Bought an item from them that took 2 months to be delivered then when I opened the box, the keys that came with it to open the box did not work so I could not use the item. I have called several times and the hold time was over 30 minutes which is normal but I kept being transferred and no one could offer a solution. Not satisifed

When I need supplies I go to White Cap, do you have everything you need in that very decent prices. Theyre friendly fast and always willing to help. I would give HD Supply white cap 6 Stars but we are only allowed to give a 5-star rating. To which they well deserve. I highly recommend HD Supply White Cap to anybody that is in the construction field. They have it all and like I said before, at decent prices.

Excellent service but they charge you 2-3x the cost for convenience. The ladders are cheap though.To give example, they charge $200 for a $40 compliance in a can kit.Almost $5 for $1.35 safety glasses, and more.But its basically a convenience upcharge.

Great stuff, but your delivery men are lazy as heck. Unreal that we get the same lazy man every single time that doesnt want to unload a thing. Little man with salt and pepper hair.
