again. I encourage you to buy from a big dealership because they will stand behind their product. The cars cost a little more but you will regret trying to save money up front when you are stuck with a lemon. Additionally, the car I bought was in a bad accident but for some reason that did not show up on the report they showed me. I lost my a$$ with this one, but that will never happen again.

I keep trying to leave a review of our experience and it keeps getting deleted. Our experience was awesome buying the vehicle, of course! But when we showed up a month after buying the truck because the trucks check engine light cane on, with 7 codes and then the truck would sometimes not start. They finally agreed to check it out, of course the truck sometimes starts and sometimes doesn’t, because obviously a part is going out! The mechanic at the Mountain View motors said they can’t diagnose it since the truck started! So now we are left to fix this vehicle that was purchased 3 months ago, my 16 year old sons FIRST VEHICLE, that he now can’t drive because we don’t want him STRANDED somewhere!!!!

Great place to get a car!Purchased a really nice used Saab 9-5 from these guys about a month ago. Had a small oil leak and they agreed to fix it with the purchase. They also were very attentive and helpful during the whole process. We found that it has a minor head gasket leak about a month later and even tho they dont owe us anything they offered to help offset the cost of fixing it even tho they arent required to do that due to the vehicle being sold as is! These guys truly believe in customer service and will treat you good and do everything in there power to make sure you are good to go when you purchase from them.Thank you Mountain View Motors!

I purchased a vehicle from the guys and the process was so easy. They made me feel right at home and took care of me like I was family. I showed up right before close and they stayed late to ensure I had a good vehicle to drive home. I unfortunately had an issue that would not of been picked up on a maintenance check. I was stressed and pretty irritable and they put me at ease and got me back up and running. If you can tell me of any other dealership that takes care of its clients like that, I would like to know. Hint: there is only one that I have found and its Mountain View. I will come back to them again and suggest that if you are purchasing a car, check them out. If you dont, you are foolish with your time and money.

Bottom line up front: these guys are definitely recommended! After finding nothing but lemons and wrecked cars for private sale I decided to check out an Audi at Mountain View Motors. Their price and detailed advertisement on craigslist was what attracted me. When I came by, they were attentive and let me take the car in for an independent inspection. They were reasonable with the negotiation and actually came up with ideas on how to save me even more money on my purchase. Its a month later and everything still checks out top notch with car. The only weak point is they used German Motor Sports to make a repair on the ABS. While the ABS is working, German Motor Sports took possession of a few of the plastic parts (returned one $160 piece the next day, but a lot of the other pieces were broken) and caused a leak in the windshield washer system. So definitely ask where work is going to be performed if you negotiate any of that into the deal. Stay away from German Motor Sports! In fact, if you look at German Motor Sportss reviews the only positive review is for Mountain View Motors!

If you want no pressure sales, this is the place. I called to see if they were open after the amount of snow we got over night and if the car was available. They said they would have to dig it out but yes it is. Showed up, was handed keys to the car and a dealer tag was slapped to the side and told to feel free to take it for a drive and look as needed while they sat inside not worried about who I was. Took the car for a drive and asked questions I had in regards to concerns I had with the vehicle. Was handed a CarFax report and told I can read it over. Set it down and walked out. All of 5 sentences were spoken to me through the whole transaction. Seemed like they were trying to hide something about the vehicle or themselves.

Doesnt seem to be an honest dealership. Went looked at a 350 they have and come to find out after getting there it has an oil leak that is not mentioned on their site, the truck is pretty scratched up, and the inside has some stains through out it. The power steering went out they replaced it with used which is no big deal but the truck needs alot of work to it. For the almost 11k they want if you buy it your gonna have to come almost 5k to repair it. Not to mention the sales guy just hands they keys and walks away. Also 2k higher than a newer year with less miles right off motor city.
