We had an appointment with Brooks Brothers and the minute the service rep (Petra) found out we wanted budget friendly cabinets we became unimportant to her. Her attitude towards us completely changed as well as her customer service. We had to ask to see the actual cabinet lines that were available and do our own follow-up for an estimate (which she refused to give us.) She swore that she knew all their was to know about a competitor and she was completely wrong with the information she supplied to us about them. This company should be grateful for ANY business; regardless if spending $ or $$$. Clearly, that is not the philosophy at this company.

Jody was awesome to work with. She is quite knowledgable with design and had great suggestions. Unfortunately we ordered our custom cabinets from Brooks Brothers and had our contractor install them instead of Brooks Brothers. Should have gone with Brooks Brothers installation. The nice thing about them is they were willing to come out and fix what the contractor messed up even though they didnt have to. It just took them awhile. But we would definitely use them again. We have a beautiful kitchen now.

We worked with Jody and she was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions. If we had any questions we worked with her to solve them. She has great knowledge of how things were to come together in the design process.

I would give this place 0 Stars!!! Extremely bad customer service! Does not return phone calls! Doesnt even give you a courtesy call to let you know theyre not ever going to give you a quote!!!its been a month and they still havent called. Of course, I gone to a company that actually cares about your business. I would Definitely! Definitely! Not recommend this company..

I went to their office with possible plans to have a wall unit built in my bedroom. Kathy came in September 2017 to look at the space. She had very little insight to offer me. Said shed work on something as she was very busy, but would contact me in Dec 2017. She wanted to return 2 days before Christmas. I asked if after Christmas was possible. She said shed call. Never did. I called her in early January and she was on a job and didnt have her calendar with her. She never called back! Luckily, I stopped at CO LUMBER later in January 2018 and asked if they could build a wall unit for me! They came out and measured and my wall unit, made from solid oak, was installed in July, 2018! It is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. So I am thankful that Kathy never bothered to return my call or even say that they werent interested in doing the work!

Our experience with Brooks Brothers was excellent and we are very happy with the resulting work. Each of their staff was helpful and knowledgeable of their work. We would recommend them to anyone for millworker and cabinets.

Never called me back after a meeting at their shop and I gave them a full set of drawings. No COVID mask protocol at all.

Zero stars! If there were such a rating, I would give it. My cabinets are still unfinished despite multiple attempts to get it completed. I purchased in 2018. I worked with Jody and she provided, by far, the worst service I have ever received from any service or organization. Cabinet paint is chipping because they ordered the wrong color and painted it in the shop. Multiple bad experiences.

Amelia was awesome & great to work with! She is very nowledgeable and responsive. We feel we got great cabinets for the money and the process couldn’t have been easier.

We have been in our home for one year and the cabinet cracked under the sink. Darin, from Brooks Brothers, suggested that I call a representative from Precision Works to look at it. The person who Darin suggested, came out and determined that the crack occurred from normal settling and that usually Darins team of people took this into consideration when measuring for cabinet installation. He was optimistic that Brooks Brothers would fix the cabinet. After about a month I heard from Precision Works that Darin is not going to fix the cabinet. The approximate cost to repair the crack is $200.00. We invested over $40,000.00 in Brooks Brothers when we built our home and at that time Darin continuously prided himself of his companys loyalty for quality and customer satisfaction. We simply requested that his company pay up to .05% toward a minor repair and Darin refused. Through our home build, we have found that in this industry, every contractor has been deceptive and has not followed through with reasonable customer service.

We had an idea for a new kitchen cabinet that we took to Brooks Brothers. They helped us to improve the design, and then built the cabinet to match the wood type and color of our existing cabinets. They came out and installed it, and we are very happy with the result. I would definitely go back to them if we had any additional need for cabinets.

Brooks Brothers Cabinetry took care of our project in a friendly yet professional manner, and within our budget. Their design ideas were fresh and in line with what we were hoping to accomplish. They are a local gem!

Jody was the sales lady helping us with with our cabinets and she was extremely rude. She was impatient and acted like she was extremely annoyed with every question we asked her. We definitely will not be using this company for our kitchen renovation because of her.

When we wanted to do a complete master bath remodel, we visited Brooks Brothers Monument, CO store to shop for ideas and cabinets. Lisa was assigned as our sales rep, and from my rough sketch and description of what we wanted to do, she developed a floor plan that included a neocorner shower, toilet alcove, linen cabinet, and a double sink vanity with lots of drawers. She helped us select the Kemper brand cabinets and the style and color. The installation crew did a superb job of installing the cabinets. We could not be happier with the quality and overall outcome of the project. Thanks, Brooks Brothers.
