Maybe we came on a bad day? One person on staff was super rude as soon as we walked in. We asked for a specific, apparently extremely popular candle, she very loudly and rudely let us know she had NONE and if we really wanted it go on line to get it. We LOVE yankee candles and have never ever had this experience before. She could have still sold us other candles but did not seem interested. She was SO loud and abrupt that the other sales associates literally walked away.

It is not enough that I absolutely love candles, every time I visit this store the employees are wonderful ❤ yesterday I was treated with the best customer service I left a happy girl with a bag full of delicious smelling candles.

I got an email stating the pumpkin candles were in the stores with a sale date of 8/14 - 8/17. I went down to the shop on 8/14 & they had no pumpkin candles. The clerk said it would be another week before they got them on stock. I didnt need to make a 20 minute drive there & back! The clerk placed my order online but I didnt need to make the trip for that. Next time I will call before I make a wasted trip.

Love this store! Nanci is always amazing. She has a warm welcoming and very knowledgeable about the scents. Carry is nice as well. Both of these ladies are a great help. The store is very clean and stocked up (unless I visit) haha! Even if they are out of stock, they can order and ship to you for FREE! If you sign up for emails you will get coupons and become addicted like I am. Id say I love the scent cups the most, so many options to choose from😀 they are convenient for a non flame item. I dont have to worry about turning off anything or blowing out a candle. They have warmers that have timers on them. Makes life easy! Worth giving them a try! You will love them.

A Specific woman kept trying to upsell us on product. However this isnt how most people shop. Also while she was too busy talking half of our items didnt ring up correctly with the sales they supposedly had. Would rather go some place else.

They must have been VERY busy in the past few days, cuz the selection, ESPECIALLY for anything fall, was all but nearly wiped out. Disappointing, as I had a coupon, but really didnt find anything I liked. The overall selection seems very small, actually, esp compared to how the store in the Citadel Mall was. It could be the pandemic, or they really were super busy, but it was a let down

Who doesnt love Yankee Candles. They have great sales both online and in the store. My favorite scent is the Lilac.

I have become a bit of a regular costumer at this location. Each and every time I go in the staff is there to help me find what I am looking for. They have made returns flawless and have no issue. The open space also makes getting around the store in a wheelchair every easy.

The girls were snotty at check out and I wasn’t spoken to until I was at checkout. You are supposed to be greeted right as you walk in. My older sister is the assistant manager at another store in CA. I’m giving them 3 stars because their candle displays were very pretty and the store was clean.

The staff were very friendly and kept everything well stocked even on a very busy day (black friday)! Be sure to sign up for emails ahead of time, its not unusual for them to do BOGOs

Always has Woodwick candles.

Downhill, candles with uncentered wicks. Wicks that burn incorrectly and the wax pools, where it burns a very low flame. Yankee has horrible customer service if you dare complain. Bye forever!
