Julia did not measure the cabinets correctly. The new ones were not as wide which created a gap in the flooring. She refuses to admit her mistake and to correct it. As a result, it cost me $200 to make the repair. I think that I should be reimbursed the $200Also, she was constantly creating more situations to get more money. In addition, if her suggestions were not accepted…..she showed her displeasure eg she wanted a colored sink and I wanted white think she made money on her contractors… was a overlapping information and I think I may have had to pay for a duplication of servicesI wish to thank JM Kitchen & Bath Design for responding to my concern in a very timely fashion. The issue that I had regarding my kitchen remodel has been rectified. Again, I would like to say that the cabinets are beautiful. I am very pleased with the workmanship that went into making the cabinets. The countertops are a perfect fit and enhance the wood in the cabinets….thus….making a tried old kitchen very beautiful and workable once again.

Ive used Kitchens By Design for 4 kitchens so far and cant recommend them enough! They take pride in their work and design each kitchen as if it were there own(with your interests in mind). They care so much that theyll tell you the hard truth if you are making a mistake and they have many years of designing kitchens to back it up!Great selection for every budget and yes... their pricing beats the big box stores! Dont be fooled by the 30% off promotions at the big box stores, they dont ever pan out!

We had an excellent experience with both Joy and Alana. We are new to The Springs and decided to upgrade our kitchen after we bought our home. We investigated many cabinet and designer options and felt the most comfortable with Joy and Alana. Joy isnt afraid to give her opinions, and were happy that she felt free enough to do so. We may not have understood some of them at first, but she proved to be right about all of them. We love our kitchen!

Created a beautiful kitchen from an existing demo. From start to finish, Joy was involved. She worked seamlessly with our contractor to make her design a reality. She was there to help even after a couple of years after the project ended. I would highly recommend her. She has a talented eye for beauty. That coupled with her long experience makes her the best in the Springs!

Joy knew exactly what we needed and walked us through every stage to get there. Her knowledge and expertise was very evident.

Our designer was very scattered and was quite late to her first appointment at our house. The quote she gave us didnt include things like tear out, tile price, or tile installation. We were going to have to contract separately with the countertop and tile people. When the head contractor came out with the designer, he found several mismeasurements in the design. I asked the contractor for a tear out cost, which was way overpriced, and we also were expected to remove the appliances ourselves. We dont have time to play project manager and contractor. With all these red flags, we ended up not using Kitchens by Design. It was disappointing since they were highly recommended.

Worked with Joy to begin with. Refused to work with us after we found another type of countertop that we liked that wasnt one that she picked out herself. Unprofessional and bad taste on her part.
