Not a great experience. Had to fight them to get pricing over the phone. Was told that I couldnt purchase fill in parts from them if the original project wasnt purchased through them. Who has ever heard of that?? Now I am going through a place down in Fountain. Its a few extra miles from me, but they are both less expensive and more convenient.

I’ve been buying deck building materials from this company for many years. They have always gone out of their way to provide high quality materials and top notch customer service. In my opinion there is no other decking supplier in the springs.

A wise man once told me that everyday you learn something new and last Friday I learned something about Timbers Diversified. Four years ago we had a home built and the builder used Fortress railing. At the time we built we decided not to install gates on the stairs. Jump forward to today and now we have twin two year old grandkids and need gates to contain them. Stopped by Timbers since it was close to my work. Started to tell them what I needed and was stopped with the question of; do you have an account with us. I said no. Told him that the builder built the deck and I had no clue where he purchased the materials from. Said I needed to add two gates and the wife wanted to add post lighting and different post caps. His response to me was we don’t do add ons. Wish I had a picture of the look on my face and I followed up with the only response I could muster, you have to be joking me. Walked out of the place just shaking my head.Went to a another vendor on Nevada and within 35 minutes of stopping had everything loaded and headed home. Total sale was $875. As a business owner if I had an employee turn down a sale they would not be working for me regardless if the sale was $10 or half a million. Very interesting business philosophy and one that will not stand the test of time.

Worse customer service I have experienced and zero integrity or accountability. I called to pickup my wife’s lumber order (living a few blocks away and owning a pickup) I specifically asked Mike if there were boards over 20 feet because my truck can’t carry 20 feet. He said yes and there was a variety a board. After paying a $75 delivery charge the boards were delivered and the longest was 10 feet. It wasn’t even a 1/10th of a pickup load of material. I called and spoke to mike and he denied saying what he said. I kindly asked if they could take some accountability on the miscommunication and split the delivery charge with me, he handed the phone to the owner whom interrupted me several times and when I made the same request he replied” I can care less about you and your order, I can care less about you”! Never deal with these people for they don’t care about their customers or their reputation!!! Bottom line, I was very tactful and made a reasonable request and the owner was rude and repeatedly said he didnt care!!!**Update and response to owners reply**We called to inquire about picking them up in a pick up truck not to schedule delivery. So the owner response is incorrect. We are 2 blocks away and have multiple pick up trucks at the construction site and are picking material up daily. We were told twice that there were multiple 20 ft boards. In which case we agreed to have them delivered for the $75 2 blocks away. The complaint here is 1. the boards were 8ft and 10ft - 10 boards in total - easy pick up load. The delivery driver literally carried the load over on his shoulder and thought the delivery was an error due to how small the load was and; 2. these boards were cut without our permission as my invoice shows I purchased (2) 20ft boards and (6) 8ft boards, and they shorted me a 20ft board to boot. Very, very poor customer service.In total I spent over $2500 with this company solely on composite decking, but apparently that isnt enough of a spend for them to care about their customer. Even though we offered to split the cost as we felt this was about principal and what we felt was the right thing for the company to do. Not about the $37.50. It speaks volumes that the owner is more concerned about the $37.50 than keeping a happy customer who would have been a great referral source. I am ready to start building 4 plex and will be taking my business elsewhere as well as telling anyone I know to stay away from them.

I searched and searched for good pricing on decking and even went to the large stores in Denver. These guys were the cheapest out of all them, there DuraLife brand was less that I could get Home Depot and Lowes store brand decking and is just beautiful and highly rated. I would encourage you to shop local and you will find that there pricing are cheaper than even the big box stores for HW and other lumber you may need to build your deck. Very helpful as well and will provide advise
