If you are a truck driver coming here to unload, avoid if possible, the forklift drivers are more interested in listening to their Hispanic music then trying to get you unloaded. Sat for over 4 hours to unload 2 trucks

Good pricing is promised, but when I ordered material and asked for an order acknowledgement 3 times they said they would provide, but didnt. When I received invoices they did not charge what was on the price sheet they provided me and Scott was like we will put leans on your customers houses and you can deal with your customers and your contract says we can change prices any time. So they knew they were price gouging me and that is why they did not send order acknowlegments as I was requesting and as they had in the past. One item went up $47.05 it almost doubled. On previous orders I was able to catch order errors when I did receive order acknowledgments. All I can is beware!

Truckers beware! Not too impressed with forklift drivers here, really slow and I mean really slow. Customers should come first, BUT 4 hr unload time is too slow.

Great local company with great customer service! A little hard to find but definitely worth looking for.

Dear JTS GarageWe take your accusations very seriously. The photos of the roof we took were for the shingle stacks. We did not take any photos of your car because we did not damage it. We have been in business for over 60 years and we are not in the business to be deceitful. We cannot do any sort of cash payout. We offered our insurance to you so that you could request additional investigation over and above what we already had completed. We hope that you find the person that did the damage to your vehicle.

Awful service, we put in an order on a Monday afternoon, had to drive into town to pay for it since they couldnt take a credit card over the phone, paid for it Tuesday morning and the scheduled delivery date went from a Thursday to the following week on Wednesday. Then we cancelled the order since it was going to be too far out and I had to once again drive all the way over there to get a credit on my credit card. Our business location is 35 miles from this place, how terribly inconvenient can they possible make it??!!

Helpful and good prices

Terrible service and very rude, had a car hit straight across where they were working even a neighbor said it looked like they hit my car. then I basically had to force them to show me their pictures of where they were working. That took three weeks of asking by the way. They took pictures of everything around the house but voided my car straight across the street in all photos wile getting everyone else’s cars in there, literally the person who took the pictures that was on the roof took one of the whole street but also in the picture was the roof top V where it covered just my car. very suspicious and shady.

I had to deliver 1 skid of roofing materials. It took 1 1/2 hours. I actually had to suggest using a pallet jack and then did the work myself. Total incompetence. To get this place go south on Academy and turn left on LaSalle.
