Brought my jeep here because the window dropped and I needed it fixed before winter hits. A day later I come in to pick it up and was charged almost $400, but when I went to get into the car I noticed the window was still open. I asked about it and they didnt know why until the mechanic that worked on it said that he didnt know why the counter person charged me full and that he was going to call and tell me another piece was broken, so they were going to not charge me for labor. I was refunded for labor. They taped my window shut (which has fallen down already) and told me Id have to bring my car in again because they didnt remember what other part they needed. So you noted that another piece was broken while the car was taken apart and didnt write it down so that you could fully fix my window?? The entire situation has been a run around and Im very upset with the fact that they took my car apart, noted that another piece was broken, and instead of calling me to inform me they put my car back together and were going to charge me full price for a window that wasnt even fixed at all hoping I wouldnt notice. They also said the part I needed wasnt made anymore and that normally it all comes together as one piece but for some reason they only ordered one of the pieces needed. A quick google search shows that the full piece I need is only about $61 and yet I was charged about $200 for half of what I needed. They refuse to refund me because I waited a week to bring my car back in. People work and cant always get someone to help drop their car off. Im really disappointed with the service here and feel like I have been scammed. $200 down the drain.

Ive been going to h&h tires for probably 20 years now theyve always treated me with the up most respect. and recently I bought a truck from the auto side. couldnt be happier they took care of me pretty well

Thank goodness for H&H Tire! My friend had a flat on the interstate close to this location. We were concerned due to the vehicle having hard-to-find tires. H&H had 2 used options that they tried but turned out they werent good. H&H was honest, showed why they couldnt be sold and did not choose to sell an inferior just because its rare. H&H also had new options, which they sold at a fair price. They did all of this inside of about 25-30 minutes. They were kind and helpful and we appreciate them helping us to quickly get back on the road safely.

I brought in to get 8 tires mounted and balanced and while waiting I over heard they had a customer who had a bend in the front rim and they moved it to the back for him, you just hear stuff like that anymore and 30 bucks a tire for mounting and balancing is cheapest in town and I called everywhere but wally world

They have serviced/repaired a couple of my vehicles several times. Ive always been pleased with the services I have received from H & H Tire, from new tires to oil changes to repairing mechanical issues. It can be difficult finding an auto mechanic that one can trust, but I have zero trust issues with these folks. Staff is always professional and communicates very well.

I never leave reviews, but good car service places are hard to find. H&H Tire was fantastic. Not only did they get my alignment done in less than 35 minutes, but they gave me a quote on a part I needed fixing and never once treated me like I was dumb when I asked for explanations. If you’re a woman, have no fear at this shop! They won’t try to sell you extra parts that you don’t need.

During a complete clutch job, H&H, changed the the transmission fluid to a GM synthetic brand, not knowing that synthetic fluid and old seals and gaskets do not mix. resulting in a leak on the rear of the transmission like a sieve. Brought it to their attention and gave them a replacement seal. work was completed in record time. another job well done. and old mechanic for 60 yrs. Eric

BEWARE.They sell defective tires and rusting trucks. Really thought I found a gem of a dealership and tire shop. Realize that’s not the case hereI have had the truck for less than a year. They won’t help with the rust.The tire blew out on the highway with less than 10k on the tires. The truck came with what I was told were “brand new tires.”They told me it’s my fault the tire blew. I have another tire showing signs of separation. They didn’t care about my safety or my family’s safety. Took it to discount tire and got a proper road hazard warranty on the new replacement tires and have removed all tires from the truck that came from H&HI Don’t trust H&H and I don’t trust the BF Goodrich tires either now. They offered me tires at cost, which were the same price of the tires I could’ve bought at discount tire, but I went with a tire brand I trust insteadThe tires weren’t abused, I didn’t hit anything. They just simply failed for no apparent reason aside from the tires being defective and separating.Even without having a warranty on the tires, discount tire said they would’ve taken care of me if I had bought the tires there. Really disappointed this is how things ended up with H&H

Called them last minute on a Saturday to see if they had time to do some tires on my trailer. I was informed when I got there of the cost and an hour wait, they were done in 20 minutes. The guys were polite and quick a.f. I should have bought so.e.black wheels while I was there but I have been sitting on my wallet.

