Had an enjoyable successful day at Mike Maroone Chevrolet. Danny greeted us and quickly showed us all of the vehicles available that met our criteria. He then steered us to a direction we werent really considering, which was purchasing a NEW vehicle. We are so happy he did! Couldnt be happier with our purchase and decision. A decision and investment we didnt take lightly. We also enjoyed the other employees we worked with in the office from financing to Kyra with accessories. Thank you!

Normally they are quick with great communication but apparently my truck was completed on Friday and no one called until Monday afternoon and the bill was messed up so could no pick it up until Tuesday. It would have been nice to have my vehicle back on Friday as scheduled so that I did not have to get rides for an additional 4 days. So a major communication breakdown.

It’s always very hard for me to get any maintenance on my car, where i am a female, without workers overcharging or treating me like i don’t know what i’m talking about so they can take advantage of me. i had never been there before so i was worried that would happen. But the exact opposite happened. Carl was great. he didn’t push me to buy a million unnecessary things, he didn’t try to completely overcharge me, he treated me with respect, and he got it done very quickly. I will definitely be coming back for any maintenance i will need on my car.

The service advisor Angel is amazing! She called with questions and kept me informed on how everything was going. Although, the issues with the car seems to be intermittent and notated, she advised to call and make another appointment when needed. Also, Angel texted me on prices for tires for the car like she said she would.

My experience with Mike Maroone was better than excellent. I had the best salesman that I could ever ask for, Mr. Ed Guerrero. He ask me what my needs were, and he never pressured me into buying my Nissan Rouge. He let me know that he was going to treat me the way he wants to be treated. And he went Above and Beyond what I could ever have expected. I’m writing this review because I had a Bas experience with Mike Maroone further South on Academy, where they just wanted to make a sale and sold me a lemon. This business had a recall on airbags so I had told them to go ahead and change my airbag. This happened on September 11,2021. In the process they have cracked my dashboard and I have talked to the manger to get it fixed and he said he was going to fix it. After that day I did talk to him a lot about it and the manager continually gave me the run around. On October 8th I talked to him again and he came up with a different solution and he would get back to me. I waited two weeks and have not heard back so I reached out and he still has yet to return my calls. It is now October 30th and have not heard anything about getting the damages fixed. I have now lost trust in this business due to the manager representing them. I have been a loyal customer for 20 plus years and have never been treated in this manner and ignored. In the past when issues came up someone always made sure it was resolved. They have now lost a loyal customer including those within my household who trusted them with their vehicles.

UPDATED AFTER SERVICES DONE:I had ordered a Rhino Liner spray on bedliner and a Bakflip 4 panel tonneau cover for my 2016 Chevy Silverado that I just purchased from another Mike Maroone Dealership. Everything started off great. Kyra handled getting both services set up and we were extremely happy. The bedliner got done first, and we loved it. A few days later, I tried opening my tailgate and it would not open. My wife was immediately on the phone with Kyra explaining the problem. We were told that it may just have to dry and it is probably just sticking. She adamantly stated that the vendor never touched the locking mechanism so it would not be the vendors fault. I called Kyra twice leaving voicemail messages and the vendor finally called me back. I left early from work and drove across town where the vendor acknowledged that they had accidentally locked the tailgate from the inside of the panel when they were masking it. They fixed the problem.Then I show up to Car Toys where the tonneau cover was going to be installed. The guys had a problem finding the cover which took longer, and when they found one, they started installing the wrong one. Then they found the right one with my name on the box and installed it. I had let Kyra know that I had wanted the 4 panel Bakflip cover and this was a 3 panel Undercover Flex. I immediately had my wife call Kyra to let her know that I was NOT happy with this cover. Kyra stated that there was nothing she could do and this is the cover that he is stuck with. UNBELIEVABLE! All I wanted was to switch the Flex cover with the Bakflip cover that I had wanted.After a few texts back and forth of her too bad, too sad attitude, I decided to just keep the subpar Flex cover and just live with it even though I am not 100% happy with it. I was too tired and frustrated from the entire experience.Between her refusal to call me back when there was an issue with the bedliner, her lack of communication on the tonneau cover, and most importantly her blatent unwillingness to fix the problem, I will not do any business with Kyra again nor recommend her to any one of my friends and family.

