Would like to thank Will from Sales for his help. Without his help I would still be playing games with the immensely unprofessional Service Department. Nothing but improperly trained children working in Service. Scheduled my first oil change after buying a vehicle from them 3 months prior. After they start to service it the child service advisor informs me the scheduler incorrectly promised my first oil change free. She said they had to review the recorded phone call and see what the salesman promised who sold me the car. I asked to speak to a manager 2 times and got the run around. Eventually I found Will in Sales and he said he could take care of it. After an hour and a half of the Service Department dodging me, Will promptly informed the kids in Service how to take care of a customer. Unfortunately, this seems to be the new norm when trying to get basic customer service.