Every time I go to this place they are unbelievably kind and helpful. They try to give me the cheapest most efficient deal, but they will work with you if you want something better.The awful part is if youre not there at 8am, youre stuck there the rest of the entire day waiting upwards of 4 hours.HOWEVER this makes sense because they are excellent, and a lot of people love their services.I dont care about the wait when i am treated so well.

I had to have my car towed there and was expecting it to take forever, replacing all 4 tires. It took 3 including the tow, not long at all. They were reasonably priced and I have a warranty. :)

Awesome service! had 4 new tires on my chevy equinox installed on a friday at 4pm out at 439 super service! Robert was an unreal salesman, LISTENED to me about tires that I wanted NOT WHAT HE TOUGHT WAS RIGHT FOR ME. now I am ready TO BURN RUBBER! H&H Tires the way 2roll.

I was there one time get air into my tire I pulled up sat in my vehicle they told me move to the side they’ll be with me. Today I go back one of the employees walked up asked if I need something I told him the issue, he said to move over so the car can back out as he walking off he has a attitude mumbling under his breath should have gotten out of his car instead of just sitting there we are idk what he said but busy, so I drove off went somewhere I’m appreciated. 😒

I had a low pressure tire light come on and being new to the area I stopped at H&H tire to have the tires checked. Pressure was fine. The tech reset the warning light as well. They did it for free. Where do I get the next set of tires? H&H tires just down the street!

Phenomenal atmosphere, Paul was not pushy for the sale or a higher sale at all. It didnt seem like they were just trying to take my money i had a budget they were able to get me what I wanted and needed and not come close to my budget they even knew the amount . I am a customer for life! I will refer anyone and everyone i can!

They may have the best deal in town but if youre one of their isolated cases of negligence on the Mechanic part be prepared to encounter ongoing problem with your car integral safety. I had them replace gasket and they suggested oil change. H & H tire mechanic forgot to seal engine valve after gasket installed that cause a major oil leak within 24 hr. As a customer who trusted this place yearly I didnt expect this outcome. Have not my co worker informed me of stain on pavement the following morning I wouldnt have known. I returned the vehicle to them within 48 hr. They said its good to go and as soon as I arrived home my garage was filled with smoke and I brought it back immediately. They said they did degrease it more and power wash. One day later as I park at my workplace smoke is coming out of the hood again. I had my car towed this time to H & H tire. They still said its only from residual oil and car is not overheating. Everything goes South from here. Beware of these guys friendly face and tone because they will say anything to cover their bases. Even lie and blame it on miscommunication. I have an accent and Cody one of the guys said well you said you dont understand car terminologies. I couldnt even bring the issue of race nor not being familiar with car parts and function but here we are.Update: If you have a preloved SUBARU I saw a 5 STAR recommendation online to Mikes Japanese and Domestic Auto. Who would really want to take their car back to H & H tire after stuff like this happen to them.They just find something new for you to worry about next after they messed up such as my Timing belt that qoute for 900. It was fine in the first place when they do full car diagnostic prior repair.

Never been disappointed, always timely, come in regularly for oil changes, and have always gotten tires here. Old classic car keys. Went to get an old key made but they didn’t have the older machine that’s required. She went and bought one, called me back a few weeks later, and made the key. How cool is that?

