To start, I very rarely ever leave a review for people unless I am super happy with my experiences. I don’t ever want to hurt some else’s business but after my last experience at the store I had felt it was time to leave a review. I have had multiple unhappy customers because staff has been rude and unhelpful. I personally try to avoid going to Dal because it seems like anything you try to order they have outrages fees. I work with several small stores and they seem to keep their fees low or have system in place to have no fees for most 1-2 week shipments, I am not sure how a national company needs to charge all their outrageous shipment fees even when they are just being transferred from a store an hour down the road.Anyways the above is not the reason I am leaving this review. When arriving to find a specific product for my customer I could not find my mask anywhere. With the abundance of people using cloth mask I had thought my shirt would be acceptable. One of the Dal Employees told me I had to wear a mask to be served, even though my entire nose and mouth were completely covered with my cloth shirt pulled over my nose and mouth. My mouth and nose were never exposed. He insisted I go get a mask, while he was wearing a cloth mask himself and one of his workers had their masked pulled down while coughing. Not sure what their logic is there. If I don’t have to go into the store I would never go in there in the first place because I and multiple people have been so unsatisfied with there service. So getting treated like this is what finally brought me to leave this review.One last thing to add, while writing this review my wife reminded me of a time she went to dal for me with our oldest child not long after she had him. While waiting in line several employees were making derogatory remarks about women with stretch marks. Entirely unprofessional and upsetting for my wife who had just had a baby. At some point a store just get’s to big and apparently they don’t care about customer service, because who cares, they are Dal Tile right?

Diane helped my husband & I with picking tile options for our kitchen. Despite it being a very busy time of day & us not having an appointment, she couldnt have been more helpful to us. We walked in with little clue what we were looking for & walked out with two great options thanks to her help!

Product is good but Service is awful, clerk/cashier took 20 minutes to ring up one bag of grout...locked up the computer, charged me for the wrong item, had to give me a credit and then finally had to ring up the correct order...where do you find you staff???

Most terrible service in the world
