He was patient, even though we had to finish some things before he could measure. Elite Granite Tops did an amazing job on our kitchen counter tops. Yuliia was extremely helpful during the process of picking out our slab, getting different quote options for different levels of granite, choosing a sink that will fit properly in our smaller base cabinet, etc. The crew at Elite Granite was very efficient on the day of installation and did a great job of tearing out the old tops, installing the new gorgeous ones and the sink. All my questions were answered, I felt comfortable and educated before making my decision to go with granite or quartz . Update 6/18/2021Yuliia from Elite Granite Tops contacted me and apologized for the miscommunication and offer expedite installation and ask if Id allow them to correct the mistake. I decided to give them a chance and continue with the exact measurement/quote and eventually proceed with the installation. Pre-installed steps have some hiccups with the quoting software but no big issues. I went over to the site to select the slab that is in stock to use and the showroom/site is quite small (I have worked with one in the past during a house construction which has a huge showroom but that was in MN). They could get something else from the pictures catalog but that may take longer to acquire. Another thing to note is you should check the final measurement yourselves to double check. Any correction at this stage is much easier than later. We did have to adjust the length of one small piece after the final measurement.The install process went smoothly. The installers were very careful with the pieces during the install to not damage your cabinets/appliances. There were some minor problems that show up with faucet hole, the front portion of the undermount sink and the installers did some adjustments and they turn out great. The only thing that could have been better is the cleaning. They did clean up afterward but there is still a little bit of glue, caulks, etc. and lots of dusts. Afterward, I see there is one corner that could be round up and Ill ask the installers to see if they can round that corner (in the 2nd picture). The plumbing portion went fine and this is what lean me toward going with Elite Granite is that they provide full service and you just need to negotiate in the contract.Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Elite Granite is not a a huge operation but they did a pretty good job and cost is very competitive compare to others similar operations in CoS.Previous review:This review is just on my estimate/quote experience. About 2 weeks ago, I emailed for a quote to replace all of the kitchen countertops and backsplash on Friday. Got the quote back on Monday and I emailed back with a question. Their quote was just slightly higher than Planet Granite but Planet Granite states they dont handle the plumbing disconnect. Never got an answer back from the quote question so I called and was able to verify that Elite Granite quote includes plumbing disconnect/reconnect. The person answered the phone cant answer other quote questions and took my name/number so the quote person can call back. I was going to go with this place but never got a call back over a week later (and no answer via email either). I was hoping to get the kitchen done before moving in but now we have already moved in and will take more time to find a contractor that is more willing to do business.

Elite Granite was extremely professional and easy to work with. We gave them a general layout of the kitchen and they gave us a very reasonable and much cheaper quote than other granite companies. Yuliia was professional and knowledgeable, and I felt like my project was very important to her.Pablo and his gang came and measured. We had a tricky garden window with hand crank casement windows and they made it all fit and it looks amazing.Everyone was professional, the measuring and install happened quickly, and it all looks fabulous! I am very happy with this company.

Enjoying our new quartz countertops from Elite Granite. When we visited with a diagram of our kitchen counters, we received an estimate the next day. Everything was included. During the template measurement we found our desired new sink was too large for our cabinet framework. We immediately ordered another which was delivered the next week. Even with that, we did not have to reschedule the installation -- it was done on the original schedule, with the plumber arriving to complete the project on the same day. Great service!

Worst service ever!!! Should have known.. when I had to call for third request for quote! Called and cancelled templating once, no showed twice! For installation no showed, rescheduled, came with broken granite. When they came back granite did not match up, they still installed and did a horrible job caulking it in! When calling to have it fixed call dodged. When the fix was rescheduled again.. no show! No communication no customer service!!! Still not completed!!! Started in august with this project!! They have cost me more in delays with other vendors involved! No wonder they make you pay upfront!

We used Elite Granite Tops to have new countertops installed. They were by far the best quote we received and their team did a great job of removing our old tile counters and installing the new undermount sink, cut out for the cooktop, and marble counters. I would definitely use them again, thanks!

