After an accident that totaled my daughter’s car, she began the often arduous journey of buying a replacement. Her efforts ultimately led her to All Service Automotive where she found a number of options in her price range, but the selling point was actually the helpful and genuine attitude of the staff. She drove away in her new-to-her Subaru Forester and all was well...until a flashing Check Engine Light reared it’s head about 2 weeks later. A quick call back to ASA and an invitation to bring it in for a check up followed. Spark plug wires replaced and no more Check Engine Light, at absolutely no cost. Fast forward to this morning, and my daughter calls to tell me her car is “smoking”. A quick FaceTime call seems to tell me it’s actually steam resulting from some apparent failure in the cooling system. While the 30-day warranty period with ASA had expired, she called and explained her situation. The fine folks at ASA told her to have it towed in and they would have a look. Verdict? A failed radiator. And while they were under no obligation to do so, they took care of my daughter. I just moved to the Springs and my alternator broke. They had it repaired and had my old battery replaced as well. I couldnt be happier. They were fast, effecient, and friendly. Would definitely recommend if your car needs fixed.

We purchased our daughters first vehicle from All Service Auto. Micheal and Ronnie were great, They allowed us to get an inspection from another mechanic prior to purchase and there were some minor things that needed repair as well as possibly timing belt in the new future due to mileage. They worked with us in order to get the car in great condition for our daughter. They even took care of a issue a couple months after purchase even though we signed the “as is” agreement. I definitely recommend this team they treat you like family. Trustworthy and reliable, they’ve earned our business!

We came to look at a car for sale. The owner seemed super friendly and helpful. He said they had looked the car over. We asked to take it to a third party for our own inspection, too, and he agreed. Our mechanic told us to not walk, but RUN away from this car. We couldnt believe how much work it needed. Repair cost nearly equalled asking price. We came back to ASA and showed the owner the list - he didnt look too surprised. He could have saved us that wasted time and energy but chose not to. This is why we always get a third party inspection for vehicles. Unfortunately some people just cant be trusted.

Recently bought a Subaru Outback. It was well taken care of, most of the problems I found were fixed. Then I had more problems but they fixed those too because of the warranty. Had a few issues that I brought up that werent fixed but its not a huge issue. Regardless, I recommend these guys and getting a car from them!

Bought a used car from ASA All Service Auto. Had a slight problem with It and the next day they repaired it with no HASSEL. They were very apologetic about the Issue and explained in detail what had happened .They stated things can happen beyond their control with a 2005 car with 185K miles and I completely agreed! I bought my first car from these guys a few years ago. They gave me a warranty on it, it ran great and they took care of it as long as I owned it. When it came time to find my next car, I of course came to them and was not disappointed. The first car I bought from them was a jeep, the second is a BMW. They work on all kinds of cars and have always been extremely helpful. Other repair shops have tried to rip me off (since Im a girl), but these guys have always been very honest and have taken great care of me. I Just moved out here and my transmission took a dump. I took it to a few shops and they all said I needed a new transmission.