Service department is five star all the way. Service mgr, Marcus Reyes, was polite and gave me more feedback than expected answering also all my questions even though my car is not a Chevy, but was purchased at this dealership. My 4 star rating is only because this dealer inside shunned me never getting back to me no matter who I called or wrote to after purchase. Even so, service department is indeed 5 stars starting with Marcus. If rating were about the after purchase office and sales person only, the star rating would be lower yet.

I bought my first Chevy, a Silverado, about 3 months ago and it was time for my first service appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. I made an appointment at Mike Maroone Chevy of South Academy and after I got my truck back there was oil in my steering wheel, dirt on my seat, and tire pressure on my tires was wrong. I dont even trust they change the oil or rotated the tires. I wish I never went there and I am definitely not coming back ever.

Dropped off my Jeep for a service the service consultant I saw Jim was nice and helpful but I did not enjoy my experience beyond him I was told my vehicle would not be seen for over a week as well as the dealership supposedly does a loaner car but from the experience I don’t think they do and they lie about it both times I’ve taken my Jeep into them they’ve said they have no loaner vehicles available which is unacceptable especially if there going to take a week to get my car even seen I work 6 days a week I’d be nice if they could give a loaner car over that period of time and not lie about doing that service

I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had at this dealership. Our sales person was Madison Avery and she went above and beyond. She had amazing customer service, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the car we purchased, plus she was incredibly detailed about all the steps we would need to take in order to purchase the car. She treated us like family which made us feel secure and happy in our purchase. I also have to give a shoutout to the finance team who made sure we were well taken care of. I regretted going here. Took my 2017 High Country for a brake inspection and flickering lights on the dash on a Thursday with 9am scheduled appointment. They never called to give me an update. Had to call 4 times to speak with my service consultant. He Finally told me that a technician never checked on it and they would get to it tomorrow. Tomorrow came and they never called. I called around 10am and asked about the truck and he said it was being inspected. 2pm he calls and says I need new brakes but would be lucky if its done today. Calls back at 4:20pm and says the truck is done. 2 days to do brakes and replace a small electrical component in the dash. Very disappointed. I will not return or purchase another vehicle from Mike Maroone.

Took my car in for a diagnostic service on the engine !! I’m told diagnostic is done and it’s ok to pick up as I decided against doing repairs with them. Drive all the way to find out they forgot to install the fan that cools the engine as well as the engine cover ! Great !! I call and ask to speak the manager Aaron and he offers a tow truck. As I am uncomfortable driving it back In the current situation . Killer situation as it’s the end of the day I now how to get another rental so I’m able to work tomorrow ! On top of that I have to call the towing company myself ! Beyond upset at the way this was handled . I asked that they refund my money back and he politely replied he would have to see my expenses . I would Even take a partial refund for what I paid for the diagnostic I’m a fare person but this has really made me upset ! I will be calling my bank and disputing all charges .

Will not return to this location every again. Terrible experience! I traded in my vehicle and bought a used car on a Friday afternoon and by Sunday it was giving me issues. I took it in on Monday to try and get serviced to which I was I informed that they couldn’t see me until Thursday. On Tuesday I was in a near death experience where the axle came off my vehicle while i was driving. The company did fix the issue while I was out of a car for a couple days without a loaner. I then had the car for 3 days and then the car broke down on me while I was in Denver. There were no warning signs that the car would shut off or anything. I did however discover that the vehicle had no oil in it. I was told to get an Uber back home and will be refunded. Because of the frustration with everything that had transpired I no longer wanted the vehicle and requested to get my original vehicle back. In my haste to get back home I mistakenly left some personal items in the car that was stuck in Denver. Trying to get my items and my refunded money has been an issue and unless I have initiated the conversation no one reached out to me. The lack of concern was very frustrating on account I had been VERY patient throughout the entire process. There was no urgency to get anything done and apparently there was nothing that anyone can do to alleviate the issues that had been presented. It also seemed like there was no communication between the staff which also became frustrating. As I said this has been the worst experience in car buying and service that I have ever seen and I refuse to give this company anymore of my business.