We just had a kitchen countertop install on 6/26/2021 with Elite Granite Tops and everything went fabulous (first time doing business with them). Pablo and his crew did a fantastic job making the templates and installing the countertops; everything fit like a glove and looks great. Install was very professional and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Ive been dealing with contractors through my real estate investing business, and Im adding Elite Granite Tops to my list of approved contractors----definitively plan on doing business with them in the future.

Great place! The selection is good and the service is excellent. Elite Granite Tops completed a small job for me. Yuliia came to my place and gave me an accurate quote and met me at the granite location to help me pick out my slab. The design or drawing phase was tops. There was very good communication to approve the drawing. Although the installation team arrived a couple of hours late, the work was completed promptly, and the place was left clean.

My family has been using these guys for many years. Their pricing is great and the service is even better! My counters look so much better than I could have even imagined!! The crew that installed my counter tops had to fight my weird walls the entire time. They were great at asking prior to doing anything though. I would suggest them to ANYONE that needs countertops.

I purchased granite counter tops from this company and the turn around time was amazing. Unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say. The installation quality was extremely poor with the holes for my faucet being off center and several chips in the edge of the counters. They also damaged my cabinets when they installed the sink by pushing the false drawer openings in front of the sink down in their opening to the point the doors would no longer fit. The first person sent to fix the problem was rude and denied that he had damaged the cabinets and that the faucets were off center. I also had some serious fissures beside the sink. A second pair of workers were sent out to supposedly fix the problem with the holes and fissures but not my cabinets. They insist the fissures are normal and are not a crack or issue. They did try and add some epoxy to fill them but that failed within a week and they did not have the tools to fix the off center holes but said they would be back when they had a core bit they needed to order. Three weeks and zero communication and they never came back. At this time I emailed them and the owner Yulia decided to look at it in person and she insisted the granite is ok and that she was never told that they needed to return. As this is highly unlikely that the workers would not inform her of the situation and is hard to swallow. If everything goes ok you will be happy but they will not honor any repair or fix any damage if they make a mistake. Dealing with Yulia completely changes once their is an issue. Note the lack of a gap in front of the sink between the drawer fronts and cabinet doors requiring a trim carpenter to fix. This was done by the installer but Granite co will not even address it. Buyer beware This not a reputable business and any problems will not be fixed. If they fix any of these issues I will update my review

Elite Granite did an excellent job installing our beautiful countertops and sink and their price was unbeatable. We picked the granite and they installed the tops that weekend. We couldnt be happier with our countertops.

I just had Elite Granite Tops install black countertops in my new kitchen. Not only do the granite countertops look amazing, the service was exceptional from beginning to end. Initially, Pablo came to take the measurements and the countertops were ordered for installation. The installers were knowledgeable, polite, efficient and did outstanding work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Elite Granite Tops to anyone!

The customer service and product quality were poor. Always had to call a second and third time to make contact. The original product was damaged during finishing (accidents do happen). The second product chosen was delivered and installed with many flaws from the finishing process (tool marks and seems not buffed out). Again after multiple calls a tech finally arrived, about 3-4 weeks after we requested someone come out, and had to reschedule twice. The tech did not do any preparation to protect the floor, cabinets or furniture. He did very little clean up. We ended up spending four hours cleaning up all the dust which was all over everything and ground into a new floor. It seemed that there was no consideration for clean up. I am giving a single star for this customer service, workmanship and product quality because it will not let me post without at least one star.

This is absolutely the best company to get work done through. They have made my home look amazing. I would refer them to all my friends that are thinking of kitchen and bathroom remodel or additions.

