Passing through town on our way back to Minnesota in a 40 motorhome. Noticed we were leaking coolant. After phone calls to seven different local repair places, with no one willing or able to look at our situation we were referred to Auto-Truck Services by a competitor. Kim was kind enough to drop what he was doing and look at our situation. He was also able to patch our leak so that we could continue our drive home. A more permanent fix would take weeks to get scheduled; our preference was to get home as the weather in Minnesota was deteriorating. Very blessed to have found Kim and thankful he was willing to help us out!
Bad comunication !! I called for a repair very near and they wont help me out you loose not me @
Great team here and I trust them implicitly. Excellent work, good communication.
Timely service. Great job!
Kim and cliff did a great !!!! Job on my truck I will be back . They got me in and out quickly .
I run a corporate fleet and Kim always takes care of our trucks in a timely and efficient manner. They go out of their way to take care of our fleet. I take my personal vehicles to him as well. They are fast and fair and honest. It is good knowing I can get quality auto service and I know the work well be done right.
Auto Truck truck service is a top-notch mechanic shop! They are the only ones in a 5 state area that know how to change out the faulty Spartan ball joints on Cummins diesel engines. Dont understand the other reviewers on here who say they got bad service, but we couldnt be more pleased. Made our appointment in June and they were able to get us in in only 3 weeks even though they had many others with the same issue on the Spartan ball joints. Took their time and got it right. Even let us Boondock in their lot while they worked on it. These are old school diesel mechanics who know what they are doing. Granted, the shop is nothing fancy, but I would rather have good quality work then pay for a fancy shop where the mechanics arent half as good as they are at Auto Truck service. Kim and the rest of the guys were professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Five stars all day long! Couldnt be more pleased with them. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!
Kim and his crew are great. We are in the furniture business and our commercial trucks take a beating. They are a honest, reliable and trustworthy shop. I would highly recommend!
Great shop and great people, kim and the crew very helpful. friendly staff
These guys fixed the dash AC on my 2016 Ford chassis motorhome right the first time and accommodated my travel schedule. Their lot was always full, which is a sign they are trusted in town. Recommended by Ford for warranty work and wasnt disappointed.
Great Job, had to find a shop that would fit my big dually truck and they were able to. Dropped the truck of as soon as they opened and by 9:00 they had already called me and informed me of the part that was bad and would prevent the alignment from being done properly. When the truck was finished they gave me a explanation of what was done and future possible problems they saw. Top notch individuals, truck drives straight and no more death wobble. Thanks ATS Inc.
My motor home broke down in Castle Rock, Colorado. Good SAM roadside assistance wanted to tow it to Rocky Mountain Cummins North of Denver. I declined and instead called Kim. He drove his repair truck twice to Castle Rock to fix a broken axle bearing on my motor home. The second trip was because the parts werent available nearby. I highly recommend Kim and his staff for maintenance and repair.
Just would like to say that this is one top notch team. I have a motor home that I brought to McCandless Truck Center twice for oil leak repairs and they made it worse. My warranty was expiring and finally found this place. They took the time to repair my motor home right and it has no leaks. I wanted to thank them and the owner Kim for taking the time and even replacing routine things (like belt and fuel filters) since the engine was out that saved me money and time on future maintenance. Just a fun note though, dont bring your vehicle here! I need them for my repairs and dont want them to get to busy and not have time for me - LOL! They are very good at what they do! Thanks Again!!! Ralph
As the owner of MD for RVs and having been in the RV business locally for 24 years I have always sent my customer that needed anything chassis related to Kim and his crew. Because they can handle it and do it right and fair. When I need assistance I can always count on them to give me the help I need.
My brand new Motor Coach broke down going through CS. These guys are first class and know what they are doing including Carol the office manager. Dont even think about taking your RV someplace else.
This company is unable to diagnose and fix much of anything. They have little or no diagnostic skills or tools and what they have they dont know how to use. I brought my motorhome in for repairs on the Ford chassis and they could not figure out how to fix it after 2 visits. All they did was take apart things and then did not put it back together correctly and just said set up another appointment to get it fixed. I ultimately had to fix it myself, plus fix everything they screwed up. Avoid this place. They are hard to deal with as well.
If I could give negative stars I would, they informed us that the price would be $470 in total including tax, labor and everything for an alternator and drive belt for our 76 Dodge sportman RV, it is finally ready to be picked up and when we get there its suddenly $545, they tried to say they told us that but they did not, what happened was they charged us an extra $115 for them not having the settings on thebalternator right and had to get the old part back to do so! Not my problem but I had to pay for it, fine whatever I paid for it, then we get it to where we have been staying and find out the back door doesnt open unless you kick itnopened (which we never had a problem with before), the sun roof vent thing was down (which they shouldnt have been up there in the first place ), its 48 hours later and guess what the RV will not start at all, even though they literally took it apart to figure out everything that was wrong with it and now it doesnt run, jumping it doesnt even work, and before we took it to them with a bad alternator and belt it used to do the trick! Not to mention that they ripped off the part that holds the hood up, so now doing anything with the engine or battery if needed is a two person job! The only reason Id ever go back is they are the only ones who work on RVs in town in the mechanical sense! I will be contacting the BBB for their lack of work! If they really fixed it then it should be running and if there is something else wrong with it they should have caught it since they had the vehicle for 3 plus days! especially at the price I had to pay!
I am pleased with their service.
Extremely dirty shop and I think they damaged my RV. Cant prove it though. I will not ever go back.
Service over the phone and trying to get help after being strand service lady was really rude and unwilling to help
Excellent and quick service
Great service
