After their great work on updating and replacing a couple of lighted sign faces, they designed an awesome custom steel sign for us. It looks fantastic! Jim is a true honest to god awesome business owner. After explaining why I needed new stickers he was totally understanding that I couldn’t spend a ton of money. The price he gave me was so much lower than previous times I’ve had stickers made I was literally in shock. I thought he read the numbers wrong or something because I couldn’t understand how amazing it was. I would give 100 stars if it were possible. I came in at 3pm I had my decals designed and ready for install the following morning. Like myself he is a small business owner and this is the place you wanna go if you need anything sign, decal, or whatever made. Andrea is also an amazing graphic designer. These guys started with our vehicle graphics and later did our trailer graphics and our home show backdrop. Our logo dimensions did not work for the amount of room we had on our vehicles so they actually redesigned it for us at no cost. I cannot speak highly enough about Jim and Kelly and their entire team. Their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure that we are completely satisfied is unmatched with any company Ive worked with in the past. Highly highly recommend!

I have been very impressed with the quality of the signs produced by Jim and his team at Summit Custom Sign Co! They have created signs for a few different organizations I work with, and I’ve seen their vehicle wraps as well, which look fantastic. The standing X-frame signs are great and easy to set up (we have a few that we use at networking events), and they have also been nice enough to help with foam boards for various public events. Just as importantly, Jim and Kelly are great people that care about their community and are a pleasure to work with!

Print quality is great! I recently had some labels printed up for a client / product line. The final product came out crisp and sharp, and with the tiny detail and text involved, Im so relieved. Prior to Summit, the client and I ran these labels through another print company and the text was fuzzy around the edges, and it just wasnt as clean of a print. I own a custom motorcycle shop in town and and needed some custom decals for a customers bike. I called the company and told them what I needed, They said they would call me back in a few days. A week went by and still havent heard back from them, so I call back and reorder the decals and again she said they will be done in a few days. Once again the decals werent made, and Im at the deadline explaining and apologising to my customer why their bike isnt finished. Its my own fault for relying on them, but I would expect more integrity from a bigger company like this.

We had to take our sign down because the landlord was making some improvements to the from of our building. It couldn’t have happened at a worst time.