Im so upset... should have trusted my instincts when we walked their lot of granite. We paid a lot of money for a LOT of granite and they did a terrible job installing it and finishing it. Its streaky and dull and you can clearly see the sealer over the seem, and its almost like the granite wasnt even polished. Our back splashes were also never completed even though we were told they were coming back to complete them and never did... Weve talked with the owners of the company multiple times, set appointments with their shop manager Pablo multiple times and no one has ever shown back up to finish or fix it. Weve given them multiple opportunities to make this right and we keep getting the run around and blown off. Stay away from them, especially Pablo. I will update this review if they make this right... but its been months and nothing so far but broken promises, fake apologies and lies. Here’s their lovely response to my Facebook review- after they have already spoken with us and said we needed to remove these reviews because they can’t send Pablo into people homes with these reviews....They also said they were going to come back and fix these issues and we agreed to remove our reviews if they did and guess what... another no show.————————Kayla, you can be upset as much as you want, BUT you never ever been a customer of Elite Granite Tops, you don`t have a contract with us or any of the receipts. Why at all you been walking on our yard as a none customer? Sneaking after hours or something? You did not talk to me even once - so don`t lie, your husband called one time and told that Pablo screwed his counter tops. Elite Granite Tops have no obligations to fix the job, what Pablo took as a side job and cut in his garage. Unfortunately that is what happened, when you want to save few cents going behind the back of the company and making a deal with someone who is not keeping his promises, who is uninsured and can not provide any warranty for work or material. For the record - Pablo is not an employee of Elite Granite Tops and as far as my opinion he should be not allowed even close to the counter tops or in peoples houses. As I told your husband I will be willing to fix that job for you guys, BUT you need to remove this fake reviews against my company. If you want to go other direction and keep reviews- you will hear from our company lawyer shortly.

Were very happy with our new granite bathroom vanity! Their pre-cut countertop sizes make install super fast and affordable. The installers were professional and courteous and even came back to adjust the sink placement to our satisfaction. Not the biggest color selection in the pre-cut sizes, but if you want fast and affordable, Granite Co is a great option.

Have used multiple times, highly recommend. We did a lot of shopping around before finding Elite Granite Tops. They can bring a project together much quicker than your average granite company. We will always use and recommend to others! Thanks for our beautiful new kitchen!

Horrible company! Their shop manager Pablo is a liar, and a thief. He messed up our granite install and refused to come and fix his mistakes after we had paid him. He didnt even finish the backsplash that he charged us for. Definitely would not recommend this company and definitely would recommend that you not let this person in your house.

They are honest contractors who do quality work. I was very impressed by their customer service and quick turnaround time. I was quoted 4 weeks out by one of the big shops in town while Granite CO measured and installed in less than two weeks. They were also $600 cheaper than a different quote I received as well. Highly recommend getting a quote from them.

Worst company ever. They were over an hour late to every appointment and 3 1/2 hours late on the installation date. They did not complete the job within the timeframe referenced in the contract or as outlined in the contract. They destroyed my home with their demo so I have had to get a more reputable company come in to fix everything that Elite Granite Tops did wrong.

After setting an appointment they never showed up. Look like some people like them but I dont have time to chase people down when I make time for them to come and they no show without warning. Plenty of other companies out there.

We were looking for granite countertops for our remodel. We found this business and it is a very smart way to buy granite. The stone is cut in to standard sizes so it is easier to see what the finished tops will look like.We found the best part was that you can buy the square footage close to what you need, with little waste. We looked at the typical slabs other places and we needed to buy 2, a total of 128 sq ft. We only needed 80 sq ft for our kitchen and we bought 90 ft from this biz so had very little waste.Selection was really nice too, saw some granites we did not see anywhere else. Install was quick, looks great. Price was really fair. Worth a look.

PK and his team were great to work with. I made an appointment with them at their showroom when they bid the lowest price in town and was pleasantly surprised to see beautiful but different colors of custom granite countertops which I hadnt seen. After I picked my color, they made an appointment for the template within the week and installed the counters the very next day! Loved the product, service and price. Highly recommend them.

We were looking to remodel our kitchen, checked a few places out before visiting Graniteco. Their shop had the best colors hands down. The Granite seemed precut and we could visualize it better. The guys there made it so easy for us. We pick the one we wanted and they bid on it, liked their price, we put in the deposit and the very next week they had it installed. It was only a few days after the installers made a template. The counters look fabulous.
