From the very beginning Justin and Chris went above and beyond, helping me through every step. The foreman of the ranch Chris makes Justins mission a reality on a dayly bases she is on the far right hand side of the bell shaped curve possessing the perfect mix of empathy and organization.Now I want to heap deserved praise on my go to person. The graphic designer Josh Barnes is by far the best at his trade I have witnessed in my long life. Josh can take my wildest ideas and turn them into understandable and highly functional often very complex graphic images. He has a delightful can do personality and does not shy from intricate rapid prototype projects. The product is always off the chart. I have used his out put to brief both high level. corporate and government officials. In all cases he receive rave reviews. Josh personifies Einsteins quote that imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, where imagination embraces the whole world simulating progress and giving birth to evolution. Josh would be shocked to discover how far his work has pressed the leading edge of society. He is definatly a very unique gifted person. By now you have figured out that I think American Printing & coping is ranked in the top business in the country. I am sure that all their other customers share my sentiment.

I had my antique thread cabinet get broken in my move. I had a hard time finding anyone to replicate the printing and image on the glass. Thankfully I contacted Josh at American Printing and Copying and he said he could do it. He made up a print for approval before printing it on the glass and I was amazed at how wonderful it came out! Josh and the team at American Printing are worth their weight in GOLD! I needed quite a bit of help to get my letterhead just right. Josh insisted the highest quality files to do the job right, and I did not have them. SO!! He created them for me. Perfectly! I could not be more thrilled!!! All I needed was one measly sheet laminated. They were very friendly and helpful for a job that probably cost them more in time than what they charged. Most companies are nice to big customers. These folks realize cheerfulness and helpfulness will pay off in the long run.

Friendly & excellent service! I needed one copy of a 300 page study guide printed, bound, and covered. I requested a quote online and they called to clarify my order. I checked the prices at office Depot and fed ex to compare and found American Printing to be $10+ cheaper than the other two. Ill definitely be going here again if I should need any of their services and Id highly recommend them to anyone!

I didnt know what I was doing. Josh went above and beyond explaining paper types, telling me how to get my graphics ready and then modifying them so they worked better. He even adjusted my quantities to help me get the best price breaks. I will definitely be using this company from now on - good prices and great service.

This print shop is local and amazing!!! Chris, the Customer Service Manager, takes the time to really understand your needs and gets it right every time! She goes above and beyond! As a very busy entrepreneur, I occasionally need printing done well and right away. The things she does ensure that has happened is incredible, and they have earned a very loyal customer!

My experience was wonderful. They were quick to respond to my questions, and when I needed an order expedited they were able to do it no problem. The final result was perfect.

I am not impressed with this organization at all. I run a medical charitable non-profit organization and these people took advantage of me and stiff armed me with fees. I paid for an hour of design work. They created a logo that was not impressive. The logo was shown in a focus group of about 15 people and every single person said that it looked like it was a 5 minute job and appeared to be very cartoonish. Therefore, I designed my own logo in about 10 minutes and told them to just touch it up for me and change the color. I gave them the all the files and the whole logo for my job. It was just a simple touch up job. If it took me, which I am not a professional graphic designer, less than 10 minutes to create the logo than I am struggling to understand how they spent the time they are claiming they did on the job. Also, they told me on the phone that they didnt even spend that full time on it and that it was just their basic minimum charge when they charged me an additional $18.75 to simply give me a file of my logo that was in horizontal format.They do not work with you at all even when you are a charitable non-profit. I am not impressed with the ownership of this company at all. It honestly makes me pretty sick to know that an organization is totally content with taking advantage of a medical non-profit organization. I will be conducting all my business for marketing, design, and printing needs elsewhere! Highly encourage you to go somewhere else. If obscenely high charges, poor ownership, and poor design are you thing though this is your place. Waste of precious money.

I have to say, to begin with, my expectations werent terribly high, as horrible as that sounds. Ive had bad experiences with local printing companies in the past, but American Printing & Copying has restored my faith! Ive done two project with Chris and her team at American now and theyre going to be my first call and the last cal I will ever have to make when it comes to getting our business printing needs taken care of! They are fast, efficient, and not afraid to make suggestions based on economical or quality reasoning! I wanted some beautiful letterhead for my boss and Chris was there every step of the way, helping me decide on which paper (we looked at pricing comparisons for something like 8 different stocks!) and when the colors were off, she called me and we got it fixed right away!Im impressed, VERY impressed, and Im super picky about my printers, so thats saying something!
