Pete took time to work with me one on one to discuss my trailer signs. He helped integrate my images with his design team for better presentation on trailer. Pete was also very friendly with my 3 year old who tagged along during the proposal phase. The staff is always friendly greeting me at the front.

So easy - one phone call, Fastsigns was already familiar with the building and the monument sign that I needed updated. A few days later I noticed it had already been installed.

The representative, Calvin, was very efficient with the installation as it took hardly any time, he didnt make a ton of noise (which would have disrupted our office), he set expectations up front regarding the process, he was very friendly and he cleaned up any and all mess that may have occurred during the installation. The sign we had him install in our large conference room is perfectly placed on the wall. Calvin was sure to obtain our input and make suggestions before he began the work. We will use Fast Signs again!

My experience was sadly very poor. I got a vinyl sign printed to go on the back of my car and then decided that it would be better for Fastsigns to install the sign instead of myself. They said they could do it, then it was decided that the spoiler needed to be taken off and that I just needed to come in later to get that done because they didnt have the tools. About ten minutes after I left the shop I got a call stating that in fact they would not be able to install the sign without me going to someone else to take the spoiler off because Fastsigns believed it was too much of a liability.To have the expectation that I am to drive to someone else (which you all had no recommendation on who to go to for this) have them remove the spoiler, have me drive back to Fastsigns to get the sign installed and then drive back to the place that I got the spoiler removed to get it put back on is absolutely outrageous.Had Fastsigns told me in the very first place that they have never installed a sign like I had ordered on a Lexus before then I would have felt more prepared on what my expectations should be. However, they measured my car, they knew it was a Lexus, and yet they still didnt tell me that they couldnt install it without certain steps being taken.Sadly I will not be using Fastsigns again, especially with service like this.