Jim bent over backwards for me. I had two services done in a weeks time. The second notified me of serious problems and the cost was more than the car was valued. I declined the service, walked next door and purchased a brand new 2022 Chevy. Jim was the sole reason I wanted to keep my business with MMSC. Brought my vehicle in for a passenger side airbag recall. Didnt have an appointment but they were able to get me in anyhow, which was awesome!When I got my vehicle back after the recall work was complete, the passenger side airbag cover wasnt fitting properly and there was a crack all the way through my dash. I immediately turned around and brought it to the attention of the customer service rep I had been dealing with, who brought it to his manager. The manager came to me and informed me he had spoken with the shop foreman, who allegedly personally did my recall work, who stated the damage was there when the vehicle was brought in which was NOT the case.After a short while, the manager came back and informed me they had ordered a new dash piece and would contact me the part comes in to get the damaged piece replaced.Although I am glad the issue is in the process of being resolved, it should have never gotten to that point in the first place. Nothing was mentioned to me and it was as if they were hoping I wouldnt notice the damage and/or the airbag cover not fitting properly.After this issue is resolved, I will definitely NOT be bringing any of my vehicles back to this dealership or anyone else theyre associated with.

If you are trying to work here... don’t even waste your time! The management team are horrible leaders and they don’t treat their employees with dignity or respect. They talk down at us like we’re little children and their drivers are dropping like flies, because they can’t keep people and no one wants to work for them. The service staff were exceptional. Very thoughtful. To search out my warranty policy truly showed a desire to serve me as a customer. The vehicle works now as it should. I would suggest updating the customer lounge. A more inviting and comfortable arrangement would be welcomed.

Frank, Jacob, Aaron, and Maroones talented technicians saved me. Im an active duty service member PCSing to the east coast. I ended up having issues with my trucks transmission overheating as I was towing through Colorado. Additionally I had fuel trim issues. They worked with me and made recommendations on a transmission cooler which enabled me to reach the east coast without any further incident.Their pricing was fair and far cheaper than the other quote I received. This service team is top tier, and if were to be stationed in Colorado, I would not trust my vehicle to anyone else.

What is there to say thats positive about a group of people who collaborate to try and get you to spend 10s of thousands of dollars on something that you will regret buying as soon as you drive it off their lot, because it wasnt what you wanted in the first place & they didnt have anything that fit your needs &/or wants... Oh yeah, the saleslady who initially helped me was nice & I enjoyed speaking with her. I guess I can give two stars because good conversation is so hard to find.

Go to Mike Maroon Chevrolet North!! Do not go here!!! They dont even try to help you!! Again another dealership thats just going to tell you what they THINK you should be in!! Listening skills are not up to par at all!!! My husband and I went to the North one at Auto Mall, and the customer service was awesome as well as everyone in there, very pleasant atmosphere even with the finance department!! Its a shame because its the same company, like day and night!!! With that being said, even though its the same company, the South location could use a little bit more training in customer service relations.

They may have replaced a def injector (high priced item) unnecessarily. Check engine light came back on following day. Next dealership replaced air filter and mass air sensor. Been fine since. Injector may have needed to be replaced, but service manager was to investigate and get back to me. Been 2 weeks and no response. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I just purchased a vehicle through the Mike Maroone dealership and I was very much impressed with the service I received. I found them through an online source and when I emailed them interest in a vehicle Ed Guerrero called me back in less than an hour and got me see up with an appointment for an at home test drive. The morning of the year drive he called to make sure we were still on schedule and get everything worked out then he showed up exactly when he said he was going to. He was polite, friendly and professional the entire time. When I liked the vehicle we drove it back to the dealership and took care of all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. While we were hanging the paperwork the vehicle was detail washed and I drove away feeling great! I would highly recommend this company and most especially Ed Guerrero. He is a great guy and helped me get the car that suited me. Thanks so much!

Was told 3-4 hours for Pickup to be done. The lady helping me knew I was waiting there for the duration and successfully got the garage to get my pickup done in just over 2 hours. I was having a key faub installed.