Went to H&H to have a laser cut and programming on Subaru transponder key blanks. I was greeted by Laura who immediately responded to my need for the key programmer while Connor made a fresh pot of coffee for me. Key programming and cutting were completed within several minutes by Cassie who made sure I was completely satisfied prior to the work by explaning the cost, and after the work was completed.They care about their customers needs. So Sams Club, where I bought my tires, no longer takes walk ins, wouldnt fix my tire because it was outside the middle six inches of my tire, wanted me to sign a waiver to put on a new tire since my truck is 4 x4, oh and BTW my tire is out of stock for the foreseeable future. So I went to H&H. 15 minutes and $20 bucks later, I was good to go. And they reset my TMPS. Thanks guys. You made my life easy.

Great shop. The people are friendly and understanding. I had to come back after putting new tires, at the same shop, on my vehicle to reset the sensor. Never had a problem but personally bring a good book, homework or a fully charged phone for the wait.

We have lived here about a year and have been here three times. They always have great prices, kind and professional service, and are very straightforward about wait times, costs, etc. My first visit was the day I drove into town. After twelve hours on the road, I got a screw in my tire about 30 minutes from my new house. A couple of kind local fellows stopped to help me change my tire and recommended H&H for the repair/replace. I was so pleased with my experience that we have been back two more times for another (different tire) repair and a new set of tires for our camper trailer. We will keep going back and recommend them to everyone!

DO NOT GO HERE! They will tow your car after saying that it is ok to leave it until you can pick it up. My husband works long hours, so unfortunately it took us about a week to go pick up our car. We show up on a Friday afternoon and it’s GONE! Had it towed away after telling us it was fine there!! That is not ok! No warning of it being towed?! Horrible customer service! Now we have to pay impound fees. If I could give zero stars I would. So disappointed as we have been loyal customers for years and to be treated this way is wrong!

Purchased a 2012 KIA Forte EX. apparently mechanics did NOT check all the lights and other items prior to making car ready for sale????I replace left rear tail light, also the third Brake light under the rear deck lid.bought the new 3rd brake light from KIA dealer for 40.00 took apart all the rear parts and removed deck lid. all lights work now.

DO NOT GO HERE. Went here for my brakes to be change. Brought in a kit for both front and rear brakes pads to make the price cheaper. I only needed to do the rear ones. Wants they told me it’s done, I went to my car and my kit wasn’t in the car (only did the rear so I should have my front ones and old one in the kit) so I went back and request them. Tell me how my front ones are not in kit nor the old ones are in there either ether so they gave me a empty box. How am I supposed to know if they’re really change them, they could’ve just snatch my brakes and just put cheap ones. Oh btw if your military don’t go here especially, ask for military discount and they said yes but they was cappin cause I got paid as a regular. Only reason why there’s a 1 star is because the female employee that was very kind. Never going back, this place should be black listed😤

This is honestly one of the best places to get any work done at all, they have fairly competitive prices and always seem to make sure the job gets done right, I had my tires replaced and a new knuckle assembly done on my car and it hasnt failed me at all, highly recommend you take your car here for any myriad of problems, not to mention that all the staff are super friendly and go out of thier way to help you

My whole has been doing business with H&H since they opened and was extremely disappointed this morning. Bought a new 2 tires for the Front of my truck was told price was $80 for the alignment but needed to bring it in at 8:00. When I arrived was told I was 2nd in line but it was going to take 3hrs and was going to cost $150 almost double. So talking with the family we will probably be taking are business elsewhere.

They really took advantage when I got a flat tire. Way too expensive, but the guys were super great.

Im relatively new in the Springs area. So when I needed new tires I did some research in the area for reputable tire centers. H&H had wonderful reviews. After I had my tire replaced I noticed that I had a some vibration at higher speeds. I took our vehicle back 6 months later and told them my problem and that I had not had time to bring it back as soon as I noticed the problem. I was fully expecting to pay for a wheel balancing and when the truck was returned to me they said no charge. This is a type of old-fashioned service we used to get all the time. Its so nice to see that there are still businesses around the still provide excellent service. I would recommend this business to anyone who has I need for new tires
